With the presence of Erling Haaland in the team I will be expecting Manchester City to win the champions league this season or the next season. At this point they have everything they need to win the trophy, they have very talented and experienced players, the have one of the best coaches, a lethal striker who can score many goals and they possess good team work so the team is good enough to win the trophy.
this is the opportunity for manchester city to take advantage of their moment with Erling Haaland able to establish himself to win the champions league this season after failing last season because of real madrid, this is a good time to show the quality of Manchester City's game and at least they beat Madrid, Munich and PSG to be able to increase confidence in winning the champions league this season
From the previous few seasons also in terms of players they did not always fail but the problem was in terms of performance.
The momentum is now very big, but as long as they play like before when they faced Madrid too relaxed because they were ahead at that time it had to be changed for this season.
Last season when against Madrid they always excelled in terms of matches but their concentration was dissipated when time was about to end and things like this must be anticipated because it is not impossible for the same thing to happen again.
yes i watched it a little disappointed with the surprising result at the end of the game, the failure last season must be an important lesson for manchester city to improve for the better this season, they already have enough winning mentality and won the champions league this season, so i'm sure they can get it

and for Manchester City I think they deserve to be favorites this season to win the title, they are very strong in every game both in the UCL and in their domestic league.
This season Manchester City will try to get the UCL title because Manchester City has never felt how beautiful the UCL title is and it's the same with PSG who have never won the UCL trophy. So this season I think these two teams will continue to do their best to compete in every game for the UCL trophy.

From the Premier League, Man City is one of the representatives with the most potential to win the Champions League title this season. Moreover, as you said, have never tasted the UCL title that would make Man City even more want to change the history of the club.
I believe in Man City more than PSG, I don't know why PSG had several opportunity to win Europe's biggest competition but failed to take them.
it is clear that usually as a club that has never won, will always have a great desire to be able to do that, of course if it can succeed in tandem with its domestic league it will make Man City even more happy.
even though at this time, in the domestic league they are still in second place under Arsenal and the possibility of being able to win will also be possible, because seeing the productivity of scoring goals is very good, of course a sign that they can always perform well.
but indeed their competitors are also very good like Bayern and Napoli who can appear perfectly to win so far, of course this will create its own motivation for Man City.

The presence of Erling Haaland has added to the confidence of the Manchester City squad, they have a pure striker who is hungry for goals. It's true they must take advantage of this momentum which is their best momentum to win the Champions League trophy. But this is the Champions League which has a very tight competition, especially if they meet again with real Madrid, it will be their biggest threat. Because last season it was also Real Madrid who failed them in the fight for the title. They even had to be hit by a deadly comeback from the El Real squad.
I think Manchester City will go far in this season champions, and the possibility of winning it is not impossible, they have a great squad and have been playing together for long, now they Erling Haaland who is a deadly finisher,he has been scoring goals for fun in the hardest league in the world and the amazing thing about it is that is his debut session and he is also scoring in the champions League,he just give Manchester city that extra edge, yea I agree they are strong opposition in the champions League, teams like Madrid who are always the favourite in this competition.
It's not impossible that things like this will continue to happen, currently Manchester City is a complete package.
From a financial point of view they are not lacking. Having a coach who is indeed very good and of course very dominating and having the quality of players who are above average is clearly one of the advantages for Manchester City, so it is not wrong for them to be said to be very capable of staying victorious. in the EPL.

Even though for now there are several clubs like Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United which are improving and there are Liverpool and Chelsea who are trying to correct their previous mistakes but still, now Manchester City is one thing that can be called different.
As for the Champions League, now they clearly have a big chance although there are still many surprises that are sure to happen like last season but as long as they don't make mistakes like they did against Madrid then I'm pretty sure they will be further away than before.

the number of star players is not a guarantee that a team can achieve good results, the PSG team is currently still very behind from several other European teams such as Real Madrid or Manchester City, so it's only natural that PSG are not candidates for the UCL title this season. this, it's all seen from the games they've been through this season.
However, there is still the possibility to change and become better at PSG, although it is true that the number of star players is not a guarantee for a team to achieve good results, but basically every team needs star players in order to become stronger among other teams. Only in this case there is another important thing that is needed by a team, that is the cooperation of the players in every match so that the team can always achieve good results or as desired.

Having the best players in the club doesn't count at all , it has to do with team and players fighting for each other obeying and following the managers plan and tactics especially when it's a good coach. PSG can't win the Champions League, but I have always told people never to count off a club with Lionel Messi and Ronaldo present inside.

Pep Guardiola has played without a proper number nine attacker, yes he has he did with Kun Aguero and also Gabriel Jesus bit tjose player's aren't his typos as he has been so pleased with Erling Haaland's scoring form although that was put to an end against Liverpool, they have a chance to win the champions league, they have been so great already in the group stage.

