The usual scammers. As it turned out, they don't take sports bets.

We have tens of thousands of sports bettors and some members of this forum can confirm it. So we do take sports bet, and we in fact have taken millions of them.

Seeing your description, I believe what happened is most likely that your entire account been rejected by our sports betting provider. This has happened before.

Please note that we do not make decisions to reject bets or refuse to take bets from players, at least not at this time. Our sports betting provider does it on their end, and unfortunately there isn't much we can do about this. They maintain and constantly update certain blacklists with metrics that they won't disclose to us, and if some of your footprints hit a match in any of the blacklists, they will reject the entire account before you even place a single bet.

If you want to complete the withdraw wagering requirement as risk-free as possible, I would recommend wagering on our in-house Dice game. You can set the house edge/odds by yourself and easily complete the wagering requirement with minimal risk.

Feel free to DM me your TrustDice user id and I can take a look for you to check if this is the case. But like I said, it does sound like it.

Hope this helps.

The usual scammers. As it turned out, they don't take sports bets. But at the same time they have a tab with bets on the site, also all the events are updated in real time. There is an advertisement for a bonus on the first bet.

After asking to withdraw my deposit I was told that under the terms of the agreement I have to twist the wager x5. But I do not where to twist vager, as I do not play in the casino.

They did not respond to my statement. It's really simple, I will write to Curacao, I will also write to the regulator that they are inducing me to gamble.

They tell me that I signed a license agreement when registering, but excuse me, this license agreement is not legal, because the information entered in it is not correct. It is not written that the interface of the site does not correspond to reality, which misleads the player.

Although the amount is not large, but I'll do it anyway, because the lack of decency of such platforms is already sick and tired.

Of course I will leave a review on Trustpilot.

In short, I'm not going to joke with them, and they probably think I'm joking. If there is a representative on their site, or who is smarter than their customer service, bring them to the fact that it would be more reasonable to make me withdraw my deposit without forcing me to gamble in games I do not play.

I'm done.

Casino asked for KYC. I sent all documents they asked. Then they write FAKE reason to block me, "Edited photos".
Using faked photo for KYC is bad and intolerable at any platform. They will terminate your account shortly when you want to cheat with their compliance team.

I wrote complaint at Casino Guru, where casino started to sent blackmarket site, and ssaying that i bought documents for 100 usd.
Then i sent notarised approvment that my passport are real.
It is what you told but where are proofs that the team lied that your valid document and photo are faked?

What is proof for your additional documents which are real, not fake?

I am sure with you that no good casino will destroy their reputation by concluding a valid document is faked.

Casino have a lot of FAKE reviews at trustpilot. You can easy check it. 95% of reviews are from USA. Where people write that this is perfect casino, momentally withdraw. BUT IN REALITY: USD is restricted territory, and when REAL GAMBLERS try to withdraw money from "restricted territories" casino BLOCK them andd steal all money with deposits.

Also you can check, that REAL PLAYERS write a lot of complains. A lot with same reason are blocked. EDITED DOCUMENTS.

This is probably the first bonus that I have managed to make a profit with and withdraw without any issues, immediately after fulfilling the requirements set by Trustdice. It was so lucky and a long shot that began with a modest $2 bonus and culminated in a $100 withdrawal. The reason my account was banned initially  the first time as i mentioned in my previous posts here was due to my error of attempting to withdraw before completing the terms of the no deposit bonus. I would advise anyone registering to carefully read the T&C beforehand and never hesitate to contact the great live support they provide.

I would like to inquire with the Trustdice team about the high wagering requirements for the no bonus deposits. It would be great if the x5 wagering requirement could only apply bonuses and be reduced to x1 for regular deposits.
Because the support is held to make it easier for users to solve problems. Never hesitate to ask about things that are our problem in the casino, because they will be happy to help their users, as long as we have clear reasons and also have to prepare evidence if it's a slightly complicated problem.
Reading the terms and conditions at the beginning is something that must be done, because there is complete information about everything that is and is a policy in a casino. But the problem now is that people are lazy to read even though it's important for them.

Hi all, can you please tell me how things stand with betting in this office? Is it safe to make a deposit here? Do they not cancel bets?

How do I get verified? I.e. is it verification of identity and address or can I verify for a month or more and ask for different documents, photos?

And in general I want to understand the general impression of the office.

Hi there,

Is it safe to make a deposit here?
There is a page specifically designed to answer this question: https://trustdice.win/legit
And some latest user reviews: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/trustdice.win
At the very bottom of this question, it really depends on how you intend to use your deposits. If the intention is to abuse, such as using duplicate accounts or player collusion, then your deposit is certainly not safe with most casinos or bookies. But if you consider yourself a legit, rule-following player, then it is in general safe to deposit here, according to overwhelming user reviews.
Like what other members have mentioned, we strongly recommend you to read our T&C to make informed decision: https://trustdice.win/terms

Do they not cancel bets?
Assume u r talking about sports betting and esports betting, there are certain sport bets that were rejected by our odds provider, not TrustDice itself.

How do I get verified? I.e. is it verification of identity and address or can I verify for a month or more and ask for different documents, photos?
As a crypto casino, we understand the need for anonymity as we are, just like yourself, crypto folks ourselves. So KYC is only requested in rare occasions that some concerns are raised by our Risk Management department, particularly when
- our anti-spam, anti-abuse algorithms return an alarm,
and
- they manually reviewed the case and decide there are indeed certain risks or signs of potential T&C violations
With that being said, given the sheer quantity of players we have, we do send out some KYC requests every week.

In most cases, the KYC requests are usually just documents. In rare cases other more serious verifications can applied.

And doing KYC would be once for all. We currently do not request monthly KYC for any players.

