I do not sell the bitcoin that I have for real estate investment, I prefer to remain a bitcoin to invest in crypto in the long run.
This is one great strategy that always pays off. Once you apportion a part of your money for something, you only use it for the same purpose and do not make further plans. This will lead to the accomplishment of that job you are to do. Besides, trading Bitcoin for real estate is a good business and there are more chances to earn maximum in the trade rather than just holding Bitcoin for future growth.

I am wondering how many of you are selling your bitcoins to buy something solid like real estate as backup investment? spread the eggs!
I think all of the people here always think a material thing to be converted if they will gain bitcoin (wether in trading or bounty). In my opinion, we do not to invest in real estate just to prove that our investment in bitcoin is large or solid. Wether we bought some gadgets in order to help our work loads in cryptocurrency are prove that we are earning bitcoin through the use of internet.

I am just planning to sell my bitcoin when it's price will pump up to $16k and after i sell my bitcoin i will surely invest it on real estate because here in my country real estate is very great and profitable long term investment.
maybe not only in your country real estate is an investment that has good profit, but also in all countries, this is due to the reduced land area for housing or apartments, so many people expect the price will continue to increase

It is hard to compare real estate with Bitcoin Smiley Real estate is a very stable, low risk investment, while Bitcoin is, well, quite volatile. Maybe that is why, they would make a good mix.

Some people have different strategy for their business for the purpose of  capital growth, all possible technique should be used specially during this time the situation of bitcoin is not so good so we have to use our 2nd choice for the sake of the family.

Actually estate is not a bad backup investments but to do it you have to have an enormous portfolio actually, 150BTC+ probably, or ever bigger.
I don't feel that the funds to build an estate have very expensive prices. I think you can start small, and I think you can even start with 1 to 5 bitcoins for that. yeah, but everyone has different thoughts and strategies.

I bet there are quite many people here that do that, including me.
I think real estate is a very great investment, i'd like to invest in that for a long time, but don't have enough money to do so.
But then when i knew bitcoin and started to earn money from here, i plan to invest in real estate using profits i get from bitcoin, i haven't really succeed in investing many real estates but at least i can already afford a land, although not so big but it's satisfied me enough.

Nice when you have try for trading become your real estate, you can focus only on bitcoin and always check when bitcoin at lower price or higher price, you can analyze your technique and you know more about crypto.
Most I have known from my friends that they are trading bitcoins to support their basic needs and rare instance is buying house and lot to secure their family, I think ita a good choice also to have a back up investment like of that real estate because we know that bitcoin and real estate is a good holdings that while time passes its value is getting higher.
right, i think both are investments that are a pity if left behind. both have different basic properties, bitcoin is a big profit-seeking place, but it's also a big risk, while real estate, a quiet investment

I dont have enough to do that but if I will be asked, I will say yes, i will do. With the current status/value of bitcoin, though many are still waiting and hoping for another kick to the moon, its undeniable that many late investors have not yet tasted it good and enjoyed. Some have not yet recovered their capital even. It’s always been a roller coaster so me personal if I will be given a choice I will choose to pull out part of my dearly valued bitcoins and invest them in real estate.

In my opinion trading bitcoin for real estate is a natural thing, if we can make an analysis and dare to take risks for trading then we can get big profits and of course can be used to buy real estate.

I do not sell the bitcoin that I have for real estate investment, I prefer to remain a bitcoin to invest in crypto in the long run.
you need to diversify some of your bitcoin stock to property.especially if you get it from bounty campaign.real estate investment has great future too like bitcoin did.
saving our asset in bitcoin and real estate really good for us.both of them give us high return on our investment.although at this time bitcoin price drop alot, but we will see it reach higest price again.
many make bitcoin a stepping stone. well, they are using bitcoin to make their economy grow, and when they grow, they will focus the results from bitcoin to real estate. it is something that many business people do, especially for those who like to do business offline.

some people definitely sell their Bitcoin to buy Real Estate, we can't lie about it, but some certainly continue to HOLD their Bitcoin because some people are satisfied with their current home. like me who don't want to sell my Bitcoin for the sake of buying Real Estate because I know, Real Estate is very long selling when it is sold while Bitcoin is fast.

For some people, property is safest investment and they can rent it if they already have one. Bitcoin is good investment and its already proven, and its true that bitcoin liquidity very solid
I think that would be wise depending on your situation. If you do not have a real estate and you are living in a house you do not own and pay rent than buying house instead of crypto is a great investment.

However if you already own a house it might be a little wiser to keep your coins in crypto and not buy a house, yes houses value increases a lot and it is a sure fire thing to invest into however if you already own a house I am pretty sure bitcoin can bring in more money as an investment in the long run.

If you have purchased bitcoin at 20k and right now sitting at 6k you may think I am wrong but think of people who have bought at 900 dollar levels, right now they are profiting so much even if they did not cashed out during 20k times.

I also sell my bitcoin to buy something solid, I buy property for the long term as an effort to backup my future because we all need this in the future, buying real estate is also a good thing for the future. we need to indeed have bitcoin, but if we do it, something solid will be even worse. but if some people think of holding bitcoin even longer it is also good because bitcoin in the future will also be used a lot and we don't know bitcoin will reach ATH last year or even be able to penetrate it because all possibilities could happen  Grin
i am in line with you, some of the bitcoin that i have, i buy something solid which has a clear profit, and i am still investing in BTC, in the hope of getting a bigger profit. so i feel more comfortable, and not haunted by panic
Of course that is possible but that is possible only when you earn in Bitcoin and the current scenario is a bit too upsetting for the price is still dormant and there are no good signs of jump.

However trading Bitcoin for real estate is a great way to own real estate for the money you earn in Bitcoin is the time value of Bitcoin and does not cost you extra income. It is just the value added to the investment you had made earlier and that would still persist.
