There is absolutely no much argument about their technology as they have one of the best technology and Idea in the market but no matter the technology they have, it still would not be compared to ethereum and may never be able to grow as much as ethereum would in future, most especially now that they are having internal crisis which led to one of their co-founder leaving.

Ethereum has been well coordinated and their team has been able to put themselves together as for the past few year they were establish, and these team of ethereum has very great ideas that is being used from time to time to sustain their cryptocurrency.

I do support the competition between these two and i think eth developers have been much more active now perhaps due to this competition in the market but your thread title is a bit sarcastic in my view it is like comparing horses with donkeys, im saying so because i still think that eth is way superior and has no comparison with other chains as of yet.

This statement may be too fast and as I see that many people think that Tron cannot replace Ethereum at this time.

I agree, I believe OP is just shilling. Now that tron lost one developer, I wonder how they can move their improvement to cope up with ethereum. It is a big loss when TRON CTO quits and decided to create its own version of "TRON".

Honestly i’m not a Tron believer at all. And i don’t think i will ever be. I agree that there is a potential of Tron, it might grow in future, it’s fine. The strenght of ethereum in crypto market has already proven, so there is no way that Tron to displace Ethereum.

It's not about who is more handsome. Justin makes a whole lot of noise and he's usually more concerned about the price of his coins than its development. Vitalik on the other hand is always pushing for Ethereum development and I'm certain there is no way Tron will displace Ethereum.

I think there is pretty much zero chance of Tron displacing ETH in the near future. Sure it may happen several years down the line, but at the moment and for the foreseeable future ETH remains far and away the best smart contract platform. Potential competitors are just that - potential. A lot of the problems that ETH has faced and overcome have been due to its wide adoption. Most other coins haven't been battle-tested in the same way, and whilst they may look good in theory, they have yet to offer much evidence.

I don't rule out the possibility. Tron has recently established itself as a very promising project with its own platform. After TRON acquired Bittracker prices on this coin is very greatly increased. Look how clever is Vitalik alone , he can build things we can't still imagine even without team

Im not saying Tron will never replace Ethereum , but for few years im 100% sure it will not . There is too many projects already out there that preffer Ethereum under Tron . Look even facebook rumours says that they started to work with Ethereum blockchain

To take over and displace Ethereum need more than 5 years. Tbh i only saw hype and hype on this Tron project, and even the price of tron is still far from the ethereum price. It's hard to beat ethereum, even the old popular project that said to beat ethereum still cant do that.

If we are talking in 5 years timeframe i think not really,tron still has alot to develop to displace ethereum as 2nd biggest cryptocurrency in the market.But if we are talking 5 years or longer i think tron will be more better in longer term of investing
