Inter were fantastic today, especially at the start of the game, they were quite aggressive and effective. So the 2 goals in the first minute of control, namely the 8th and 11th minutes, were really astonishing and made Milan's mentality even more down. After that, Inter played more defensively, so that at least they had secured 2 goals and made a strategy so that Milan could not penetrate Inter's goal no matter what. Inter's victory at home to Milan was quite surprising, but at the same time it gave an advantage for Inter in the second leg later.

[FT] AC Milan 0 - 2 Inter Milan

AC Milan didn't have power when they faced Inter Milan in the first leg of the UCL semi-finals, even though in reality they had dominance in possession, but that was not enough because the most important thing to get victory they didn't have (attack).

Inter Milan dominated from the early minutes of the match and managed to score 2 goals in the 8th and 11th minutes which were scored by Dzeko and Mkhtaryan. Overall this match was a bad game for AC Milan, I'm not sure AC Milan can do much in the second leg later.

It's fantastic to see two Seria A clubs compete for a place in the UCL final. AC Milan has a better chance of defeating their visitors, but it all depends on what happens on the field. In today's game, Inter Milan defeated AC Milan by three points. What a game, and what a performance from both teams. The visitors scored two goals within the first ten minutes of the game, while AC Milan slowed down in the first half.  Although my favorite AC Milan player, Raphael Leao, was injured and missed the game, this gave Inter Milan an advantage.

It's quite funny that after the first two goals, both teams (you can already say both, since Milan were quite dangerous in the second half) had many chances, but so far the score has not changed. I think, taking into account the added time, there are 7-8 minutes left to play and it is unlikely that we will see goals and I'm probably happy about this - 1-2 is not much different from 0-2, but 0-3 is very different from 0-2. The current score leaves the significance of the second game although Inter will have a huge advantage.

So, is it too early to say that AC Milan really couldn't do much in the second half? Time is running out, is it possible to turn things around? These two goals have not paid off and it is certain that Inter will qualify to take the lead in Leg 1. So when AC Milan is unable to improve its defense, everything will be in vain if you see their struggle when they beat Napoli. AC Milan is more experienced in the Champions League right?

There are still 10+ minutes more to go all the way if that's what we want to see. Throughout the second half, AC Milan probably performed quite well and didn't give back empty money for opponents to penetrate. Just surviving is not enough, due to their attacks they were unable to produce even 1 goal. The mistake in the first half with too much open back line was quite disappointing.

I still can't write them out of the competition yet as football is a game full of many surprises and despite their poor start today we can't deny the fact when it comes to experience playing in the champions league, this club AC Milan can still perform some magic even if its not this particular first leg but it would b easier for them if they can actually score a goal tonight to reduce the goal defecit by the away team and that would help them as they would go into the second leg knowing they only need a victory to make it all tie and take the tie to extra time of play.

AC Milan was very fortunate to benefit from Victor Osimhen's absence in their first-leg match against Napoli, and they were very prepared and fortunate to eliminate Napoli from the competition in the quarter-final. If not, I see Napoli as a strong team to qualify to the finals, but Milan demonstrated experience and used the opportunity they were given to eliminate them.
 

The game was not as difficult as expected because Inter Milan dominated the entire game and created more chances than the host AC Milan. I don't see Milan equalizing because they aren't playing to that standard, and time is running out as the match enters its final 20 minutes.

Since the early minutes Milan have conceded two goals through Dzeko and Mkhitaryan, even so I was quite surprised by what Inter did, it was very easy for them to score goals against Milan. In fact, I think this match will be quite tough because both teams will definitely be very careful and don't want to make mistakes, but it seems that Milan's defense is very weak in this match. This result was actually good enough for Inter, they only had enough to defend and occasionally attack, while for Milan they had to try even harder to at least equalize.

I saw some bad performances from some important players of Manchester City. Haaland wasn't effective at all in this match. He found a few chances only but wasted all of them generously. De Bruyne was also not very good with his passes actually but he finally did what do the best again. It was a superb shot and goal by him that it was too difficult for Courtois to save that shot. I didn't like Gundogan either in this match. Although he is the captain he couldn't play decently as he made many simple mistakes with his passes especially.

There already many kind of memes out on the internet about Guardiola and Ancelotti.    Despite all that tactic and strategies by Guardiola he still couldn't beat Ancelotti's simplicity. However I'm still favouring Manchester City to finish this in England.

60 minutes have been played in this match. Inter is ahead so far. Actually, they had already gone ahead by 2 goals in the 11th minute of the match. So far they have been able to hold on to that lead. They have also been able to keep a clean sheet so far. Milan actually has better possession in this match. But they have not been never to do anything with that possession. Because after all, they do not have even one shot on target so far.

