Bayern already knows how to turn off Barcelona regardless of what the marking movement is doing is indeed quite difficult for Barcelona to anticipate.
In the first half they seemed to start looking for the best strategy and were still waiting for Barcelona's steps so they could anticipate it, but for the second half Nagelsmann seemed to have started to understand what they had to do.
On the other hand Barcelona were quite surprised by the goal in the 50th minute so they looked more rushed which was actually put to good use through Sane's goal 4 minutes later which indirectly sealed Bayern's victory in this match.

Both teams actually played well in both halves but Bayern Munich proved that they're More classic than Barcelona.

Bayern Munich was lucky in the first halftime and a few times , but they played it well and the goals was very good done and played.
Sane and Musiala ,Upamecano and Hernandez was playing very good .
Im more surprised that the other 2 German teams , Frankfurt and Leverkusen also has won there games after they lost in the german league and the last Champions League games.
Hope they can take that win into the league.

The best thing in this match is that I won pretty big because I made a 2 goal bet for Bayern and their win which of course is a good thing
Bayern are still tough for Barcelona even if they have the ball but in this match Lewandowski's role was really turned off and that's a good thing.
Bayern is currently solid and Inter and Barcelona have to compete in position 2.

Interesting yeah the match was, but what baffles me is how Barcelona were so unable to convert a 10 goal on target they had in the first half of the game into a one goal. And moreso, Barcelona players were just falling on the pitch anyhow with the ball as if they were playing without confidence against Bayern.

Barcelona needs to do better than this, though today game had ended in Bayern favour but there's another day so they should make it count when it comes.

History and record keep repeating themselves, and Bayern Munich has once again proven to the world that they are better than Barcelona by maintaining their winning record against them. Many fans expected former Bayern Munich striker Lewandowsky to score at least two goals, but the Munich defense was strong and denied him any clear chance.
Inter Milan won their second match after losing their first against Bayer Munich; Xavi requires more tactics to survive the UEFA Champions League competition.

Inter won against Plzen, but with this game it is very difficult for them to win against other teams.
It was no surprise for me that Bayern Munich won the match.

What started like Barcelona was dominating and was showing that Barcelona was set to take home all the 3 points later went against Barcelona. It was surprising and worrisome because Barcelona had already put on some good forms before this Champions League clash, whereas Bayern Munich was not seen to be in good form before the match because they already drew 3 consecutive times with average clubs. I had written off Bayern Munich before the match, and it was so bad of me. It seems that I easily forgot Bayern Munich Champions league record even against Barcelona. I was wrong and I paid the price with loses.

I was not comfortable with Xavi selections in the match. What seemed to be a better first half for him made him relax and relied on the boys on the pitch to bring the desired result.  Personally, I thought he would have introduced De Jong and Fati earlier than they appeared. Fati coming to that match at 80mins was a mistake from Xavi's end. Let us see what could possibly change when the German giants visit Camp Nou.

Barcelona have performed poorly in today's match. Bayern have done a great job, the club have repeated 50 percent of what it did to Barcelona last season in the uefa champions league,i believe they can still do in away match again. This means bayern is currently in form but just having some little challenges in their league.

The thing is, in the game of football, the most important thing is to convert your chances. Barcelona dominated the first half and if the ball had run right for them they would have won this game or at least gotten a draw. This game proved that Barcelona are not yet back on track. Lewandoski’s was wasteful and not too active. I think Xavi needs to select his team base on the opponents. Frenkie De Jong should’ve started this game.

Barcelona did not look impressive today, their gameplay is not as good as a few match ago. The defense looks frail and the Bayern Munich striker is very easy to take advantage of, obviously to me this is very disappointing.

Nonetheless it was a very interesting match where both teams attacked and created chances. There were some good chances for Barcelona especially Lewandowski in the first half and Pedri in the second. Both chances missed due to poor finishing, I don't think it's a lucky day for either of them. This loss is natural, but not fun.

