I don't understand the problem of Liverpool even with the good players they have and up till this time they keep up struggling to win games. Liverpool is not getting better in performance, I don't think it will be possible with their performance to challenge Real Madrid. Liverpool Real Madrid match is going to be a total different game from Liverpool from what it used to be before now. If EPL is hard for Liverpool to win games, I doubt the champions league will be easy.
I think it's "passion" that they are having trouble with. None of the players they have really play at 100% of their talents and they are just losing games because they do not play to win, they play to spend time and just want it to be over with and that causes them to not be good at all.I know how well they could be if they played with their 100%, we all do and they have done it before but we have not see them do it for a while now, which causes them to be not great at all. I believe that we are going to end up with something a bit lower scale in the long run and the best thing to do for them now is to start rebuilding the team if the current ones are not happy.
Although the atmosphere of the domestic league and the champions league are different, we are not so sure that Liverpool will still not show their best performance before the big match against Real Madrid on Feb 22, 2023.

If this matchup was about to happen in the last season then for me it would be pretty clear that FC Liverpool would be the big favorite here, because even though Real Madrid was the winner of the Champions League yet again last season, they were a very surprising winner this time and they had also a huge amount of luck a few times to even be in the final against Liverpool last season.
This year though it is a little different. For me Real has improved a little in comparison to last season while FC Liverpool seems to have a pretty hard time so far, especially in the english Premier League. For me this is a completely open game and very very hard to predict.
My prediction about Arsenal is at least true, because I am quite sure about Newcastle which can provide a good fight for Arsenal. I'm sure if Newcastle don't win then Newcastle can still hold Arsenal to a draw and it's true.
