Beşiktaş made a statement last night and parted ways with Rıza Çalımbay. I don't think anyone wants to come to this team now because they are really bad.

I think that was the right call. You can't make future plans with Rıza Çalımbay. Beşiktaş need a bigger vision. We heard Conte news but he wanted a big transfer budget so right now it looks impossible. New chairman should fix financial situation first, it's not that bad already. It's not that important if Conte or Flick or somebody else come, as long as good management happens. Beşiktaş need new players both in terms of numbers and quality. The players coming from the infrastructure are good but not enough. This team needs a leader. Chamberlain and Gedson couldn't do that for some reason.