I see people are talking about Manchester City for the Champions League title this season mostly. I don't see anyone even mentioning PSG but I still understand that. Because PSG have seemed interesting on the recent weeks of the tournament. I mean that they couldn't beat even Benfica in both matches. I wouldn't like to underestimate Benfica but they are not as strong as PSG in the end. I would have expected to see PSG winning in their home match at least.

This started to make me doubt their performance after the group stage. The trio must focus on their game completely otherwise they might have another disappointment by being eliminated earlier than they expected just as it happened last season. For now, Manchester City seem the closest team to the title considering the performances.

I like Manchester City's current game with the goal monster, Haaland, not just Haaland.
they always display a very solid teamwork, but never forget that Pep Guardiola is a very reliable field architect. thanks to him, Manchester City can be as strong as it is today. they have a great chance to be finalists in this championship.

As for PSG, if I may review their performance against Bencifa.
It's very natural that PSG can't get full points in these two games. why, Benfica's performance in that match played very well.
on the other hand, Galtier tried to apply a new formation with a 3-4-2-1 pattern, which this formation was not effective at all for them.  we can see from the three matches produced with this formation, all of them ended in a draw. however, when considering the current strength of the SPG.

I still believe they have a big chance like Manchester City.

Man City has been very good this season. not only in the Champions League but in the Premier League Man City's performances were very good.
however, the power of the team in the Champions League is also bound to change. Liverpool, which last season was a strong challenger, now their performance is declining.
PSG still has strong ambitions for the Champions League Trophy. we don't know what PSG will show in the future. they must also be considered alongside other teams who are always favorites for the title race.

History shows that there are many ambitious contenders for the title, but for some reason Real Madrid always wins. Wink Predicting the winner is not a thankful and difficult task, it can be assumed that the teams you mentioned (and a few more) will reach the quarterfinals, or semifinals, as is often the case, and then, based on the shape and current state of the teams, they will decide among themselves who is stronger.

Manchester city team is very grounded and should be the champions this year because the team is very complete. They have all it takes but they always fail at some certain points. I hope Guardiola will correct that impression this  season.
I always warn that nobody should count Real Madrid out in anything that concerns champions league, those case know how to play champions league, even when the club is not in good form. Give them that respect.

Has their been a season that Manchester City haven't been presented as the favorite to win the champions league in the last 5 season. The season that they almost won it, pep still bottled it as Chelsea defeated Manchester City to the title. Also don't underate PSG, they have Neymar, Messi and Mbappe, we all know the first two has great chemistry together and what's left is just for Mbappe to click and they become unstoppable. We have already seen what this three can do individually and got a glimpse of what they're capable of doing together before the whole situation happened.

Now if they can work out their difference, then we should be ready for some great football. Mbappe should be willing to assist more instead of wanting the ball all to himself. Also Neymar has to be less selfish in trying to dribble everyone on the pitch and play for the team and we could see a PSG we all have been anticipating, which could win them the title.

I don't think, PSG is ready to achieve anything in this season because their performance so far in this tournament is too poor, upon the talented strikers they have in the team, they still find it difficult to defeat small teams that made many people to believe that this season is not for them.

Will it continue to rely on Haaland alone? You have to evaluate when the game against Liverpool Haaland movement is closed. This is where every club in the Champions League begins to learn how to break Haaland stretch by installing a back-back that is capable of pressing. Luckily Liverpool has a reliable defender like Van Dijk because he penetrated Haaland so tightly. At least if Liverpool were without Van Dijk's escort, who has a balanced posture with Haaland, maybe Man City could win. Van Dijk is a defender who has enough ability to put pressure on Haaland.
Not all players have same skill as Van Dijk and indeed he has successfully to lock Haaland movements and makes Haaland has no room to created goals and so far Van Dijk is one of the player who can guard Haaland perfectly this season but regarding Manchester City they are one of the favourite team in this tournament because so far they were unstoppable on group phrase but indeed they haven't get strong opponents on group G because compared to Copenhagen, Dortmund or Sevilla they are clearly better and maybe the real tested for Manchester City is while on knockout stage that whether they can able to beat their opponents or not

If it came down to player quality, PSG would have won it in the last few years because they had better players than other teams. The previous years' winners have taught us that the trophy is won through teamwork, not how many quality players you have on your team. Manchester City, without a doubt, has champions league experience, but they must understand that winning the champions league is not a one-man show; they are relying heavily on Halaand this season, which is not a good idea. Tbh.
I don't seem to agree if you think Manchester City are very dependent on Haaland. It's true Haaland has scored a lot of goals for Manchester City, but I think that's his job as a striker. Other players can also score goals such as Foden, Bernardo Silva, Julian Alvarez or De Bruyne, but Haaland is a target man in the Manchester City squad especially in attack.

For this season, my hero remains at Real Madrid regardless of which team is considered a good candidate to win. Manchester City, PSG, Bayern Munich or any team are good but about the title I want Real Madrid to defend it.
That "should" be like that, but if you watched Liverpool game you will see that since Haaland managed to score that many goals so far, many players end up just passing it to him and expect him to score, aside from Foden who just tries to score himself instead. I have seen silva, ilkay, de bruyne, everyone just pass to Haaland whenever they can, as many times as they can, so that one of them would be at least a goal.

