Arsenal have a squad with young players and of course, I think that factor also has an impact on their mentality as well from time to time. Because after all, building a team to be strong in all competitions doesn't seem to only be about having young players. Because if the coach is not able to form the mentality of the players to become a winning mentality, then at least they will experience a decrease in performance from time to time. Thus, every player must have a winning mentality and excellent conditions, of course to be able to have consistent performance throughout the season.
I think am trying to picture the reason why Arteta goes for younger players, considering the energy they have, and aside from the energy they have potential in them take a look at Saka is young and who has built himself to be a very good instrument, so I don't see anything wrong with such strategy of going for younger players, and since it is working for him there is nothing wrong there and thank God just seven days to go for the premier league to start, and if it is about mentality am sure once they keep playing it helps in some kind of mental training and they keep getting experienced.
Arsenal had selected the young player as compared to the other team, they had the youngest squad in the league. The Arsenal had change the team with younger players all the time,it’s their one of the strategy. They think building the team with the younger players will help to the best team, but some experienced players also placed in the team to handle the tough situation of the game. The coach of the Arsenal playing huge impacts in the team spirit and winning strategy of the team. The mentality of the coach and player should in the same manner to win the game. The coach should trigger the player to handle the tough situation and how to win at the last minute game. The potential of the players was totally depend on the team coach.
I think in some situations younger players perform well and will do better than older players even when the club wants to sell them they will make good money out of them and It's just that the coach will need to mold them to his own taste and also encourage them to become better players. Since everything that has an advantage also has a disadvantage, sometimes having mental maturity will help them handle difficult situations. My favorite player in the club is even Saka, who is very young but performs very well. If what he's doing is working for him, then I do not perceive any issue.
