I think this is not impossible when we have strong desires and beliefs, it is not impossible in the future that a real estate can be obtained by exchanging one bitcoin, bitcoin can be an option for long-term investment like gold and silver which is very potential if we choose as an investment commodity but like two sides of a coin that cannot be separated from each other there you are also required to be able to take advantage of opportunities and risks that arise so that you get a lot of benefits from this investment

I still think that this will still be hampered by regulations, the solution is still individual transactions and cash receipts are still using fiat, the government cannot provide tax provisions directly when using crypto and this is a real problem, but I think this is a good alternative.

These sellers and their realtors believe they will find buyers, particularly among a subset of people in their 20s and 30s: tech-savvy men with decent jobs and maybe a libertarian bent who, by getting into cryptocurrency early, now command significant digital capital. Disillusioned or spurned by the burst of the housing bubble in 2008, younger investors who bought into bitcoin, an unregulated currency that functions outside the grips of traditional financial institutions, are now interested in putting their digital currency to work in the physical world.

I don't have much bitcoin to buy real estate. But for me selling bitcoin for real estate nothing wrong because this investment is also very profitable besides the risk that will be obtained is zero but getting profit every year and it keeps on going up.

That would be nice, if  you have enough Bitcoins to trade and if brokers accept Bitcoins why not. It is just buying it by fiat, this we only uze digitalmoney to pay for it. why not!

I support the idea, real estate is one of the best investment in my view (after cryptocurrencies of course Smiley ) But very important to diversify, among all your investments.

He sold it in exchange and convert to cash and purchase a property. I believe that there are so many people able to purchase real estate using their bitcoin earning. I personally able to use my bitcoin earning for our family's living expenses. Hopefully I could in the future buy real estate as well.

In my opinion real estate investment is important if you want to live comfortably, because real estate will continue to be needed and the value will be very high over time. I or some members here may have the same goal of wanting to be able to live freely without thinking of money in old age, that goal that makes me invest in real estate and in cryptocurrency whose nature is uncertain in the future will disappear anytime.

It is a very good idea. Of course, a real estate is a good investment too and an asset that is tangible. We are more secure  with tangible asset. Someday, I will buy one when I can earn bigger from crypto currency.

There are many reasons that real estate is considered one of the best old school investment solutions. Buying a home is a way of securing your money and your future. and I think the Bitcoin trade is a good idea for real circumstances because Investing in Real Estate is something that people have done forever. People usually buy a house or apartment and rent it out so they can earn a steady income

If one day I earn a lot with the bitcoin or other alt coins, I promise won't buy real estate  Grin

I think . This will definitely minimize tax payments if the buyer and seller are ready to do business with the exchange of bitcoin to the property.
This is a way to diversify investment. In certain bitcoins in real estate will make a big market because the majority of users are stuck in high taxation in real estate.

I do not have the funds to buy real estate, but following the logic of who has the opportunity that it just needs to take advantage of.It's a very clever tactical move.

I prefer cryptocurrency more than real estate because the price of bitcoins can grow faster rather than waiting into a land to grow in the future and you never know if there will be a person who is going to be interested.

A couple of years ago I sold some bitcoins and invested in real estate, but then the bitcoin price was little less than now, and at that time all the investments were made by my friend who was engaged in real estate investments for a long time because there you need to invest huge sums in order to make something . Now I do not do this yet, because at the moment need more money to invest in real estate than before.
