Apart from that, Napoli cannot be underestimated in the Champions League competition this season because they are a very competitive team this season. i think we will see ucl title winner this season from unseeded team even though it is impossible but it will be our hope.
Actually, this season Napoli is one of the teams that will be favored by some people because their consistency in Serie A has not faded this season. So the impact might also be very good for the Champions League even though the Champions League is a competition that is very different from the local leagues of each country. But in general, Napoli should not be underestimated this season because Napoli could give unexpected surprises in the Champions League this season.
Their consistency is not only in Serie A but has indeed had an effect on Champions Legaue and indeed this has been proven by only 1 defeat against Liverpool and this is Napoli's only defeat to date in all competitions that have been running.
Their strengths are now different, coupled with the consistency of the players, this is obviously a plus for them. but indeed the problem for now is that it is possible that there are several players who are indicated to be leaving, it is clear that this must be addressed immediately, especially if these players are core players and there are already several who are being targeted by other clubs now.

Chelsea is a really interesting team when it comes to the Champions League. They always seem the underdog in this tournament. But they are always one of the teams to be careful against in the Champions League. Because they have played completely different here for long years. It is like they have been caring about this title more than the Premier League title in the meantime. I don't see other explanation to their success here in the recent years. We can give the 2020/21 season as an example for this. While not many people were thinking of them to win the CL title they just made it.

There is a question occupying my mind like whether this would be another season similar to that. But on the other hand I just don't give it much chance. Because we still haven't seen an example of a strong performance. They struggled against even Dinamo Zagreb so I don't know what they can do against the biggest title contenders.
Most teams tend to take the Champions league competition more seriously than their league and Chelsea seem to be one of such teams the season because that is the best explanation to their successful stats in the Champions league and struggles in the league with same players and same manager. I agree with you that Chelsea should not be underated in the Champions league because if their poor form in the league, who knows whether the Champions league trophies is the major objectives for them this season.

This season Champions League will look different from the various teams that have qualified for the last 16 because the teams that have qualified for the last 16 are very strong teams and it is difficult to predict in advance who will be strong candidates to win the Champions League. if we look at chelsea, indeed they performed better in the group phase by managing to win the group. but I doubt they will be able to continue their good trend in the round of 16 later because my doubts come from their front line which in my opinion is less aggressive in terms of scoring goals. contrast to psg, manchester city and bayern munich they are stronger than chelsea but that's just in my opinion.

The matches all seem to be far away, but they are also creeping closer again. I hope we will see great games, and that Benzema and Mane will both be there again. I don't know how serious the injuries of both players are. But Liverpool also has something to put right after losing the final against the same Real Madrid last year. Real Madrid are currently in a better phase with football, but Liverpool could flourish again in the new year.

But like I said, it's too early to talk about the final because there are a few more stages for these teams to go through including Manchester City. There are at least 6 matches that will await them to reach the final, meanwhile Manchester City is one of the most likely candidates.

I agree with you. We don't know which team will qualify for the final. The group stage has just ended. And almost every team in the Round of 16 is strong. If even big teams like Manchester City or Real Madrid make any mistakes in the knockout round, they will not be able to qualify for the quarter-finals. So now every team has to perform very carefully. But I would be happy if one of PSG or Manchester City were champions.
Who can guess exactly which team made it to the final, we are only speculating here on strong teams like Real Madrid, Munich, Man City and PSG. It could be that two of these four teams made it to the finals or not at all. Football is full of surprises, no one can predict the outcome of the game with certainty. The seeded teams even fell faster than expected, there were also other surprises such as the underdog team that made it into the finals.
But in the Champions League it's rare for an underdog to reach the final. We can see from the past few seasons that it is the favorite team that is always able to go to the final. To predict who will enter the final is something that is difficult especially since this is still the round of 16 where there are still many matches to be played which bring together big teams and will beat each other in this match.

@skarais the key thing here is the injury factor and in this case City is lucky as Haaland is not playing in the World Cup hence he’ll be injury free, but other team’s like Madrid and PSG already have injury concerns. Furthermore I would yet like to back Real Madrid because when it comes to champions league they just have to win it, but besides them I would pick City and that’s only due to Haaland’s insane goal scoring ability.
I would guess that City had some troubles with players as well, I mean like Kevin De Bruyne played for Belgium, that's a proof that it was a problem for them, and other players too. In the end Haaland not playing is not that great neither if you look at it long term, because World Cup is a place where players shine their talents.

I know City has no intention of selling Haaland anytime soon, they would rather keep him until he is 35 years old, but I feel like it could be something that would increase his value, and him being more valuable must be some asset they could take a loan against and that would be financially better for them in the future.

Even though for now Manchester city already has Erling Halland who is playing very well and is able to contribute to the team and can score goals in almost every game, but I'm not sure that Manchester city can win the Champions League title, because to win the Champions League trophy you have to need mentality. champions, because having many great players cannot guarantee getting the Champions league trophy, because we saw the experience of the Champions league last season, even though Real Madrid only had makeshift players but Real Madrid managed to lift the Champions League trophy.
Erling Haaland is surely a big advantage for the Manchester City but as we already watch in his absence we have too many issues for the Manchester City so if they want to win this season then surely they have to work on this as well because his absence is surely having big impact on their quality and performance which is not good for the matches in knock out stage and if he has any trouble then surely this is going to be big setback for their title race.

Few teams are looking for this season to be in their hands, and they already have enough strategy and sources as well, but again nothing is surely for any team as on match day poor performance from any team can turns into big advantage for the opponents as it's usually happening in this event.

I haven't thought about whether Manchester City this season deserves to be in the final or not, but it seems like Manchester City's focus right now is to win matches in every rounde. This is much more important than thinking about the final even though it is totally expected.

