Yes, Besiktas is indeed one of the best clubs in the Turkish Super League, but I am quite sure that they really want to compete in the Champions League, because the Champions League is a competition that all clubs dream of, but at least if Besiktas does not succeed in competing in the Champions League, Besiktas will still can fight to compete in the Europa League this season if they can overtake Kayserispor and Trabszonpor in the top 4 positions if not otherwise Besiktas next season will not be able compete in the European League.

There is a rebuilding phase and it's hard to do it in the middle of the league. New manager haven't come yet. New transfer strategy is unknown. All these take time and there is no time right now.
Kasımpaşa game will be in January 5th. The holiday is only limited to one week. I'm not sure what is their plan as we heard news that manager candidates reject offers. This is Hasan Arat's biggest test as a chairman.

Think about a derby game in which there was only one shot on target. It is just terrible. This must be the most mediocre game between these 2 teams. It was a total defensive match between them. A total of 13 shots in the game is okay, but a total of 1 shot on target in total 90 minutes is quite poor, lol. The match was not that enjoyable. But the Turkish Cup final is coming and that match would get a winner as that will be the final so the fans can expect exciting stuff. A penalty match is always exciting to watch. But the fans would be happier if we got to see some goals as well.

Sorry for being this late, i forgot to comment about the derby here, yes a total shit game, very boring, no drama at all, only a few chances for both teams and not so clear, in the end of the game also seems like no one wants to win the game.

For both teams is not a bad result.

Beşiktaş is actually a good team, but they had a very bad transfer season this year. Wrong transfers, players not playing.
The team needs to be restructured as soon as possible. The league needs old Beşiktaş.

Yeah Besiktas performance on the previous seasons are more better than there performance this season because just like you mentioned they have been so inconsistent on there winings because I no that if it was when besiktas are on there best performance they would have won most of the matches they failed to win this season when the opportunity was there for them, so actually is quite unfortunate for them this season.

Besiktas is still on the fifth place of the table and perhaps if they had win there match against Alanyanspor they would have clib more on there league table, actually they had a great opportunity of wining that match but they failed to and however they even manage to score first on the 9 minutes of the match and because of there week performance Alanyanspor had to equalize and win them at the end so actually there going up on the table was dependent on that match so if they had win Alanyanspor they would been in the number 4 position now.

The winner is going to be given 65 million while the second is given 43 million. As the great prize is really good this must be the reason why this finale is being played in Saudi Arabia.

The reward is really good compared to previous years. Everyone complains, but no one else will give this money.
It's the same with the Turkish Cup, it doesn't mean anything for the big teams because the prize money is low.

A lot of people expected much more than what they should from this game and also the bookies which for over 2.5 goals had an odd of just over 1.60 meaning they expected quite some goals in this derby and that has been the case in many encounters before.From a rational point of view Fenerbahce is the team that got more from this game as they are still the leaders and they can maintain such lead by winning their games,Galatasaray has to win their games now and hope for Fenerbahce to make some mistakes during the remaining games which I see it as difficult to happen.

For the Super Cup there are other expectations and of course we may see a lot of goals in that game.

The Super Cup much is probably not as frenetic. I thought that this game is going to be crazy in the league, but during the game both teams acquired a taste for the draw. It wasn't what I expected, a fight until the last minute. The only count that went up towards the end of the game was that of yellow cards. But other than that it was extremely boring! FOr the whole game there was one single shot on target by Galatasaray, zero shots on target for Fenerbahce. I am sure that if we look into the past 50 games, this has never happened before. All the stats were really bad and the game didn't enfold the expected action.

With the top teams getting a tie, and Besiktas finally getting a win, the funny thing is that even though the top teams are quite ahead, being third place is not really that bad for Besiktas and they are only 1 point behind that level.

If they do somehow finish third, I would say that it is not really that confusing and should be considered as one of the normal situations overall. I am not saying that they will, they may not finish third place, but they are not really that far away from it neither so it is going to be quite possible to have that as well. I think it should be considered as possibility and on a year where they already fired 3 managers (one interim) so far, and on their fourth one, the results doesn't indicate that they are THAT bad.

I was expecting both teams to play with a braver tactic in the league game because there is a compensation for the loss of points in the league matches. However, both teams played with a cautious tactic. The cup match will be a single match. Both teams should be more cautious in this match. If neither team scores at the beginning of the match, the game will be played with a cautious tactic just like the league match. Honestly, I don't expect the cup match to be different from the league match. I think the first priority for both teams will be not to concede goals.

I thought we are going to see at least one goal and then the game gets out of control, but I think this 0-0 draw contributed a lot to keep the characters on the field relatively calm. I know it was still seven yellow cards and I think that was not out of the ordinary for such a derby, but it wasn't the wildest game I have ever seen in the league. Both teams can be ok with the draw and the point. I guess Galatasaray a bit more than Fenerbahce as it was a game away from home for Galatasaray and now they know they have this second game at home in May in the final phase of the season.
