We are living in a very sad day. Experts who made a statement to TV channels say that it is one of the biggest disasters in the history of the republic. The number of people who died in the earthquake has already passed 1000. I'm afraid that number will be a larger number in a few days. I hope no more sad news comes. Honestly speaking its completely different matter to join Champions League now. I feel like its hard to say they will be able to hit group stage. They are still having issues. Beşiktaş can't even compete for 2nd place. I wish they get better so odds would be better.

It was a shocking start for Galatasaray. Trabzonspor scored a goal in the 12th second of the match already. It was a huge mistake by Nelsson while he was trying to return to Muslera. Trabzonspor attackers followed the incident closely and benefited from that easily. However this didn't change anything for Galatasaray anyway. They had a huge dominance throughout the match. The score could have been even more in favour of them if they didn't waste a couple of more chances.

Mertens' goal was lovely that Uğurcan had nothing to do against that shot. Icardi impressed the fans again by scoring a goal and making an assist. Trabzonspor also had a huge change to score the equalizer. But Muslera saved the shot amazingly. There was a shot by Kerem later on which hit the goal post and it could have ended everything for Trabzonspor there.

But Galatasaray still managed to win by 2-1. This great effort deserved the win.

Galatasaray has been one of the best clubs in Turkey for a very long time. And I suspect that this team is also the most successful Turkish club in football. In Turkey, the supporters are known for having a lot to say indirectly at a club. If things don't go well for a team, players come to the training complex and demand that things change. Accurate guessing. Galatasaray could be able to score a goal and win the match tonight. I think Galatasaray became extraordinary good. I don't think I remember Galatasaray being this much consistent in later years. Its surprising for fans. I feel like Okan Buruk fixed all issues of team. Dubois is finally adapted as well. Galatasaray is very lucky having Icardi and Mertens which can beat many teams together.

It is going to be a tough game, after all we are on the verge of having one of the longest winning streaks of all time and I have to say that this game could be the one that we may end up losing if we lose, otherwise all the other games until the record broken seems easy. However, thats an issue all on its own, we beat Fener easily, Besiktas easily, and all other so called top teams, but then we barely managed to beat Umraniyespor, the worst team in the league. So you never really know what may happen, will we be dominant like Fener game, or barely good like Umraniye game? Who knows.
