What you said is true if he can join a big European team to be able to improve his playing skills and also the popularity of his name, then I'm sure Arda Guler will become one of the star players for Turkey in the future.

Barca president Joan Laporta has confirmed that the club are edging closer to completing a deal for the 18-year-old midfielder, whose release clause stands at €17.5m. "He is a very young player, it is true that our scouts have been following him for a long time and many big clubs in Europe want him. We are talking to Fenerbahce,” Laporta told TV3.
https://www.goal.com/en-us/news/arda-guler-told-put-off-barcelona-transfer-by-mesut-ozil-joan-laporta-confirms-talks-fenerbahce-wonderkid/bltcdc8505373221e05

The Spanish press also started to write about Arda Güler. There are rumors that Barcelona will sign him. It is also said that Barcelona will sign a 5-year contract with Arda Güler and will set the release clause as 1 billion Euros. There is even a statement by Laporta and it is known that Deco met with Arda Güler. I think this transfer is largely complete. They will transfer Arda Güler and let him play for Fenerbahçe for one more year. Then we will watch him in Barcelona. The process will go roughly like this.

I still remember Arda Turan in Barcelona.... ended being a very bad transfer, i dont know what happen to him, he was a A+ player when he comes from Atletico Madrid. So lets see how Arda guler develop.

For me this move from Barcelona shows they are very low on money.

There is some new update on Arda Güler transfer to Barcelona according to what I have heard of. Barcelona have already signed a pre-agreement deal with him. The contract is expected to last 5 years and Barcelona will put a release clause of 1 billion euros into the contract. They have done the same exact same thing about release clause for Pedri and Gavi as well. However it is said that Fenerbahçe will still keep Arda for one last season now and next summer he will join Barcelona.

I wonder what Barcelona will plan about Arda in the long term. While there are Pedri and Gavi in the club his job is really hard. Loaning him would also be an option as long as the club choice is decent.
The same contract clauses are circulating on social media. It seems that he will most probably transfer to Barcelona. If barcelona want to sell pedri or gavi, we can say that there will be a chance for arda güler.Otherwise, it may be difficult for him to find a chance to play right now, but it is not impossible. After all, you buy a player like arda güler and you put a contract termination fee of 1 billion euros, that is, a release clause.Otherwise, you would not play such a player and you would cause a loss of value.
I would like him to stay at Fenerbahce for one more year. If he is going to transfer to Barcelona, Ali koç can handle it because he is close friends with the president of Barcelona if I'm not mistaken.

Barcelona are intentionally putting this high release clause to all of these young players to show that they won't be sold to any team. It has been like this for Pedri and Gavi. And it looks like Barcelona have made the same decision about Arda Güler as well. It feels really good to see a Turkish talent having an opportunity like this to improve himself more.

However I would have really liked to see Arda continuing to play for us for a couple of more years at least. We don't see this much talented young players in our country often. When we have such player this time we can't hold them here after big teams make offers for them.

The Turkish League continues to get worse in quality and I really don't know when we can reverse this.

Ismail Kartal is confident about himself that Fenerbahce will be the champions next season. However he had better not so sure about that. There is still a big threat like Galatasaray in the first place and Besiktas have also made some good improvement with Senol Gunes. We can see a high level of title competition among these 3 teams.

Besides Fenerbahce are really in a vicious cycle about their choice of managers. Most of the time we see them signing the same managers after a while. Ismail Kartal is an example for this situation. My next manager prediction is Ersun Yanal who is without club now. Ismail Kartal's contract last only a year for now.

If they fail to become champions again I have no doubt he would get sacked right away.
Fenerbahce has huge pressure on them about being champion after too long of a time. I agree that from what we saw from the last season, the competition between the big three will be fierce and we might see a close race. But Fenerbahce usually can't handle the pressure in these situations. They got Dzeko and Kent but other than that not a transfer yet. Ismail Kartal's credit is definitely for one season, he would definitely be fired if they can't be champions again. Beşiktaş on the other hand didn't make any transfer. I saw that Saiss might be gone for 4 million to Saudi Arabia. That is very low compared to his market after the World Cup. Vida and Saiss were huge profit loses for Besiktas. They should have sold them immediately after the big international tournaments. They also didn't contribute to the team anyway.

