I think there is too much panic and fear in the public about Benzema leaving. Ok, it's about a great striker, but the same situation was when Ronaldo left. Everyone was afraid and wondered who would replace him, and today everyone has already forgotten Ronaldo.
I don't think they are too worried at Real because they already have great players like Vicinius, Josela and Rodrygo in attack, and Mbappe will come next season. Real has a very smart policy of bringing in new players and that's why they are always among the favorites to win the Champions League.
Given his age, it was not realistic for Benzema to play at the top level for a long time, and now he has decided to go to Saudi Arabia and earn some more big money before retirement.

As I said in several posts, every player has his time. there are times when the player will leave, either moving clubs or retiring. and at the same time, there are newcomers who will fill the void left behind. but for sure, the club is still the same. the club remains standing with people coming and going. as we discussed here, Benzema has chosen his future and at the same time Madrid must bring in a replacement. whether that's ideal or not, we'll find out once the new season rolls out. in both the Champions League and La Liga. what is certain is that Don Carlo knows very well what he is doing, as well as the newcomers he brings. at least, the results will be known after they carry out the match. but, it would be very natural if as a fan to feel dissatisfied with what Madrid and Carlo Ancelotti did. maybe they want a player on the level of Benzema, and that's perfectly normal.

Speaking of Madrid, we know very well how it was when Madrid was with Benzema. the combination of Vini Jr, Benzema, Rodrygo, is one of the deadliest attackers. Now, Madrid has brought in a replacement for Benzema, namely Joselu. we don't know what Don Carlo was thinking, but at least he already knew the consequences if the choices he made didn't meet his expectations. there is no other way, except for us to see what Joselu will do with Madrid.

Indeed, those teams are relatively unfamiliar to many ears. I believe the Champions League becomes truly captivating once it enters the group stage. As for the upcoming season, I fancy a few teams to make it to the quarterfinals, such as Barcelona, Madrid, Munich, City, and PSG as an alternative option.

At present, each club is in the process of revamping their squad, actively participating in the transfer market to acquire players they desire in order to construct a formidable team.
I rarely watch Champions League qualifiers each season, but I tend to look forward to more matches when the competition has entered the group stage. Some teams whose names we don't hear much about may be joined in several groups, but I'm sure they won't last much longer because of the mentality and quality of the team.

Of course almost all teams are improving mainly because they want to increase the depth of their squad. Some of your favorite teams have already been mentioned, but I think there are many others that you have forgotten like Manchester City, Arsenal, Napoli and Inter.

Whether Bellingham made the right choice depends on whether he can play his way into the team and become a pillar of the Real Madrid team. If not, he would be one of those young guys who took the step one or two years too early. It can happen, but it can also end greatly for him and turn out to be the exact right thing to do.

But I now saw that he said it wasn't about the money for him and has never been. to be honest it makes me laugh because Real Madrid is among the highest paying teams in the world (SPL not included here). It was said he had an offer from Manchester City and it was even better in terms of his salary, but really how much? A few million? That doesn't even matter whether you earn 20 million in Madrid or 25 million in Manchester. Saying that money doesn't matter when you actually earn far over 20 million a year including sponsoring deals must be quite easy. I would also say that money doesn't matter if I made 20 million or 30 million a year...

I think it still matters that in Real Madrid Bellingham will become a star, and in City he will be part of the mechanism, even Haaland is considered there as a cog in Guardiola's machine. While Bellingham is young, he really shouldn’t chase after a meager (if you take persents) profit - he needs to work for global goals, because when he becomes a legendary football player, some Saudis will pay him several hundred million at once.

Real Madrid need a quality striker. Karim Benzema created an important gap that Benzema has been filling for more than 10 years. Many strikers came and went and Benzema remained and continued to score goals. Now that he's gone, Real Madrid need an important striker. If they succeed in this, we can follow the old strong Real Madrid for many years.
Benzema had a good performance and he scored many goals for his team, Real Madrid. Karim Benzema achieved many titles with Real Madrid but any player should get retired one day and Benzema had to choose the Arabian teams to earn more money at the end of his career.
On the other hand, Real Madrid should start seeking a young and talented player to fill his position.
I think it was a great decision by him. Think about it, we are talking about 100-200 million euros here, how could he made anything remotely close to that? He wouldn't be able to do that at all, it would be near impossible to achieve that. Long story short he did that and we should be quite happy with it, because it means a player we love for so many years, nearly over a decade, will have a rich retirement, he deserved every penny he got.

Real on the other hand is not a poor team, they are not suddenly going to be broke and not have a striker, they are super rich, I bet that they are waiting on the whole Mbappe deal before they make any decision, because if they can get him, that's it, they will be the best team in the world, if not then they can start looking at other players.

