Today, listings from one coast to another tout bitcoin as a way to make a property transaction. A new collection of haute residences in Hollywood with Los Angeles skyline views go for $1.21 million or its bitcoin equivalent; in Washington, D.C., two-bedroom condos are on the market for between 36 and 84 bitcoins. In Austin, the seller of one ranch is offering a “signficant discount” if the buyer pays with bitcoin.

I am wondering how many of you are selling your bitcoins to buy something solid like real estate as backup investment? spread the eggs!

I prefer to hold my coins rather than investing in real estate because the price increase of a lot is not growing immediately and it takes years before you earn profit so i always prefer bitcoins or altcoins rather than real estate.

Oh, real estate is a great investment. If you have really a lot of Bitcoins, you can buy even a house, and you will do right. In France, some people do these things.

At the moment there is no such amount of money in the cryptocurrency to buy real estate. But with the increase in capital in the Cryptocurrency, I will diversify the investment and invest in something in offline

By the way, you must also buy this real estate only in some certain counties, where the sellers are ready to get Bitcoins and altcoins for their own private property.

Maybe it wasn't a bad idea to do so because current market is really upsetting; There's a possibility that we will never see a 15.000$+ BTC...

for now the price of land or real estate is very expensive, maybe another alternative, can invest in stocks, mutual funds, or maybe in gold or silver.

I have never tried purchasing real estate after making the payment in Bitcoins, but I have used BTC as a medium for buying assets such as gold bullion coins and antiques. Too many legal formalities are involved, if we want to purchase real estate with crypto.

Seems to hold better than cut loss, I am always confident and optimistic that the future of crypto will continue to improve so that it is better to hold and wait for the right time than invest in the property or real estate.

Then, in late December, what was considered to be the first bitcoin-only real estate deal went down when Ivan “Paychecks” Pacheco, co-founder of cryptocurrency website Bits to Freedom, transferred 17.741 bitcoins ($275,000) to a seller to buy a two-bedroom condo in Miami. In early February, bitcoin investor Michael Komaransky sold his Miami mansion in a deal where the buyer—again, anonymous—paid the $6 million listing price almost entirely in bitcoins (455, to be exact).

That could be a great transactions ,but if we look at it ,itis just like making payments for that real estate , but in this case we are utilizing the use of cryptocurrency in trading with real estate to further boost the utilization of bitcoin and that is good for bitcoin ,because we are promoting the use of cryptocurrency in the real world business and trading.

In my own opinion, it was your decision if you are going to switch to real estate but always bear in your mind that the price of cryptocurrency will always grow due to the markets volatility.

That is in crisis but that is can not make everyone to investing

Do you mean the crisis on the crypto market? As I see, even now, you can invest your money in Bitcoin and the best tokens. When you get your returns, you will be able to invest this money in the real estate.

This is a smart choice, if I was I would sell my Bitcoin to buy a house, or I would use that money to invest in real estate projects.

As of now, my Bitcoin holdings is not enough to invest in a real estate but maybe someday when everything fall into place for Bitcoin. Right I am more focused in my investments in crypto since it's still hot.
well, it's really good to collect bitcoin for real estate. Well, there are so many choices out there for real estate, it's just that, I also still don't have enough bitcoin to make that a reality. yeah, but i will try it.

I understand the fact that spreading the eggs into different basket is actually a good thing to do, since it is a delicate environment with a lot of uncertainties and you do not want to get caught up having nothing at the end.

This is really a smart advise, not to put all eggs in one basket. But i reckon that this would soon change as bitcoin evolves, it would become a more reliable investment than real estate.

Real estate is also a good investment, but not everyone has much money to invest. Only a small amount of money can invest in crypto. When I have more money, I will also buy real estate to diversify my investment.