And to be fair to Haaland, it worked out well so far aside from just one game, so I cannot say it doesn't work. But we are not seeing the team as a whole try to score that much anymore, not as much as last year at least, it is more heavily on Haaland now.

Erling Haaland doing amazing job for Manchester City and with this they are surely at their best run in Champions League but still this is not guaranteed that they could be winner or having chance of going into final because any bad day can send them to home in knockout stages as soccer is unpredictable game and teams have good and bad days in any game right now they are having quality players but in coming matches when they are going to face big teams which are also filled with same quality players things could be in different way.

Currently, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Napoli are on their best which can create tough challenges for them at any stage right now we have best way is just wait and watch about this all things could be clear after World Cup in January who could be at top.

Once you have signed a contract, you are bound by it. Lewandowski was obligated to play another year at Bayern, but he launched a media campaign to pressure the club to let him go before his contract expired. It was stupid blackmail and unprofessional behavior.
The result of the group stage looks all the more beautiful now: Bayern go to the playoffs, and Lewandowski, together with Barcelona, is sent to the Europa League.
Regardless of what was done, it has passed and Bayern have also had the advantage of the sale, so there is nothing for Lewandowski to regret.
He had already decided to move so there really was no other reason for him to feel sorry now because this was his choice.
All he has to do is focus on Barcelona although indeed the current slump to the Europa League is the biggest opportunity for them.

It is clear that it is impossible to change the past and we must look forward. But I think you will agree that Barcelona is close to being titleless this season and it will be a very unusual situation for Lewandowski as he is used to getting at least the German championship every season + scoring a lot of Champions League goals until the late stages tournament. Given Lewandowski's age, I don't think he won't regret that one of the last years of his great career went like this.
This is the worst possibility but indeed it can still happen because indeed their Champions League is almost certain to leave and their Europa League which is always seeded like last season is experiencing bitterness, not to mention La Liga is Madrid's place for several seasons so it's a chance without a title it's still quite haunting.
Apart from Lewandowski this is also bad for Barcelona because as we know they are like a gamble this season by spending a lot of money in hopes of trophies and if that doesn't happen then it's a loss again and again they have to accept.

Benzema became one of the legendary players to be remembered with Real Madrid. He proved this with the Ballon D'or he bought. Last year, he became a football player who left his mark on world football. He totally deserved the award. Despite the maturity of his age, he left behind an incredible season. Not everyone can experience a season like this at this age. I expect him to make his mark in the champions league this year as well.

He is always been a legendary player, after he manages to bring Real Madrid back to the brink of death, that was one tremendous change he brought to the fans of Football especially Real Madrid, Karim Benzema is an inspiration to all and I really think that they have a hard time in group F and at least they manage to push through UEFA championship,

He has been a cornerstone for Madrid in recent seasons so many expect him to always play well and indeed last season was Benzema's most brilliant season.
Right now after the Injury he is struggling a bit but it's good that their young players are more mature now because when Benzema is struggling to score goals at the moment there are Rodrygo, Vini, Valverde and even Asensio who are options.

I agree Man City this year will be in the UCL final. Apart from being good at finding space, Haaland is supported by a manager who is a genius in giving instructions and colleagues who are good at supplying the ball, and it's really useless if the striker is good at finding space but his teammates are not good at giving the ball and vice versa it will be useless if his teammate smart to give the ball but the striker can't find space so they complement each other so they don't get injured too for Haaland and keep consistent.
Even though the chances are quite strong, but things like this are still uncertain because in the knockout phase they are still not sure who they will meet, not to mention getting closer to the end, it is clear that there are more and more strong clubs.
It would be better if they continue to play like this so that it doesn't reduce their chances of continuing to be favorites in the Champions League/.
There is no doubt that Manchester City will get to the finals of the Champions League and they are also the strongest contenders for the title. You can see it in their team they are so strong and determined to face any team in the world.
They were also as strong as this last season, the difference is the Halaand addition to the team. Manchester City is the Ballon d'or team of the year and they are also going to maintain the award but this time around as the Champions League tittle winners if possible.

Paris Saint Germans ? Screw them aside please, a team that still haven't solve player's behavior on the pitch, no coordination aside from Messi and the midfielder's still over reliant on Messi and Neymar Jr for creativity.
I'm pretty cool with Manchester City winning the Champions League, Pep Guardiola is a top Man ( The Perfectionists ) they did very well to reach the finals but Real Madrid couldn't help but drop and humble those player's back to play the premier league. Lol.

It'll make lots of sense if another club can win the Ballon d'or from the Premier League, last player that did that was Cristiano Ronaldo for Manchester United during his good old days at Manchester United. I'd love to see Erling Haaland as the next Ballon d'or award winner.