I just realized that early stage for champion league will be starting next week and 4 teams will fight to get 1 ticket to first qualification of champion league but mostly these teams will be very unfamiliar to us because they come from the countries that has a low ranking according to UEFA and here is the teams below

Inter Club d'Escaldes (Andorra) vs FK Budućnost (Montenegro)

Tre Penne (San Marino) vs Breiðablik (Iceland)

The winner from these matches will met again on June 30 to get one place on first qualification of champion league and on July the winner of that match will fight against Ireland team Shamrock Rovers

The 4-0 defeat in the second leg of the UCL semi-final last season was a very embarrassing blow for Real Madrid, they have always been the favorites in this competition but Manchester City threw mud at Real Madrid face. It's hard to forget how a team like Real Madrid was defeated with a crushing score in the semifinals. Real Madrid will try to do anything next season to add to their collection of UCL trophies that they failed to achieve last season.
The big name that Real Madrid has is very easy to bring in quality players, Bellingham has been successfully brought in with great value. Real Madrid are still not satisfied with Bellingham arrival, they are looking for a striker who can be relied on to make their front line even sharper and more dangerous. I hope Mbappe will join Real Madrid next season, at Real Madrid it is easier for him to win the UCL trophy than the team he is currently defending.
After all, even though Real Madrid is the king of Europe because they have won 14 Champions League titles, but that doesn't mean they have to continue to win consecutive Champions League titles. Because after all, Real Madrid won the Champions League 14 times and I can say it was obtained in stages. That means, it would be natural if in a few seasons Real Madrid failed to win the Champions League title. Because after all, even though Real Madrid failed to win the Champions League title in several seasons it also would not make Real Madrid look weak.
I agree as we know Real Madrid is surely brand in Champions League and their history is also amazing in this competition which make them King of the Europe but still they can face results like they have in last season because it's also part of the game with no team can stay at same level ups and downs are also part of the game now they are facing some issues with the departure of their few star players with Karim Benzema is gone to Saudi League, and they also lost Casimiro to Manchester United and now few more players are also on departure which is not ideal and can bring some troubles for them but with this all still they have good potential to bring the best players in business because playing for the Real Madrid is dream for millions and surely things could be on his best in just one or two seasons which is part of their strategy as well.
Although I am not a Madrid fan. However, I think the most experienced team in the Champions League is Real Madrid. They know it very well how to counter strong opponents in the Champions League. However, I do not consider this team to be the favorite for the next season's title. Because there are going to be several important changes in the Madrid team next season. And so Madrid's performance is likely to be somewhat erratic. Their leading scorer Benzema has moved to the Saudi league. And the team is yet to find a suitable replacement for Benzema. Even so, I would say that Madrid will be able to qualify for the semi-finals next season.
Well, you may be wrong with your assumption because Real Madrid team has the potential to reach the finals in the coming season, and they will still be a tough competition for other teams. They also have the chance to win the title for the next season. Their squad is good enough to reach the higher levels and very few teams can compete them in real matches. The strongest competitor for them might be Manchester city because they have the squad to win the champions league easily and they could give a hard time to Real Madrid if they play against them. But, still I think Real Madrid can improve its squad and may reach the finals if they add some new players in their squad.

Maybe I'm wrong. But I think we won't see Madrid in next season's final. However, Madrid is a very strong team. And the important thing is that this team is experienced in the Champions League platform. Also, Madrid coach Ancelotti is very experienced. Madrid will likely rely on Ancelotti. But my point of view is that if Madrid fails to find a suitable replacement for Benzema next season then their performance will not be stable. We haven't seen a better performance from Madrid in the matches that Benzema was absent from last season. However, I will be happy if Madrid play well. This will make the Champions League more competitive.

Real Madrid have started looking for a replacement for Karim Benzema at the moment, and I think Real Madrid needs a few replacements for the line Karim Benzema has put in before. In the next season Real Madrid will probably have more young players than senior players in their team so that Real Madrid's strength next season will probably be very different from the previous season. Although in terms of team strength it is still uncertain now, whether it will really improve or not for next season.
Real Madrid next season will surely be better than this season, they lacked players last season but in this transfer window they have made an effort to sign some players that can really add quality to their side, an example of such player is Jude Bellingham from Dortmund. Also to temporarily replace Karim Benzema, they have loaned a player from Espanyol by the name of Joselu to fill the shoes until they can get Mbappe who they have always wanted. Real Madrid will be stronger, and just like every other season will also be a challenger for the champions league title.

They still don't look solid and scary, they still look dull the me, I still don't think they have a chance of winning either of the La Liga or Champions League.
They must have acquired some names which are great names worth playing for the Santiago Bernabue but Barcelona will successfully retain the Spanish League once again.

Even with Karim, they didn't score enough goals. Now without Benzema, I want to see how Joselu and Endrick displays in them debut season for Real Madrid. Don't forget Barcelona won them three of not four times this season.

Real Madrid must succeed in getting Mbappe to become the perfect squad. Mbappe could have at least two UCLs now, if he goes to Real madrid. The longer he was gone, the more seasons he wasted and he wouldn't be able to leave the trail he wanted. Nobody cares if he bagged 50 goals in ligue 1.

