Dortmund has indeed proven that they have a similar mentality in general and we can see that so far as they go through each round which often has their hopes dashed. They are not a superior team like the others but what we saw from Dortmund was more than that until they reached the final round of the champions league.

What is clear is that Dortmund should not be pressured by the trivial opinion of most people out there and they just need to prove that even in front of the giants of the Champions League, they can also do the same thing and they must make it happen when they face Real Madrid later. Currently, in my opinion, the two teams cannot be rejected just by history and experience, what is more important is the readiness of the two teams who both want to win this title.

After the final match in 1997 and won against Juventus, Dortmund only had one another final match, against Bayern Munich but they failed in that final. This year, they have another final match and again they will play with another big club in Europe, a most successful club in Champions League, Real Madrid. With Dortmund, I believe they will enjoy this final and surely will try to fight and win it but they don't have pressure like Real Madrid.

It is true because as a bigger club, with bigger ambition and more investment in player transfer, Real Madrid have more pressure than Dortmund in the final match. If they win this title, it will be a first one for a new generation in Bernabeu because a generation of Ronaldo, Ramos, Varane, Casemiro, Modric and Kroos is nearly over and at a very final transition phase.

Younger players like Vini Jr., Rodrygo, Valverde, Tchouameni, Camavinga will be future of Real Madrid next ten years and it's great if they can win Champions League this year with very last seasons of Modric, Kroos in their club.

Anyone here saw the pictures of Niklas Sule in the prewarmup of a game? Man that guy cant be so overweight for profesional football, is incredible, and more incredible is he is still playing at this high level with all that extra weight, and he is doing "good".

Is gonna be fun to see him running alongside some super fast players like Vinicius in the final.

Yes, maybe this is what Dortmund will take advantage of when everyone thinks Dortmund is not the favorite team, so they will play loose even though they actually hope to bring back big ears like 1997.
So actually the pressure is on Real Madrid, but everyone knows Real Madrid's mentality so they will probably get used to that pressure.
Dortmund, who are considered weak, are trying to steal a gap to be able to steal a goal and hopefully Dortmund can take advantage of this situation.

In the end it all comes back to a winning mentality, Madrid is superior in having a winning mentality compared to Dortmund, but this is my personal opinion that Dortmund's journey was actually not that difficult until they reached the UCL final, against PSG yesterday it seemed lucky because PSG didn't manage to score a goal and there were lots of opportunities who failed, but Dortmund is also not a weak team and cannot be underestimated, Dortmund could have been luckier against Madrid as they were against PSG.

Madrid have to play carefully against Dortmund because they failed in the 2012/2013 final and at that time against Munich, I think they don't want to fail again after waiting so long for them to reach the UCL final this season, of course what they have been fighting for, they don't want to. ended in defeat, I think we all know that everyone doubts Dortmund's strength and favors Madrid, therefore it is important for Madrid to play carefully when facing Dortmund because they cannot be considered weak, they could give Madrid a surprise even though they win narrowly against PSG previously, everything depended on luck

Well in the semifinals of this competition, you’ll say PSG were the major favorites of the competition at least to get to the finals and not Dortmund but football happened. Dortmund unlike PSG were able to take their chances and that helped them be able to get victory in the 2 legs of the competition and as such resulting in a 2-0 aggregate score. ⁠I think when you check the qualities of both PSG and Dortmund and the results then you’ll know what Real Madrid are up to in the final of the UCL.

 PSG were very dominating in the match but their luck wasn’t on theor side because they were always hitting the bar in the both legs especially in the 2nd leg infront of their fans. ⁠You must also credit Dortmund for their gameplay in that semifinal against PSG and I think this should serve as a warning signal to Real Madrid because they have some good young and talented players. And even a better experienced coach with a Champions league winning mentality.

 I also feel Real Madrid are quite experienced and they should be able to handle this Dortmund side but whilst doing that, they ought to be very careful not to let their defense line open. ⁠Football has to do with luck and planning and I think Real Madrid are good when it comes to these two qualities and I would love to see them bring down this Dortmund side in the final and claim their 15th UCL title thereby reclaiming their spot as Europe’s big boys.

Theoretically, Dortmund players should not be afraid of anything at all and play in the final with a clear conscience, since they have already jumped over their heads and ended up in the final (which, even if they lose, gives good financial bonuses). No matter how Dortmund loses (if they lose), no one will blame them. In this sense, Dortmund players should feel as comfortable as possible. But this is theoretical, in fact it is difficult to imagine how you will feel if you get to the final of a competition that may be the only final in your life.

There is nothing to be afraid of because this is not an event to show each other who is scary or not. This is the UCL Final where everyone understands each other to give their best. Borussia Dortmund and Madrid consider this match important, serious and also do not underestimate each other. The final is still the final where both of them deserve to be there to show who has the right to win the trophy this season. Real Madrid is indeed much more prepared in terms of readiness, but Borussia Dortmund also like it or not they will play at full strength without caring who the opponent is.

