You are right, this will be a match that will not be easy to predict, although in terms of domestic league level Borussia Dortmund is better, but in terms of winning record PSV is better than Borussia Dortmund. UCL have promising and favorite clubs that are nominated to win the league every season, though these selections do changes but I'm quite aware how difficult these clubs can find their path to win matches. This season, I would vouch for the UCL title to go to Spanish clubs because they're in good shape. Consequently, Manchester City are the reigning champions and they wouldn't give up so easily when it comes to elite competitions. Pep Guardiola have the morale to explore the performance of his club in every UCL and top phases they found themselves, no relenting efforts because they've bounce back to glory.

PSV does play in the league which in my opinion has a slight level below the Bundesliga but PSV with 16 consecutive wins of course it proves the quality of PSV which is very superior to Eredivise which proves that they also have qualities like the top level team in Europe. The current fixtures are main for the bigger clubs and it would become easy for elite clubs to predict winners and losers, we already have a clue of teams that will continue their existence and the ones that will be kickout. The performance of these teams seem are tough and the players play just like pro. The round 16 fixtures have been released, lucky enough some of these elite clubs will face mediocre teams which is totally free stress for them. PSV can become a threat for Borrusia Dortmund because with the way these clubs are struggling to win matches, UCL will become another level of difficulty for them.
