Yes, Haaland wasn’t effective on the pitch in the game with Real Madrid. He didn’t get the nice passes he normally gets from De Bruyne and other players. Haaland himself is a dangerous striker and Madrid knew that. They had caged him real good and given him no room to do anything productive.

I think De Bruyne, after having realized that Haaland couldn’t be totally relied upon to score a goal cause of the close marking he receives from the Madrid defense, went ahead on his own and with a beautiful strike, scored a goal to help equalize the game that finally ended in a draw. I also think Haaland is a amazing player no doubt. But I doubt he could create chances on his own and score goals.

Anceloti did assign players in his defense to block the movement from Haaland, certainly making Halaand ineffective in making threats, I think it is a good decision from Madrid coach to kill Haaland, and almost all spaces can be covered by defender Madrid from Mancaster attack City.

It was a good initiation from De Bruyne, after he realized that Haaland was tightened tightly by Real Madrid defender, a kick from outside the Real Madrid defense box, De Bruyne's kick became the sole goal of Manchaster City to balance the position in the first leg yesterday. However, Inter Milan's players were able to mount several excellent counter-attacks. Overall the match was very enjoyable. AC Milan are unlikely to qualify for the final after losing 2-0 at home.

The defeat in the first leg made Milan have to work hard when playing in the second leg, Milan did not have an effect in front of the fans, which made Inter succeed in shaking Milan goal twice. Milan managed to control the game with 57% Ball Possession, but due to ineffective attacks, Milan was unable to reduce the defeat after trailing 2-0 in the first half.
Milan also looked weak in defense, Inter managed to take good advantage of Milan weaknesses, the two goals that Inter obtained before the match lasted 15 minutes made Milan chances of qualifying for the final even smaller because the second leg will be played at Inter headquarters.

I thought this match will be equal because before the match begin both teams in the good conditions but apparently i was wrong about that because although Inter didn't dominate for ball possessions but they playing more agressive besides that i can see Milan cannot able to managed their performance in the beginning of first half and their players looks didn't focus which make Inter players can able to penetrate Milan defense with comfortable and the result is only in 11 minutes Inter can lead 2-0

This result is very dissapointing for Milan because they had just missed their chances advance to the final match and for Inter they have already one step a head to the final match because it's almost be impossible to Milan to scores 3 goals without conceded in the second leg and for Inter if they can able to eliminate Milan then this is their first final match after waited for 13 years and at that time Inter were train by Mourinho and they were successfully to beat Bayern Munich and being an the champion

This is the type of match I like to watch on the time, because what Inter did to Milan at home made many people to believed that Inter and Manchester city will be the team that will stand to face each other in the UEFA champions league final. It was a surprised performance for Inter to scored two goals within 11 minutes to reduced the strength of Milan from the beginning of the match till the end of the match to embraced victory from the semi-final. I don't think, Milan will have any confidence of winning Inter in their home in the second leg, because Inter will display well more than the way they displayed in Milan home to defeated them 2-0 .

Milan is far below intermilan. I have expected this to happen caused by im aware about how bad the performance from ac milan against intermilan in the previous meetings. The result from the previous meetings reliable enough to be considered as a way to predict the future. That proves that intermilan able beats ac milan with cleansheet. Acmilan is now having harder situation compared before the match happened.
I do know if some people would be calling it as embarassing result for ac milan but the problem is ac imlan has tried its best. People shall not blame all of them.

Simeone probably saves lukaku for the second leg. It seems like that simeone has more trust to the dzeko this time rather than lukaku. I think that if it's also become the main concern by many inter fans right now.

I was expecting a tough game between these sides. It only took Inter Milan 11minutes to cancel Ac Milan. Ac Milan didn't react at all, the defense was a sieve, the midfield disastrous and not to mention the striker, not scoring a goal in 79 minutes, they had a poor outing. Also I think Ac Milan playing without Rafael Leao caused them this game. They have lost all three games this season when Rafael Leao didn't play. Leao is such vital player for Milan, they needed him tonight to break the lines and create transition. Now they’ll have to put their all in the second leg.

Having such a great player on the sideline is just worrisome and he just signed a contract with the AC Milan side for the next 5yrs. With him [Rafael Leao] out of the picture I don't see any possible replacement unless a miracle happens that he recovers quickly.
AC Milan have to come all out because they have nothing to lose, 0-2 down is something the coach of the AC Milan Stefano Pioli needs to get worried about. He just needs some body to break through the defense of the Inter Milan and he might get something in the return leg.

Despite being the side with the lower ball possession, they still kept on keeping ac Milan on their toes, converting two of the shots on target and honestly with such confidence and display of dominance, they deserved to win. Hopefully they can still keep it up in the second leg.
