According to the news on NTVSpor Fenerbahce have completed the signing of Umut Nayir. It is a 2 year contract but there is an option to extend it to 3 years as well.

He had a really great season the last time as he scored 17 goals in the league. However I wonder how often he will be in the starting eleven here. Because Fenerbahce have signed Edin Dzeko as well you know. He is 37 years old though and I don't know if he can perform very impressively. But if he does Umut Nayir might not find as many chances as he had at Umraniyespor. To tell the truth none of these transfers is good for Fenerbahce while their arch rival Galatasaray are bringing more quality names.

Seems like we managed to get Angelino as well. Not a bad player at all, definitely a good level for our team. I talked about this in the turkish part of the forum as well but the big three we are looking to get this season looks like Angelino, Icardi and hopefully Paredes soon as well, looks like nearly a done deal. We knew these were our aim, but what I worry about is money, its talked about here as well but I do not think that its a good idea. If you are betting that we are going to be in UCL group stages, and also win the title and maybe even the cup, like do as well as hoped for, and then maybe who knows go to europa after group stages if we fail to go further, and bet all our money on this success, that's just not possible. Just betting on all our future potential income on success is not a good idea, we need something that is more sustainable than this.

I watched yesterday's Galatasaray-Kisvarda friendly match. Galatasaray won the match 2-0. Barış Alper Yılmaz scored a goal with Emre Kılınç's assist. Another goal was scored by Sacha Boey, assisted by Berkan Kutlu.

I liked Emin Bayram in the match. I read on news that English teams and Italian teams interesting Emin Bayram.

I was reading on news that Mauro Icardi will be paid something like 10 million euros a year which seems absurdly high to me, compared to finances of Turkish teams and average wage of players in Turkish teams. I think this can cause disruption in team chemistry. But I don't think Galatasaray will be able to find better striker anyways - even if you find good one now there will be mental issues because of new transfer etc.
They have made this decision based on a gamble about champions league. If they can be in the group stages, even if they fail to go up, that means they are going to make something like 20 million, between being in the group stages, merch, tickets, game money they are given and all that, the yare going to get about 20 million total.

Half of that would go to Icardi but at the same time they have a great chance to win the title, so that's another few million and they are going to get people buying more jerseys as well which would mean a bit more money. So, when you combine all those together, Icardi would probably be worth the money he is offered, doesn't mean he is, it just means there is a possibility of him being worth that much to them.

Samsunspor, the new member of the league, announced the signing of Marc Bola, the left back of Middlesbrough.Samsunspor wants to make a fast start in the league and we can say that they are generous with transfers. It seems that they will make transfers as if they want to join the league this year and make a mess.
Sivasspor, on the other hand, managed to sign emrah başşan, the right wing of kayserispor, for free.Emrah is an experienced and experienced player in the league. His last performance was very good and it seems that sivasspor wants to make transfers in order to strengthen its squad and will buy more experienced players rather than young players.
I think as black sea city Samsun can access to fund of many Samsun businessmen that may give them proper advantage to stay in league next season. I am expecting their team to surprise many football lovers. They were one of the better teams coming from lower league.
I feeel like newcomer Anatolian teams have lot more advantages than İstanbul teams. Obviously because İstanbul teams are just teams of small locations with nearly zero fanbase but Anatolian teams are literally "city" teams.
Samsunspor is one of the teams that have left a really good impression for a long time, at least I can say that it has been so for me.We have seen that such black sea teams have shown unexpected performances in the past seasons.I will expect the same performance from samsunspor again. The president is a rich businessman and the businessmen of samsunlu will make a financial aid to keep the team in the league and they will make moves to increase the performance of the team with good transfers.

Undoubtedly, Mauro Icardi is one of the finest strikers in Europe and I think deserves to play in a team that best fits his style of football.
With the decision of Paris Saint Germaine to sell Kylian Mbappe to the highest bidder this summer transfer window, I think Icardi will have more chances of becoming an important member of PSG squad. The player for sure knows which club is best for him but if I'm to say, I think playing in the French Ligue 1 for a club like PSG is better than permanently moving to Turkish league
Most chances we will have big changes in coming season with Galatasaray is going to lose their goal machine Icardi because right now as things are going most chances PSG will sell Kylian Mbappé, and then we will have Icardi and Neymar as their best options even someone also can join because they already have enough sources which will help them for having their required player, but this could be big lost for the Galatasaray specially when they are going to play Champions League.

Still first we have to wait for the final decision about Kylian Mbappé then we can talk about these right now Galatasaray needs to work on their way as how they will be suitable for having better results in coming season while they are going to defend their title in Turkish League and also having spot into Champions League which needs good performance from them as well.

Galatasaray aren't intending to stop in this transfer window as it seems. The transfer attempts especially for success in the Champions League continue.

According to Fabrizio Romano this time they are close to sealing the Davinson Sanchez deal for themselves. The transfer fee is said to be 9 million euros. However the problem is that there are a couple of more teams interested in signing Sanchez as well. As far as I know one of these teams has been Fenerbahçe but let's see. It will be up to player's decision. If there is no more sensible option then I wonder which Turkish club he would choose.