But Milan will have to do something very soon. They will be at a huge disadvantage if they go into the second leg by having a deficit of two goals. Milan will have to at least score once without conceding anymore.

And at this time what I did not want has happened. That is, Inter Milan seems to be more focused on surviving in the second half. So that now Ac Milan is more flexible to build attacks. Even if Inter Milan can maintain the intensity of the attacks in the second half, it could make them have more advantages in the second half and make them more comfortable in the second leg later.

The game score is very surprising and not something that would have easily been predicted from the first half. The early unexpected goals made the AC Milan team to be very unsettled. AC Milan need to try to get score some goals and not let Inter Mikan score more goals that will make the second leg more difficult. AC Milan are really missing the effect that Leao provides for them. It is a pity to have him out in this kind of game due to a groin injury.
This game is not as close as the game between Real Madrid and Manchester City yesterday that was closely matched. The winner from this Italian teams will need to play much more better if they will be able to win Either of Manchester City or Real Madrid, any of the teams that progress to the finals.

In the previous post I said, that Inter has a higher probability than Milan. therefore I bet on Inter. but in fact, the game is not over and do not rule out in the second half Milan could have turned things around. but if not, it means I won the bet. for me, even if Inter win this game. there is still a second leg, who knows if Milan can win their match against Inter with a bigger aggregate and ensure qualification for the next phase. well, we can't be sure because basically no team has been confirmed to qualify for the final round phase. However, let's speculate. if Inter make it to the final, which team will they face next.

For the other team, I chose City. why, statistically, technically, systemically, City is much better than Real Madrid and we saw that in yesterday's match when Madrid against Manchester City. if, City is able to master ball possession more when playing at the Santiago Bernabeu. that means, City has the potential to control the course of the match at the Etihad Stadium, City headquarters.
So, do you mind the scenario I'm telling you. But if I have to be honest, these two teams are not my favorite team. but technically, City are better than Madrid. "based on my point of view" but what is certain, the two teams have a high probability of advancing to the final phase later, whether it's City or Madrid. so, let's just enjoy the game later.

I expected to see a tough match like a derby match between the two side but the poor performance seen in the AC Milan team shows that they got lucky as they defeated Napoli. Napoli was in decent form during the group stages and quater finals but they dropped form and got eleminated as a result of it.In the game between AC Milan and Inter Milan tonight it's very obvious that Inter Milan will win because they are actually doing a better work than AC Milan who only enjoyed the ball possession but failed to make useful attacks that could lead to them scoring goals, it's a win for Inter Milan already unless they will give up after scoring two great goals in the first half.

Ac milan didn't play too well in the first half where it didn't seem like they were playing at home because Inter milan immediately pressed Ac milan from the early minutes. I didn't see any good enough effort from Ac milan in their first half as they lost their best form.

well, the second half is underway and I hope ac milan can equalize even though it's quite difficult because inter milan will be able to maintain the advantage at this time. but anything can happen and hope for the best for ac milan in this fight.  I believe they have a strong determination to maximize time in the second half.

The second half has started. And now the game has entered the 48th minute. At the beginning of the second half we saw an attack attempt from Ac Milan. But fortunately, Inter Milan's defense was still very solid in this match.

And it seems that Ac Milan will really play with full attack in this second half. Because currently Ac Milan continues to build attacks very actively. But I still see Ac Milan players making wasted passes. or it could be said that their attack patterns were still not well formed. there are still lots of feed errors.

I don't mind at all. Because most likely Inter and Real Madrid will meet in the final even though Manchester City still has a chance to qualify for the final because in the second leg Real Madrid will play at Manchester City headquarters.
AC Milan's game in the first half did not develop, and after conceding 2 goals in the early minutes AC Milan appeared to attack but it was very difficult to score. And there has to be a change at AC Milan in the second half because I hope for a draw as well, if that happens. I'm sure the second leg match will be even more exciting to watch because all the teams will fight to get a ticket to the final.

In the first half the performance of Inter Milan surprised me and especially in the first minutes of the game when they scored two goals in less than 15 minutes, they have full control over the game and until this time Ac Milan could make any goal opportunities except for a few chances they during the game.

Review of the first round according to my analysis.
In the first half which could be said to be almost perfect this derby match. But many opportunities are created for Inter.

The first 10 minutes, AC Milan's defense was destroyed, as if he was not ready to play AC Milan players like it was still nervous.

Entering 30 minutes, AC Milan began to control the game, but Inter was more effective and more endangering Milan's goal with a counterattack.

Final 5 minutes, many violations occurred between the two teams, but Inter began to set the tempo of the game. Overall the game is interesting even though AC Milan has conceded 2 goals, hopefully in the second half AC Milan can score goals to maintain hope later in the second leg.
