I think that was the right call. You can't make future plans with Rıza Çalımbay. Beşiktaş need a bigger vision. We heard Conte news but he wanted a big transfer budget so right now it looks impossible. New chairman should fix financial situation first, it's not that bad already. It's not that important if Conte or Flick or somebody else come, as long as good management happens. Beşiktaş need new players both in terms of numbers and quality. The players coming from the infrastructure are good but not enough. This team needs a leader. Chamberlain and Gedson couldn't do that for some reason.

The Fenerbahce - Galatasaray derby is surely the most waited match of the season now. These teams have pulled away too much from the other teams already and they are in a battle for the Super League title. The points are equal but Fenerbahce are the leading team in the standings currently thanks to their goal difference.

Fenerbahce are favoured to win the match as they are the home side. But I think their job will be really difficult even if they manage to do it. I hope to see a match with many goals after watching how productive both teams have been.

For Galatasaray side Ziyech is expected to be ready to play but Sanchez's condition will be clear by the match time.

I agree with the new coach thing but it is also super hard to clean up this mess for a new coach who is not accustomed to the country or league. Like Valerian Ismael. But, this thing with Rıza Çalımbay was managed badly in my opinion. Everyone knows that things are bad for Beşiktaş and the coach is temporary. Noone expects miracles nor success from him. He was here to save the day. When the team got a bad result, Rıza Çalımbay should just made a statement professionally and quit or leave the club in peace. And the new president and the management also should keep thing quite. In their statement, they implied that things are bad with Çalımbay and kinda punished him. This is a slightly bad sign for the future.

Considering Besiktas started the season with a manager, then fired that manager and got a new interim manager, then got a new manager, now fired that manager and got an interim again, and probably will find another manager, we could say that they will have 5 managers (2 interim) for the whole season. I do not know what and why causes that, but it's obvious that they did not pick a right manager to see the season off. I do not know who this new manager they fired was, but doesn't look like it was a smart move to hire him if they were firing him anyway.

Five managers in a single season is not normal, usually you hire one, and if they are bad, you fire that one, an interim stays for a short while, and then you get one that will stay until the end of the season before you fire that one, you do not fire 2 managers in span of one half of the season. If the new one does badly, will they fire that one as well? That would not make any sense at all, just stay bad until the end of the season and then fire him and get a good one.

With this current performance I am not agreed anything positive coming for the Besiktas because they are conceding too many goals and things are getting worst for them difference of points is widening, and they are still have challenging matches ahead which will not allow them to have anything positive.

At the top Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray is holding good control and no other team can compete with them for the these two spots few teams which were having good performance in middle now also facing trouble time and losing points which making things not ideal but Besiktas is surely needs to have change of strategy and bringing some improvement in defence as well which will help them for staying at their level.

A controversial game is that of Fernabache’s like every minute had it’s own sweet times and crazy times and the fans would really enjoy this kind of game, Fernabache came out top against minor odds and this had kept them up to toe with Galatasaray . We can see how the league is improving and not just allowing one team take all the shine but 2-3 teams struggling for the top positions.

Galatasary are still not relenting and are fighting in every match securing all 3 points but I think they should beginning to conside Goal Difference as that could play a major role to determine league leaders, and am pretty sure they'll give in their all to get at the top when they face Fenerbahce on Sunday, it going to be a very tough one. Cause neither of them would want to concede and drop points.

Fenerbahce and Galatasaray are still quite fierce rivals to this day, both of them are equal to 43 points and both have 1 defeat and 1 draw.
Maybe in the future their competition will really be like this in the fight for the title if both of them continue to have stable and consistent playing quality, but for this season I want Fenerbahce to be able to win the title and play in the UCL.
There will be striking difference when Fenerbahce can play in the UCL next season.

Currently the focus of the two team is different because Fenerbahce plays in the Turkish Super League and European Conference League while Galatasaray is in the European League because they failed in the UCL and finished 3rd.
The two teams meet only in the Turkish League so we will not see their competition in other competitions.

It just that for this season I really want to see Fenerbahce become champions and are favorites in the Turkish League this season.

I am sure that Fenerbahce and Galatasaray like very much what is happening behind them where the teams are dropping points frequently. They are miles ahead of everyone else with their remarkable performances.

No doubt that everyone is now looking forward to this amazing clash between the best two teams in the league. I hope this will be one of those games that the league is well known for. Wink

I think everything is possible for this game, but I hope it doesn't get out of control and ends in some sad way as we have more often seen in recent times.

Now look what his careless act has caused his team, they'll be playing against one of the toughest team in the league and therefore they'll all the strength from all areas of the squad, the absence of Fred would be an advantage to their opponents, cause Fred is one of their key players this season, well I'm not quite sure if Fred purposely attracted the booking to himself to be available for Christmas, however he'll really be missed by the squad.

While Besiktas have Rashica in the squad why wouldn't they like to have him in the starting eleven? There was a youngster named Semih Kilicsoy on the left wing but got replaced by Rashica in the 71st minute.

I know Rashica was injured but it looks like he was able to play today. Maybe Riza Calimbay didn't want to trigger his injury again by giving him a lot of time to play in this match. The score is still 1-1 and Besiktas are still desperate to score despite being the dominant side. They are just bad at finding the target and I don't know if they can score the winner like this.
