Hi,
I looked into your account. Since there was a withdrawal attempt without deposit, this plus some other signals might have triggered our anti-spam algorithm (just my educated guess). My colleague will be restoring your access since there is no breach of T&C after all.
Apologies for the inconvenience. As the one and only crypto casino that offers free, no-deposit-required bonus, it's important for us to have an anti-spam algorithm in place. I have forwarded what happened to you to our product team who's constantly updating the algorithm.
TrustDice Team

Thank you for your assistance in restoring my account it’s kind from you, my account is now working properly and i can bet and gamble. I understand your concerns and your system's ability to detect scam attempts and prevent the suspicious accounts from taking advantage of your bonuses which is a special bonus. Therefore it is important for your security team to regularly monitor these bonus accounts since it’s free money there will be many people trying to take advantage .
Unfortunately due to my account restrictions this last 2 days I was unable to fulfill the requirement of playing for 4 days and because of that i missed out on the opportunity to receive the $25 bonus on the 4th day but it’s totally fine.
Beside that I have a quick question : Is it possible for me to deposit $15 USDT knowing that i received the bonus on BTC in order to withdraw it while retaining my deposited funds until I meet the wagering requirements for withdrawal which is x5?

Lastly, I would like to advise all users who encounter issues with TrustDice to request assistance in a respectful way and good manners also to be patient while their accounts are being verified the process takes time.

I was surprised to receive a message when I tried to log into my account again tonight i have got this message "Login failed. Your account has been banned. Possible reasons: duplicate accounts, fraud, cheating." At first I thought that I may have had an old account that possibly caused the issue but I checked my other email addresses and did not find any previous accounts. Could you please clarify the reason for this ban? My username is Gxstxv. Im Pretty sure that i didn’t break any of your rules at least not in purpose.

First of all, I don't even know where my case stands since the last message directed at me was "you should send KYC ASAP and MAYBE you will get unbanned" 48h ago and I have never gotten conformation the team was indeed reviewing my case or had even accepted the docs.

Secondly, I dont understand why you are telling me to refrain from spamming messages? I went back and forth a bit with trustdice's representative about my case and then responded/commented on someone else's opinion on a different matter 2 days ago. In fact, other than the message basically asking for an update, its been 48h since I last posted in this thread.

The user that give you an advice is telling the truth. Making a negative criticism while your case is already in-progress can be categorized as spam since you are using the thread to channel your emotion as if Trustdice team doesn’t acknowledge your case. Forum representative is different from the security team that reviewing your case. You can ask the representative here to help you push your KYC verification in a proper way though.

I do not think it is a spam to update people about his case and at the same time channel is opinion.  This is a forum and his case is with Trustdice, it would be a spam if he is stating other casino cases than Trustdice. I do understand his post and the negative sentiment, he just wanted to get updated about his case since it is more than 1 day after the submission.  I doubt he is informed about how long the verification process is so it makes him uncomfortable.

Besides, Trustdice is know here for solving all the issue related to their casino. And also 2 days is just too short for waiting because other casino usually take a week or more depending on the intensity of the investigation on your account. You should review the ToS especially the AML policy part and liabilities to have a better understanding on how Trustdice handling your case. Rest assured your account will be back to normal if you are clear from violation.

Regardless of how knowledgeable the company is in solving cases, the first thing must be communication to ease the getting impatient player.  The platform must not fail to communicate and inform the other party about the progress of his case.

YOU was SCAMMED by this casino.
Please hold your horses mate. I did not mention anything about being scammed or any signs of a scam by TrustDice. Our cases are completely different, and despite what happened or who made the mistake, your behavior warrants being ignored. You should learn how to discuss things respectfully and avoid spamming.

Its been almost 48h with no response since my KYC was sent, yet the trustdice rep is active talking about bonuses. Apparently another btctalk member got their account blocked in the meantime and there are still people dickriding trustdice for their "decisiveness" and applauding their behaviour.
The KYC verification process takes more than two days so please be patient. Also you should note that the representative here is different from the team that takes care of document verification. The best option for you is to wait for their answer and refrain from spamming here as it only reflects badly on your case.

If all it takes is doing the KYC so I can withdraw my funds, I'll do it in 5 minutes.

Since your disregard for the KYC request is what got you banned in the first place, I highly advise you to send the KYC documents to the team ASAP. Please be advised that providing KYC documents does not constitute permission to restore your account or to withdraw your current balance. It is your obligation to complete KYC per T&C 3.9, which you agreed to when you sign up and also been informed to you via email:

Thank you.

I dont get it. If you claim I got banned for disregarding KYC, you are now telling me doing KYC might not accomplish anything is that correct?

3.9 We have the right to carry out “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verification procedures and access to your Member Account may be blocked or closed if you don’t complete KYC verification or we determine that you have supplied false or misleading information.

I'm curious what reason there is to keep my account banned if I provide KYC, what a great stand from a "reputable casino".

I just submitted KYC, lets see if you can dig up something to not pay out.