Pep Guardiola has learned a lot from defeats, in finals or other big games. The players have got to learn a lot about that already, so I think Manchester City's play and chances this season should be very good.
In this season Manchester City is doing good job as they are changing their strategy match by match which is surely favourable to win Champions League because if you are looking for better results in Champions League then surely you need to be play on match by match basis instead as you are looking for the spot into final here mostly performance and luck both needed for having win.

There is no doubt Pep Guardiola is having changes in his strategy and learning new things with Manchester City to win the title and in this season their main focus is also Champions League instead of fighting hard for the Premier League title they have few top quality players which can change game momentum and things could be good for them at the end.

Argentina brilliantly managed to qualify for the next round as group champions. After Argentina lost to Saudi Arabia, many thought that Argentina might not make it to the second round. But they performed brilliantly to win the next two matches. All the fans have faith in Argentina again.
The contribution from messi was a lot for argentina and im sure that PSG will rely on him at the next match in the champion league. PSG will be facing bayern. Bayern will have some new ammunition that will be coming in january. i do believe bayern will have a strong striker as a replacement for lewandowski as choupo moting's performance didn't make the bayern's coach feel satisfied with the current performance.
Moting was contributing a lot but bayern needs more than him. The problem is whether messi will able to beat bayern or not. Messi has a very bad history when it was facing bayern munich.
PSG will be using messi as a key to win the match but messi must go with different style. it must be long pass style and counter attack play style

In the Champions League I consider Manchester City and Real Madrid as favourites. Both teams have great squads. Those who have been playing football brilliantly through their well-crafted strategy. However, I am putting Manchester City ahead of Real Madrid, they have the potential to do well.

Although Manchester City and Real Madrid are the favorites to win the champions league this season, a clash with them in the finals would be fantastic if they didn't already have a matchup before then. Real Madrid needs to take the match seriously in the round of 16, since beating Liverpool won't be simple. The fact that Manchester City will be playing Leipzig, a team that isn't as powerful as they are, makes them luckier in my opinion than Real Madrid because it will be easier for them to advance to the next round.
I would expect a club that will play in the top 16 to show a lot of surprises, especially from a club that is no better than its opponent. Like Leipzig for example, we cannot deny that Manchester City is better than RB Leipzig in any way. As you said, Manchester City can be said to be lucky because they have an opponent that many people make people believe that Manchester City will get through this round easily.
If Real Madrid met Manchester City in the final, that would be extraordinary. Manchester City will definitely start their revenge mission after last season they were hit by a comeback by Real Madrid. What's more, it's a final that will be even more painful for Real Madrid if Manchester City can carry out their revenge in the match that determines who will win.

Injured Karim Benzema continues to work on his recovery. He might be recalled to France's squad before the knockout stages of the World Cup! In their round of 16 match against Liverpool, Real Madrid would be ready to give threat with Benzema in the squad. As a result of Carlo Ancelotti's return, the team has been able to gain some strength and push towards goals. Real Madrid is fully confident that it will make the Champions League and win it in 2022/23. Man City has the opportunity to win the champions league again this season. The champions league is becoming more exciting this season.

if we talk about the two big clubs they are in the best zones this season but if for example we talk about Real Madrid at the moment Real Madrid the best player is Karim Benzema An injury that keeps him from participating in this year's World Cup, So Real Madrid now has to make a strategy to be able to win the Champions League. Manchester City is one of the candidates to actually win this year's championship but as far as I know Real Madrid has a strong ambition to be able to win the Champions League in 2022, but it's not that easy many European clubs want and make history in 2022, in my opinion it looks like Manchester City will not win the Champions League this year even if there is the best striker this season.
After end of group stage matches things are not clear how things will work into next round because we have few best matches which can change the momentum of this league with Liverpool vs Real Madrid and PSG vs Bayern Munich both are the toughest matches and winner from this match can go for the title race but as we have big upsets we can expect things like these again because Champions League will never be having love affair with performance is also depended on luck as well, so now we have to wait for the next movement from this round of 16 then surely many things could be clear, and we will have good view of teams.

In current season Napoli, Manchester City and Tottenham are also doing good job but still no one is sure how they will end because in last season we have same momentum for few teams and this was not clear with we ended Real Madrid as winner instead of teams from PSG, Bayern Munich and Manchester City.

It's too early to talking about the final stage because champion league still at round of 16 but some people believe Manchester City has stronger than last season this because they have Haaland currently and this player can be considers as the missing puzzle for Guardiola strategy because one of the biggest weaknesses from Manchester City before is they have no sharp strikers
And now with Haaland they hope will gets better results in champion league and in my opinion Manchester City have complete squad and they are capable to step further but champion league is the competition who have unpredictable results and often to see favourite teams cannot gets the trophy so i am very curious how far Manchester City will go in this competition with Haaland

Haaland does not look like a piece of the puzzle, more like a superweapon - but this has its drawbacks. For example, if due to an injury he has to miss a few games, City will be thrown back hard in the strength of their attack, which is now tuned to him. Or, for example, if the opponent concentrates on turning him out of the game (sending one or even a couple of players for his personal custody), then this plan may work. But maybe everything will go according to a really good scenario for the City, we'll see.

the key thing here is the injury factor and in this case City is lucky as Haaland is not playing in the World Cup hence he’ll be injury free, but other team’s like Madrid and PSG already have injury concerns
Haaland was injured before World Cup and slightly recovered before World Cup. Pep did not use Haaland too much in last three matches of Manchester City before World Cup. He wanted to give Haaland more time to fully recover from that injury. I think the striker now is fully recovered already and he will be very ready when Premier League and Champions League return.

Real Madrid now have to wait for recovery of Benzema and PSG have to wait for recovery of Neymar. They have to wish that no more players will be injured in World Cup.
