I'm pretty sure Ten Hag will bring United much better, especially in the domestic league. well, unfortunately, we can't measure United's strength in the next season. because, so far not much has been done by United in recruiting newcomers. apart from that, they are currently on the hunt for a pure striker who fills in at number 9. one more thing, what Ten Hag and his squad need to fix is the team's mentality which has not yet been formed strong and solid. sometimes, they have problems with mental decline during crucial matches. but in the next season, don't be surprised if this team will experience quite drastic changes, both in terms of gameplay, performance, and team solidity.

But, for the Champions League. it's really not easy, because there are many teams that are stronger and more established in terms of performance and play. so, ideally United should focus on building a more established team and playing the game as it should. plus, they needed a second tier player that wasn't much different from the core cast. that way, at least Erik Ten Hag's team can play various competitions without always relying on the main squad.

Of course the main target was to become strong in the La Liga again and Xavi made the team do this really.