Welcome on board!

Now I am close to the minimum deposit requirement of 0.001 BTC.
Forgive me but we don't have a minimum deposit requirement at all

Thank you for your answer! I apologize for not being specific with my previous question earlier. What I meant to ask was : what is the minimum deposit required in order to make a withdrawal? I attempted to withdraw funds but my request was declined and I now understand that I need to deposit at least 0.0005 BTC in order to withdraw normally? I hope I’m right. Beside that I would like to know if it is possible to withdraw my balance while keeping my deposit given that you require 5x wagering.
I am sorry for asking so many questions, but I need to be clear on these matters and some things aren’t that clear.

I was surprised to receive a message when I tried to log into my account again tonight i have got this message "Login failed. Your account has been banned. This isn't actually ignoring the problem, but if the complainant can't have a good discussion, it won't solve the problem. From what I read from @alol1986 he is indeed stubborn and he doesn't accept arguments from other people, he doesn't even hesitate to accuse a casino of fraud if it doesn't line up with the arguments he conveys. If you continue to serve people like this then it's a waste of time. The team can respond to other users who have obvious problems, not just speak with emotion.
I believe he is a frustrated gambler who has lost a lot of money and he pretends that his money has been withheld by the casino to get sympathy. lol.
sometimes it is better to remain silent in response to arrogant people. someone who has an emotional disposition coupled with the loss of losing gambling is very difficult to give subtle directions and for sure he will always be stubborn with his mind.
it's true that TrustDice representatives prefer to stop responding on the grounds that this thread is more peaceful than arrogant people.
but I understand if someone who is frustrated because of losing a lot of money in gambling is indeed very painful and sometimes emotional that cannot be controlled which makes other people feel uncomfortable with that person.
so it's better not to respond to that person and prefer to discuss about the progress of TrustDice
TrustDice representatives have made the wise choice not to respond to those who provide bad feedback in the thread due to the loss.
But isn't it that not responding to the problem will make those who give bad feedback even more emotional and will get worse every time they express their opinion.
So far, I commend the decisiveness and wise choice by the TrustDice representatives because then in this thread there is no protracted debate.
And my salute is added with the TrustDice representatives being very active in the thread and always receiving positive suggestions or feedback in a responsive manner.

I have some questions about the bonus beside sharing my lucky experience with your casino. I noticed that this topic has been active for over three years and still many users replying to it and also the bonus is still available So i had to try it. I registered for an account and confirmed my email address and i received $2. What’s the minimum amount of playing everyday until the forth day?

Now my other query, I played the Live casino game which is specifically Monopoly Evolution only two times and was lucky enough to hit the bonus and win about 180x the amount of my bet even that it was a small bet, Now I am close to the minimum deposit requirement of 0.001 BTC. Can I deposit some Bitcoin and be able to withdraw without any issues since this is a bonus without any wagering requirements as you mentioned in this topic? Haha i don’t want to risk at all to try withdrawing.Or is it better to keep playing until the forth day to get the remaining bonus.

Here are some pictures of my gambling experience.

There is no minimum amount of playing as long as you are playing.

Yes, but kindly note your deposit will still be subjected to its own wagering requirement, which is x5.

People get frustrated because they feel they can be abused very easily (eg: refusing to pay out winnings and not giving insight as to why).

It should be obvious that if you are banned, there should be evidence beyond reasonable doubt and the ability to prove it if needed, otherwise casino's can just claim whatever they want and not take accountability for it. This should be the standard procedure in the gambling world, exactly the same as real life, you are innocent until proven otherwise. If you make a complaint, casino says you abused their system in some way, 3rd party (askgamblers, casinoguru, etc) decides in the casino's favor, you most likely did something wrong, wether you realise or not. BUT, you should ALWAYS be able to dispute the casino's ruling with an impartial and trustable 3rd party.

It's strange how people view internet casinos as lawless frontiers. Casinos take advantage of a lack of gaming rules and systems. Since they're regulated, casinos aren't to blame. Thus, regulators must protect participants. Like any business, gambling has unsavoury operators that need regulation. Blockchain technology could revolutionise fairness and accountability. Blockchain would trace every transaction and game, reducing scams.

We need an impartial, transparent, and legitimate gaming dispute resolution system. Askgamblers or casinoguru should mediate player-casino issues for online casinos. That would make casinos accountable and fair. So, internet casinos must be held accountable, and we need fair and open standards. We should use blockchain to increase gambling transparency and accountability.

Making clear complaints is still quite justified but on the other hand we also have to make some boundaries so that we are also heard because of course in cases like this if we really want our complaints and arguments to be heard then we also have to try to listen to other people, apart from that of course we must also have a condition where ethics comes first.
It's true that when we complain and feel that there is injustice to ourselves, then of course we don't accept anything that is not profitable, but on the other hand, as I said before, there is no need to rely on emotions for this because it is by relying on emotions and feeling the most righteous self. and the most hurt without seeing other people's arguments it can be self-defeating.
