I am wondering how many of you are selling your bitcoins to buy something solid like real estate as backup investment? spread the eggs!

As of now, my Bitcoin holdings is not enough to invest in a real estate but maybe someday when everything fall into place for Bitcoin. Right I am more focused in my investments in crypto since it's still hot.

a variation of the investment is actually In particular a real estate bitcoin will create an expansive market as all users will receive the highest real estate tax burden. It should generate tax repayment if a buyer and seller is willing to act to be entrepreneurial in exchange for property bitcoins.
for now, many people use bitcoin, or trade from bitcoin to achieve real business. they use bitcoin to run, or open opportunities to invest in real estate, and develop it. for now, I also aim for that, it's just that it's still in the process.

we cannot really speculate the numbers, im sure for one to buy a real estate properties should have at least possessing huge amount in their wallets, a single person who trades i think cannot, unless he earns millions because if a person has million or below, would he abandon or used up all his bitcoin to buy expensive properties? a wise user should know that he should invest half of his asset to earn more rather than spend it all at once, but it all depends on the person's goal on why he trades, to buy something or to earn more.

I reckon that this would soon change as bitcoin evolves, it would become a more reliable investment than real estate because we have seen how real estate can plunge the world into a mess taking a cue from the mortgage crises in the US that led to the recession in 2008 that shook the world.

One of my friends have sold their BTCs to buy an apartment and he doesn't regret it at all. In my opinion, real estate is great because it's pretty stable in price. Otherwise, what are money for?

the principle that I applied in crypto was the result of crypto trading or the other, some of which I used to invest in the real world.

At the moment there is no such amount of money in the cryptocurrency to buy real estate. But with the increase in capital in the Cryptocurrency, I will diversify the investment and invest in something in offline

I hear a lot of people here say they sell bitcoins to buy real estate, however, I wonder if anyone has ever attempted to trade bitcoins for real estate. If it will ever happen, will you get into trading like this? That is, bitcoin for something like real estate?

Honestly, me! But i wouldn't venture to say that I'll sell all my Bitcoins to have a piece of real estate. My tactic is simply to sell just enough for a down payment on a house and lot and the reat would be payed by my day job. I just hope i could have enough to still trade and sustain it overtime. I also hope the real estate wouldn't crash again.

Well there is nothing wrong if you sell some of your bitcoins just to invest in real estate. Thats a wise decision i think. But don't leave bitcoin because it will continue give a higher income for long and short term investment.

For me, buying real estate is a good investment. If I were to buy one now at a cheap location but is located somewhere that is developing and has the prospects of appreciating over time, then I would have the option to sell it at a much higher price in the future. Also, I could have it rented out and this would give me passive income. Or maybe I can use it as a collateral.

I don't have enough Bitcoin yet to do this especially at present since land is expensive especially at urban areas but in the future I plan to do so because buying land and property is a good asset.

Same here mate it means that is a cool investment because their is an easy money on it. Many people wanted to have a real estate for some reason maybe because that is for future usage and it is good business at all times.

If one day in my life I would have enough bitcoin value to buy myself a house I would definitely do that because I would be better not having bitcoin and living in my own house then have them as live in the rent flat nowhere.
well, for now I'm building a house that I will rent when it's finished, and 80% of the funds are almost from the cryptocurreny. Well, I think it's not much different from the comparison of cryptocurrency for real estate.
