Just one person who claimed it took less than 9 hours. However, I applied for a refund before him and I've waited nearly 24. There is no logic to his statement and I do not believe it to be a genuine one.
Cannot speak to the order of transactions... there is a backlog causing delays, but transactions are being completed.

Transactions are being processed, but there is a backlog causing the time delay. Many transactions are taking more than 24 hours currently due to the demand. We appreciate your patience.