I read today in a speculation that Merih Demiral was on Fenerbahçe's agenda. I don't know whether Merih Demiral will return to Turkey. But if Fenerbahce succeeds in this transfer, it will strengthen its squad.

Galatasaray and Beşiktaş, on the other hand, are very quiet in the transfer process for now.

Arda Güler is an player with a bright future.
I think there is a situation, if he goes to a big team, he has to work hard to be in the team. (Barcelona, Madrid etc.)
If he can't play in the team he goes to, it will be very bad for his improve.
For this reason, he should make a good and correct decision.
Arda Guler is a very talented young player considering he is still 18 years old and he still has a very big chance of becoming a really quality player in the midfield position.
Currently he plays for the Fenerbahce S.K team and also the Turkish national team.
What you said is true if he can join a big European team to be able to improve his playing skills and also the popularity of his name, then I'm sure Arda Guler will become one of the star players for Turkey in the future.
It's not his choice alone that determines it but his playing skills that determine his future because if he plays well then it's likely that big teams will be looking to sign him.

Beşiktaş is interested in Joel Matip, who can no longer take much time in Liverpool and is expected to leave the team. It can be a good addition to the defense. He is both experienced and a big name, but the terms of the contract are important. Beşiktaş cannot give foreign players such high amounts of money. The financial structure of the club is not suitable for this.

Barcelona raised their interest for Arda Güler. They agreed to pay 23 million Euro and the player to stay in Fenerbahçe for one more season. It looks like this transfer will end soon. I hope it ends soon and it's out of the question.

Galatasaray is pushing to buy Milot Rashica. They offered 6 million Euro, but Norwich City wanted 9 million Euro. This transfer may also end soon. I don't think that much money is given for Rashica, but Galatasaray found plenty of money, now they are distributing it. Grin

Arda Guler has become a bone of contention for European league teams, be it Barcelona, Real Madrid and AC Milan and Newcastle United. I think Fenerbahce will try to accept a higher offer from teams eyeing Arda Guler in this season's transfer window. Before Barcelona made a bid for Fenerbahce, it seemed earlier that Ac Milan had made an approach with Arda Guler. We will see how this development progresses whether Barcelona becomes the next team for Arda Guler after seeing the offer submitted by Barcelona is higher than that submitted by AC Milan. Well barcelona has a lot of players in midfield so there will be stronger competition for the player for the first place in the team. Moreover at his young age it could be that Barcelona will choose the option of loaning him to another team if they manage to do this signing.

according to the numbers of votes made in this thread Beşiktaş has 45% of votes, while Galatasaray has 36% of votes, well Fenerbahçe has 18% and in my opinion I don't see Fenerbahçe with any chance (not even one small chance ) of becoming champions, now as for Beşiktaş being the favorite according to the majority of people who voted for this thread, I think it's something I can only see in the first games when the league starts, that's because I've been following some news from Beşiktaş signings but they are news in Turkish and with very little data

it's very hard for me to get a lot of constant news about the signings that each Turkish team is making, but when the league is starting, the news channels that I've been following soon make available the news about each team in the Turkish league, but for now and because last season I could see their performance, I would say that Galatasaray has a good chance of being champion this season again, which would make them champion two consecutive seasons, I don't know how many good players Galatasaray sold, but I see them as favorites to win again new
Beşiktaş, Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe are the three top clubs that possess the strength to win their domestic league. The best club will always have enthusiastic followers, that is a simple fact of sports. One cannot support a club that is struggling to record outstanding performances and followers; they have to patiently wait for the club to become an elite team before becoming supporters. You ought to refrain from rushing to draw conclusions, and I believe these individuals voted for their preferred teams based on personal preferences rather than team performance and analytical information.
Going by the number of percentages the three clubs got, I think I did agree with the fact that Besiktas has got more numbers of winning the League than Galatasaray did.
Galatasaray is a traditional Turkish club that has has represented the league very well in the UEFA Champions League over the years. Besiktas for a fact is a great club with good players that can successfully win the domestic league but I don't think they have a better chance than the reigning champions.