Barcelona needs to be very careful because they need to improve their performance, because they need to beat Inter Milan in order to qualify, or else they will be going back to Europa League as they did last season.

It was a really interesting day in the Champions League. Barcelona were the better side especially in the first half but the second half was way different. Bayern Munich made the score 2-0 in only four minutes. I still don't understand how Barcelona couldn't score even one goal despite having so many goal opportunities. Lewandowski was so ineffective this time and I wonder if it was related to playing against his old team. I had big hopes about Barcelona after making a progress under Xavi's management. Let's see if they will have their revenge in Camp Nou.

Conte played all his good players, but still couldn't get the win. The final 10 minutes of the game was tense, Sporting were very persistent and confident in their attack so much that even after heir first goal in the 90th minute, they didn't give Tottenham a chance to pull off a late equalizer to still claim a point from this game, but they went for the second goal and got it just 2 minutes after their first. They haven't won an English team in a while, so this victory means a lot to them.

I knew that the way Ajax were retreating and started defending in the final minutes of the game was going to cost them a goal, and it did. The goal would not have come had they continued to attack and not give the Liverpool side any opportunity to get pull themselves together. That was a very important goal that Matip scored for the team and coach, but I still don't see this Liverpool side as a team that will win the UCL this season, they are still unconvincing.

Smart game from Bayern, they got a  first goal, didn't relax there but went ahead to get another, and then fell back to defense. Barcelona didn't have luck on their side, they missed many good opportunities (the likes of Lewandoski and Pedri) to even get one goal in the game. They started the first half well, and to say they couldn't even get a goal in this game is very unbelievable also due to their current form. Barcelona still have a good chance to qualify from their group.

It depends on what Inter do against Barcelona. Maybe it won't be competitive at all. Bayern München and Barcelona will easily be out of the group. Things could change if Inter makes an effort and steals points from Barcelona.
Bayern was expected to win today. When playing at home, they don't easily lose a match. Barcelona built a good squad, but Bayern has an older structure. The players know each other very well and know what to do. Confidence is also higher.

Well Bayern won it in the end and i have to say that Bayern was pretty lucky today to win this game. FC Barcelona was the better team in the first half with 2 or 3 clear chances and they also could have gotten a penalty. In the second half Barca also had the first big chance but Raphinha did not score. After that Bayern dominated the next 15 minutes or so which was enough for them to score 2 goals.
For me this was also a match between a club that acts responsibly with their financials for decades now and still has more than 100 M€ sitting on the bank against a club that has more than 1 Billion € of debts but still keeps buying new players which is absolutely irresponsible for me. So in the end i am happy that Bayern won.

Even though Munich is in the same group as Barcelona, I think it will be dominated in that group. According to the outcomes of so many games, it appears that Munich has a slight advantage over Barcelona. It's entertaining to watch that. Since Real Madrid started playing middle-tier teams, I'm confident that this group will become the most competitive group ever. I'll say that Madrid is extremely lucky in this instance. I have a confidence that I will win every game by more than 90%.

That's exactly what people are mistaking, Bayern hasn't played against any good teams so far neither. Best they played against is Inter, aside from that Stuttgart? Gladbach? Bochum? Wolfburg? Are these the type of teams we are saying Bayern played against and are good?

I do not think that Bayern played a team at the level of Barcelona neither, Inter is the closest one and I still think that Barcelona is miles better than Inter as well so it would be the first time both teams are playing against great level teams and we shouldn't be expecting anything from this game. I am not going to wager at all because I can see anything happening in this game and that is why it is way too risky to gamble.

Bayern has proven it again that the can do it over and again even without Lewa. Since the second leg of the semi finals of 2014/15 champions league till date Barcelona has not been able to take their revenge on Bayern with their worst concede been during the 2019/20 quarter finals. where they lost 2 -8 at home. Currently It's 76' and Bayern is already leading by 2 goals

Ok folks, what were you saying again? For a team that romped Barcelona 8-2 last season and is playing at home, you still had the guts to say "Barça will punish Bayern Munich"?
Certainly not today