Considering that we can't go to the Champions League now I guess he would pick Galatasaray.  Sad

Nothing is "official" yet but looks like Icardi is coming back to us and this time we are actually transferring him as well and not loaning him, which means we will not have to worry about him. Between Boey, Nellson, Torreira, Zaniolo and now Icardi, we have some pretty amazing players that looks as high end as it gets, there are talks we are getting Parades for sure as well, which would make that list even longer, Kerem is also there and a very talented young player as well. I am guessing that we are going to get the title again, and the only thing I am worried about is UCL, if we can go to group stages that would be great but we have been disappointed before when we lost to small clubs, its not impossible for us to not reach to group stages there as well. If we can reach to group stages, that means team will be more "together" and results will come, but since these early games are very early, teams are usually not ready for it, so it could be a trouble, we need to be very careful.

Football fans in Turkey love Icardi. I don't know anyone in Galatasaray who doesn't like this man. In a very short time, he managed to win the admiration of everyone. Icardi probably liked the attention he got here, and that's why he doesn't want to leave Galatasaray. It will be a very good transfer for us. I hope it will perform like last year Smiley

Alexander Djiku became Fenerbahçe's new defender. Djiku, who started football in Bastia and played in Caen and then in RC Strasbourg for 4 seasons, will play in a league outside France for the first time in his career. In this respect, it seems like a somewhat risky transfer. The 29-year-old player played 20 games for the Ghana national team, so it can be said that he is experienced. Of course, much older players in defense are called experienced. Fenerbahçe's transfer is a complete closed box in my opinion. It may be very good or very bad, only time will tell.
Good news, Fenerbahce get a new defender. Also Fenerbahce has binding Alexander Djiku with a 3-year contract until 2026, in the league 1 France the previous season he successfully scored one goal against Stade Reims, although only one goal but that goal was so good for me personally. And I was quite impressed with his performance at that time, but yes indeed maybe risky transfer because this is the first time for him to play in a league outside France but I hope he can work very well at there.

Fenerbahçe, our most important rival in the league, transferred 37-year-old Edin Dzeko. When I compare Icardi with him, I see that we have more advantage. I think Edin Dzeko will have problems in the intense match tempo and this will create some negativities for Fernerbahçe. However, in the same period, we will have an easier season with Icardi because Icardi is younger than Edin Dzeko and knows the Turkish league. Fenerbahçe made a good move by transferring Edin Dzeko, but Edin Dzeko cannot be the transfer that will win the league.

I believe Dzeko isn't comparable to Icardi right now. He is much older and I wouldn't expect him to have a high stamina which can help him finish 90 minutes. These are both target players maybe but Icardi is much more energetic and helpful for his teammates compared to Dzeko. Besides we already know how much Icardi is capable of.

But we don't know about what Dzeko can do in this league. There is no guarantee for any player to adapt to Turkish football no matter how big player that is. Let's say we compare Dzeko to Valencia I think Dzeko wouldn't be able to score as many goals as Valencia did last season - 29 goals.

Dzeko is more like a transfer thinking of the Europa League. He can be really useful there for Fenerbahce thanks to his big experience in the Champions League and Europa League combined.

I think that the best centre-forward formula for Galatasaray was to bring back Icardi. Because he was like a goal machine last season as you all can remember - 22 goals in 24 Super League matches. He is still 30 years old and not an old age for a striker to me. He can be really useful for Galatasaray for at least a couple of more years thanks to his high quality.

It has been a long time since we last saw Turkish teams signing bigger names like Icardi. I mean the brightest times of Turkish football was for example when Galatasaray signed players like Drogba, Sneijder and Fenerbahce brought van Persie and so on. Now our teams can't convince these players to come here as easy as back then.

I agree with you. If you have a very productive striker like Icardi your priority should always be to do your best to keep him. There is no need to take a risk if you can sign the same striker back.

If this deal didn't happen Galatasaray were going to go for Luka Jovic from Fiorentina. Most probably he would have cost them lower than Icardi about his salary and transfer fee both. But there would have been a question mark about Jovic to make the same contribution Icardi made. Icardi is like on the peak of his career right now so Galatasaray are lucky to have him for 3 more years now.

The biggest reason they can't convince big players is money. Arabs can easily convince big players by offering very high money.
Most big players choose Arab League because of money. That's why no one comes easily.

David Okereke, who plays for Cremonose, is considered for the forward. It can be easy to come to terms with him financially. However, his statistics seemed very inadequate to me. He scored only 9 goals in 38 games last season. Beşiktaş's forward players must score a minimum of 15 goals each season, otherwise it would be very difficult to talk about the championship.

The transfer work continues for the right stopper. An offer of 4 million Euro has been made for Lyanco from Southampton. Southampton, on the other hand, asked for 8 million Euro and there is a big gap between now. This transfer will not happen unless Southampton lowers the price. Beşiktaş doesn't pay such a high transfer fee.