I think Arda Güler is pretty much ready to make big leap from Türkiye to big teams like Barcelona. Its not gonna work if Fenerbahçe tries to block his move. Its better if he leaves otherwise his talents will be wasted here.
I personally think Ali Koç is making another mistake with İsmail Kartal move. He is not going to be successful in my opinion. Good transfers wouldn't be enough there should be very very good manager too.

Well his talent is so big that i expect from him to lead the Turkish national team in the upcoming years. Fenerbahce wont be able to keep him but should try and get a fat fee for him. Because this kind of players dont come up everyday and should sell him for at least 50mil . Everything below that is just stupid because they can get a lot more for him. I still think he is too young for Barcelona and wont play much in the first season if he moves there.

Fenerbahce will not receive 50 million because, according to the article in his contract, he will be freed for 17.5 million Euros. 17.5 Million Euros is a very reasonable price for such talented players. As far as I know, he said that he wanted to play in Fenerbahçe for a year if Barcelona took him. In this way, it would be the best way for Fenerbahce, Arda and Barça.

As in every new season, Fenerbahçe is again the most important star of the transfer market. Firstly, Fenerbahçe made transferRyan Kent, then Dzeko. With the Dzeko transfer, the quality of the league increased. Fenerbahce is now a stronger and more assertive team with a solid forward like Dzeko. Also, İsmail Kartal is back.

Fenerbahçe needs to enter this season with good transfers, otherwise the chances of becoming champion seem to be difficult this year.Ali Koç, who restarted Ismail Kartal as technical director, should do what the technical director wants and not read his own way.He should respect what Ismail Kartal wants, otherwise I doubt that there will be a Fenerbahçe that will run to success. We know that he has been working hard since he took office and his first goal should be to determine who will go and who will stay.

Fenerbahçe were late in announcing their coach. Because it was clear that Jorge Jesus would leave the team. Therefore, they should have determined the coach earlier. But since İsmail Kartal knows Fenerbahçe and the Turkish Super League, they will not have any problems in this regard. If we evaluate the event from this perspective, İsmail Kartal is a good choice for them. But I don't think they will be successful this season. Beşiktaş and Trabzonspor were almost absent last season. Beşiktaş recovered a bit in the second half of the league. Trabzonspor played badly all season. I think Trabzonspor and Beşiktaş may be better this season and Fenerbahçe may have a more difficult season.
Fenerbahce's manager was already clear, that is to say, more or less all Fenerbahce fans agreed on the future of Ismail Kartal, it was just delayed to make it official.
After dismissing Ismail Kartal, Jesus came in and now Ismail Kartal has replaced Jesus.Ismail Kartal was playing the team very well before the arrival of Jesus and frankly, he was one of the coaches I liked. This time, it is certain that a great burden has fallen on him and the failure will be written in Ali Koç's and the success in Ismail Kartal's household.
Fenerbahce have started to make good moves in the transfer season and if they continue in the same way I think they will be the favorites. I think they will buy a stopper, a midfielder and finally an attacker.

Beşiktaş opened the season. The team has had its first training today. In addition, 20-year-old winger Emrecan Bulut from Somaspor became the first transfer of the team. Everyone is wondering how this young player will perform. It's easy to score goals in the lower leagues, but it's a matter of curiosity how he will compete at the Super League level, as well as a championship candidate like Beşiktaş.
Burak Yılmaz started his career as an assistant coach. We will see how Burak, who was seen in training for the first time next to Şenol Güneş, will benefit. I hope he will make a positive contribution.

İsmail Kartal is a name who became champion with Fenerbahce in the Super League two times. Both championships were many years ago though but this can still be a sign for Fenerbahce to put an end to their longing for being champions in the league. Whoever manages the team he won't have a comfortable work to do for sure of course.

İsmail Kartal was the assistant coach of Ersun Yanal. Ersun Yanal was a coach who liked to put attacking players such as Webo, Kuyt, Emenike and Sow in the starting eleven at the same time. İsmail Kartal used similar tactics in his previous Fenerbahce experiences. I think Fenerbahce fans will watch a team that plays a lot of offense this season. Therefore, I guess they will have an enjoyable season. In some matches, they will score 5-6 goals against the opposing teams. Fenerbahce will play a football that always prioritizes attack and gives pleasure to the audience.
