It is kinda sad that this match happens so early in the competition because both teams involved definitely belong to the big favorites to win the Champions League this year. For me the outcome of this match is totally open. PSG probably has a little more quality in the offense, but Bayern is a very strong team with good players on every position.

The match will be tough and it will be difficult to predict. As you said, that these two teams have an advantage over each other, and that will probably be their weapon in this round of 16 tie. I don't think Messi lost his love for football and if he still plays it, he will play it with a best as he can, for PSG, for Argentina or any team he is playing for.

There was also different thing just like PSG lost none of its attackers like mbappe, neymar and messi while bayern must be losing sadio mane as the main attack from bayern. it seems like that bayern must also try to find the substitution for mane as soon as possible to make sure if there will be a plan b once mane would not able to recover from his injury. There's really nothing wrong with that, but looking at the Tuchel era, their game for strikers always had things that, even though there was nothing wrong, they were still lacking, even though they were filled with good players, so there were several strikers who ultimately failed.
Things are a little different now, Potter wants to change that and proves that by bringing back some pretty good forwards now.
It's a good thing for them especially with some of the strikers they have brought in now which could be a real complement to the current squad who are still not very good at finishing.
