Barcelona has all it takes to do well in the Champions league. Inter got to the champions league final, is Inter a better team than Barcelona, when you compare their players?
The players and managers matter, but it takes more than just a good squad to do well in Europe. If you want to succeed in Europe you have to know how to win games. Win games even in times when you don't play really well. It can't be every game that a team will play well. So if you're able to win your games in matches that you didn't play very well then you are safe. That is the edge Madrid has over other teams in that competition. Madrid can win games when they don't play well.

Next season will be good for Barcelona because they're rebuilding and and the process is going well. If they are not unlucky like they were last season with injuries and bad officiating they might do well.

If a club goes to the final only because of luck, I still don't agree because those who qualify for the Champions League final are because the club is strong and worthy.
Inter Milano has played very well this season so it's only natural that they will qualify for the final even though they have to lose to Manchester City because actually Manchester City for the season is in a state of the upper hand.
For next season's Champions League, we can't say for sure who is the strongest because there are still many clubs trying to strengthen their team by carrying out large-scale player transfers.

Chelsea didn't have a better squad than Manchester City back then yes. The reason how they managed to make it to the Champions League title anyway was Tuchel. He is such a great tactician that he knows how to deal with stronger teams despite not having a very impressive squad in his hand. Potential clubs don't mean benchmarks for champions because in this case we only talk about probabilities and when you look at big clubs, their probability is much higher so they are expected to continue to win doesn't mean there is a separate benchmark for big clubs to be champions because of course we know all the opportunities and everything is possible.

However I just hope Gundogan will choose good team with well experience players, since I can see many teams are looking for him.

Currently, nothing is sure about Gundogan because we have three teams which are fighting for him, and he is still not clear where to go first Barcelona then we have Arsenal and then Bayern Munich but who will be winner at the end we have to wait for the all updates with most chances Arsenal can steal this show because Barcelona is also having few other players as target which can replace Gudogan with Bayern Munich and Arsenal could be potential runner for this transfer.

Manchester City is looking for another season but 32 years old German star wants long deal which is possible in Arsenal because they are also having some trouble in last season and with the arrival of him they could be felt strong enough.

But i think that those favorite clubs will always become most potential clubs to win UCL next season. As you can see, that manchester city was signing some world class players even though it has the greatest squad in the world, but pep keeps adding more and more players to the club.
Im thinking if manchester city gonna be the strongest candidate to win UCL again next season. My main concern if manchester city will be using the same squad as last season to face the upcoming season.

Kovacic can not be the replacement for Gundogan, he's not even up to the task, most Chelsea fans that knows ball will rather prefer an exchnage between the players than just seeing such big assets leave for Barcelona. Another player most likely to leave is Bernado Silva who has been linked to PSG.

I hope you have watch the Champions League final between Chelsea and Manchester City, the city dominated the whole match, but a mistake cost them to lose that cup because they didn't expect goal from Chelsea and that's how they lost the League cup to Chelsea. So what am I saying, Chelsea don't have much changes in their current squad and yet they win that important matches and Barcelona could win the Champions League if they are lucky as they have good players that are very talented and good with skills and new young players as well, expect good things to happen to Barcelon next season.

They are specialists in Champions League finals, so I don't want to argue with that. Real Madrid rarely fail to win the Champions League when they get to the final, but I think their era of dominance in the Champions League will end soon after Manchester City have broken the curse.

I think Real Madrid will not be as strong as before after they no longer have many golden players like Benzema and several other players. Indeed, they have a lot of quality players, but experienced players like Benzema, Modric, Kroos are the spirit of a good performance for Real Madrid. Madrid will realize that, so I think they will still miss the Champions League final in the next few seasons unless they play very badly against Madrid in the Champions League.

I'm not a City fan. but it seems, City has a great chance to defend their title. why, because they have a solid squad and players of almost equal quality. plus, their backup players are also very reliable. I am not sure I am fully up to date, but I think that the problem is that Manchester City still doesn't want to give him two years but only one year and Gundogan does not agree with that. When Pep says that Gundogan would strengthen Barcelona and he would make that team better in reality it could also be a tactic to support Gudogan in signing a good contract elsewhere, namely Barcelona here.