Also, even at Real madrid he's not going to win the UCL/la liga every year, so ideally you want to be there as early as possible. He is already 24 years old. Ronaldo joined Real Madrid at the age of 24 and won 4 UCL but it took him 9 years. Next year he (Mbappe) will be 25 years old. if we assume it took him 10 years to win at least 3 titles, he would be 35 years old then, compared to Ronaldo who was 33 when he won the last one. At this point, he was undermining his potential. He will only be a great player, with an unbeaten record in PSG and Ligue 1, but nothing more.

Not sure with Real Madrid opportunity next season in Champion League, leaving by Karim Benzema seems Madrid not finding right replacement on forward position and looks Joselu has under level than Benzema. I think Manchester City still strong candidate teams become the winner of Champion League next season and their squad not changed drastically although have leave by İlkay Gündoğan agree join to Barcelona.
Why is it that you underestimated Real Madrid with just one player Benzema left? Real Madrid has also added several other players who are its main pillars including Jude Bellingham. As for other players who have not been able to replace Karim Benzema, I think Real Madrid has other plans that are ripe and they have regenerated into players that are even easier and that is Real Madrid's goal for the coming season, for me Real Madrid will still be a challenger in the Champions League.

I have other favorite team for Champion League next season, looks Inter keep compete for Champion League tittle race regarding their achievement leaded until final stage in this season although Inter's starting line up not dominance by star players. Simone Inzaghi is smart manager and how his scheme success made Inter Milan lead to final stage although with their journey seems easy than Manchester City have eliminated Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
Inter Milan coincidentally did not meet a stronger team so they could go further into the final but I admit that reaching the final was an extraordinary thing for Inzaghi to do even though they lost in the final to Manchester City.
Look, now the market window is getting busier because there is a lot of hunting for star players for every club they need, including other top European teams, while they are intensively shopping for the players they want, of course, with this all the preparation for the League which will start and also the preparation for the Champions League.

I hope so, but it seems like that so many people here are quite skeptical about joselu. He was good but people keep talked if mbappe was going to the madrid. Madrid has been also making so many clarifications if the club is only willing to sign him next year once mbappe will leave PSG with free agent. I think that all of madrid fans need to put their hopes for joselu caused by this guy gonna be the main striker for madrid next season.
There will be no benzema anymore in the club. I'm not putting a lot of joselu at the beginning of the season caused by joselu needs to adapt with the new team. He was coming to the madrid, and he needs time to build chemistry with all the players in real madrid.
It will be so good if joselu will able to perform better and better. The only striker that madrid relies on next season.

However, basically I really believe that when a player receives an offer from Real Madrid it seems like an offer that is difficult to refuse. Unless the player prefers financially to reject him like in the previous case of Mbappe and because every player finds it difficult to refuse Real Madrid's offers. So of course, I personally really believe that Real Madrid will easily build a new squad. For example, like Jude Bellingham, at his young age Bellingham really made a good choice to accept Real Madrid's offer, even though Bellingham's contract at Dortmund still has a long term until 2025, but Bellingham still chose Real Madrid.

I am not too sure if that was the case, Real Madrid was not optimistic too much because of Benzema's occurrence of injuries, he had about 2 injuries last season to the point he couldn't represent his national leagues in the world cup and other France leagues but despite that, Ancelotti was able to optimize Rodrigo in place of him and I was even surprised that he scored more goals when he played striker than the usual winger position, but it the strategy came in prior to the end of the season, perhaps he didn't expect such strategy to work out that way.

Mbabe seems to be the only thing people are speculating about Real Madrid but I wouldn't be surprised if nothing happened between PSG and Real Madrid because, look at it this way: Vinicius being black is been hated by Spanish boys which is an act of racism, I wonder how they will treat Mbape when he finally comes to Spain considering many times he flops with Real Madrid last season for his transfer deal, I were him, I will prefer to stay in England clubs.

Lewandowski is a prolific striker at Barcelona as well. However we haven't been able to see enough level of contribution by him in big matches of the Champions League. It was like he was a more different striker than his La Liga performance. He wasn't having issues against weaker opponents in the Champions League. But he was a failure when it comes to facing teams like Bayern Munich in the group stage. He will need to concentrate more on that kind of matches from now on as those ones are critical for making it to beyond the group stage.

Barcelona actually need to try new things in the Champions League from now on. The strategies don't work good enough as we have seen for two seasons here.

Even in La Liga, Lewandowski did not show the required level in my opinion - 23 goals in a season is ridiculous numbers after what we saw from Ronaldo/Benzema/Messi. And if I'm not mistaken in La Liga, he is top 1 in unused scoring chances.
The arrival of Gundogan is a major boost for Barcelona, but if Xavi continues to use his old dull strategies that have not worked for a long time, then this is unlikely to somehow affect the results of Barcelona and their ceiling in the Champions League will be 1/8 - 1/4 finals.