Hope the answers above help.

Thank You

What terms and conditions are you talking about? Do you really think everyone here is a sucker? If the office is not decent it will not pay no matter what terms and conditions. And I'm not asking about the casino, I am waiting for an answer from those who bet there.

The best possible way to get all the answers to your question is through reading the term and conditions of the casino, I have not really studied trustdice T&C, but from the look of things even though there are one or two cases which have not been resolved about trustdice withdrawal /Kyc.

It's evident that trust dice is not too different from all the other casinos we have around when it comes to KYC, I don't think KYC is mandatory at the point of registration at least you can register and play with small amounts to test the casino yourself instead of relying on other to feed you with that information which some of them may not be true.

Although the x5 wagering requirements is low compared to the normal casino bonus wagering requirements that usually around x30 and above.

Really you saying that, sure? Which casino has such restriction to wager 30x before making request for withdrawal? Or I am missing to understand you? what you are saying is looking very different from what I know about it.

User has a high chance to deposit immediately without reading the terms because the no wagering requirements on the bonus will make them excited to deposit without expecting a catch on the wagering requirements for deposit.

Are you encouraging users not to read ToS with this statement?
It seems that he misunderstood and said about the bonus conditions  Grin even though it is clear that here we are discussing the requirements before submitting a withdrawal at least 5x the deposit amount.
However, the 5x requirement before making a withdrawal is not too difficult for me as a small gambler, but for big gamblers it might make them feel a little confused by the rules.
Because usually some casinos only provide 1x or 2x the terms of the deposit amount as some forum members say here.
For some people, for example, depositing $ 15 and wanting to withdraw funds, having to bet a total of $ 75 is not that scary, but maybe those who are not used to this are a bit angry.

Means that trustdice has standard wagering requirement for deposit bonus but trustdice has slightly higher wagering requirement (x5) for deposit (without bonus) compared to other casinos where the standard wager requirement to withdraw our money without bonus is between x1-x2 only.
You're correct.

Wager requirements on real money and bonus money are different, we should read more carefully about the games and odds to fulfill the wagering requirements. Some casino usually ask for minimum odds and different games will give different calculation, it's like if we gamble on pragmatic play games for $100, it will count for $100. But if we gamble on Play'n GO for $100, it will count for 0.5 or $50.

He is mixing two different things into one as far as I can understand from his post. 5x wagering requirement in trustdice is about the rule for pure deposit without bonus but he is comparing it to wagering requirement for deposit bonus in most other casinos. He should use apple to apple comparison to make it fair. If he says that other casino's bonuses come with x30 and above, lets see the same rule in trustdice about their bonus terms as quoted below:

Quote
4. Our First / Second / Third Deposit Bonus each have a wager requirement of 40 times.

This forum exclusive bonus is non-wagering in the sense that, in order to receive the bonus, a newly registered forum member doesn't need to
- wager anything before receiving the bonus
- wager all of the Day 1 bonus before receiving bonus of the next day

The bonus is still subject to our site-wide T&C, which I have mentioned previously.

TrustDice Team

With this I understand that the $25 bonus for forum members is activated by registration. Is there any other criteria that will deny a user off the bonus after registration going with T&C as you have mentioned ?

I think you have to clear the withdrawal aspect on the op especially 5x wagering before withdrawal of such or winning as the case maybe.

You see the catch now. Bonus has no wagering requirements but the deposit has a wagering requirements of his own which is above normal. 25$ bonus for a x5 wager requirements on bonus is not worthy to try. I had a conversation with your live chat service which responded quickly honestly.
Yep we take pride in our prompt and excellent customer support Smiley

Unfortunately withdrawing my winnings with that bonus is not possible without wagering
Nevertheless Im now required to deposit at least 0.0005 BTC and wager it 5 times. If I fail to wager at least 5x which equals to 0.0025 BTC, I will need to start again.

You are correct that you have to deposit and wager at least 5x of your deposit, which I have already reminded you of in this thread.
Can I deposit some Bitcoin and be able to withdraw without any issues since this is a bonus without any wagering requirements as you mentioned in this topic?
Yes, but kindly note your deposit will still be subjected to its own wagering requirement, which is x5.

It's been clearly defined by our T&C:
5.10 In order to make a withdrawal, a player must wager 5x from the deposit amount.

Such clause is mandotary for crypto casinos given the fact that we operate on cryptos, an hard-to-trace asset class, plus that we have a provably fair, in-house Dice game that allows you to set the house margin yourself at a very low rate. Without such a clause, TrustDice would become a paradise for money-laundering.
If your goal is to withdraw with the minimal risk, my suggestion is to deposit as instructed and wager on the Dice game where you can have the win rate very high and house edge very low.

In my opinion these rules and terms do not make it a non-wagering bonus at all! Please correct me if Im wrong here.

Beside that I have a quick question : Is it possible for me to deposit $15 USDT knowing that i received the bonus on BTC in order to withdraw it while retaining my deposited funds until I meet the wagering requirements for withdrawal which is x5?
Hi,

I think you can. But please confirm this with our on-site live chat support and ask them to specifically look into your case.

Unfortunately withdrawing my winnings with that bonus is not possible without wagering, After I have managed to convert the small bonus of 2$ to approximately $45 beside few pending bets left for tomorrow. I had a conversation with your live chat service which responded quickly honestly. Nevertheless Im now required to deposit at least 0.0005 BTC and wager it 5 times. If I fail to wager at least 5x which equals to 0.0025 BTC, I will need to start again. With this requirement makes it an impossible mission for me to complete unfortunately. If I were to deposit $15 and lose it the first time I would have to wager $150 the second time and like that.