If Borussia Dortmund are afraid and pessimistic then they do not deserve to play in the UCL final. If Borussia Dortmund did not have a good mentality they would have been eliminated even in the round of 16. I'm sure that even though many people are favoring Real Madrid to become champions, Borussia Dortmund will definitely fight hard to get the UCL trophy. Nothing is impossible in football. They can also provide surprises. I also believe they are very ready to face El Real. Even though I personally favor Real Madrid to become champions, this will not be an easy match. I hope both teams can give their best performance that night.

Actually PSG is most favorite opponent team for Real Madrid in UEFA Champion League final match but unpredictable have under performed and loss back to back as home and away match. Acceptable or not in this season Champion League final match between Dortmund vs Real Madrid is good achievement for both team after Real Madrid not favorable team when success eliminating Manchester City in quarter final and the same thing with Dortmund after kicking out PSG in the semifinal round.

Looking the historical appearance in Champion League final match, Dortmund is not too bad team because has several time qualifying to final and last time when defeating by Bayern Munich in season 2011/12. Indeed has longer time I think Dortmund consistency performance since phase round become good teams success qualifying until final round.

It cannot be a comparison because each team has different strengths and against different teams, all teams will also produce different performances, so it cannot be a benchmark that there is a team that is stronger or vice versa, but what is certain is that currently Dortmund has succeeded in achieving to the final which means Dortmund is better than other teams.

Against Real Madrid in the final, Dortmund will indeed be slightly less favored, but everything is still possible in the final match even though Real Madrid has slightly better quality and mentality than Dortmund.

Of course, everything can happen on the field without control and beyond the predictions of many people because the course of the match is a process where we will see something unimaginable beforehand as well as luck.
But we need to look at the current situation with a logical calculation of the strengths that these two teams have, and that will conclude a judgment on the two who have a greater chance of winning.

Most people and I personally also agree that the Champions League this time will be won by Madrid.
But I look at the standings and see that Dortmund are still in the Blue zone, although Dortmund are in 6th place in the standings are still included in the champions league nomination next season, so there is still enough opportunity for their next season.

Dortmund do have a strong mentality for this games and I have seen that in their form they have seem to improve since they were able to get to the finals it seem to have given them a different and Strong mind in the fact that they no feel more confident getting to this leveling and even in their domestic league they have played . much better than they have done much before now so I don't think they will be scared of Madrid.

Getting to the finals is even enough reasons to be very strong and even willing to want to win the league, even Dortmund is very much aware of the Strength of Madrid but that will not be a reason they will not be able to really get to try their very best because it's very possible that amidst the strength Dortmund can find a reason to win and still be able to staying ahead of them in the league this season but then they will definitely get to play beyond their regular style and patterns as Madrid isn't joking and are doing their very best to making sure they are going to win the trophy aswell.

I'm very sure of going to watch a very interesting and action filled champions league finals because I know for sure that Dortmund is definitely not going to leave any stone unturned as this opportunity for them is not oñe which they see too often and so they would want to utilize it to the fullest but with Madrid it's quite different because they have been able to make it to the finals severally and even win the league very often.

Dortmund surprised all of us because they were able to destroy a strong team in the Champions League this season, many of us think that Dortmund was only lucky to qualify for the semi-finals, but I think all the achievements obtained by Dortmund this season are none other than hard work and also the unyielding attitude they have become an important factor for Dortmund in reaching the final round,  Unlike PSG, whose escape to the semi-finals this season cannot be kept away from the red card obtained by Barcelona in the match, if Barcelona do not get a red card in the match, of course we will most likely see Dortmund and Barcelona who will meet in the semi-finals this season.

Now that Dortmund and Madrid have reached the Champions League final, of course it will be interesting to see how Bellingham will try to destroy the team he strengthened last season, Madrid are currently the most favored team to win the Champions League because of their experience, mentality and performance, but Dortmund are certainly not an easy opponent to face in the final because of their motivation and unyielding attitude Of course, it is possible that they can beat Madrid later, speaking of the Ballon d'Or, of course we don't see any other player who might be more worthy of the Ballon d'Or than Bellingham.

Dortmund certainly wasn't a tougher opponent than Barcelona for PSG, but even if they were able to overcome that challenge, PSG couldn't overcome Dortmund's challenge at all. PSG definitely could have performed better against Dortmund than they did against Barcelona because that match was very important for them and a win would have guaranteed them a Champions League final. 

Mbappe did not perform as well in the match against Dortmund as he did in all other matches, and this is where PSG fell behind. Qualifying for the semi-finals is not an easy task as they qualified for the semi-finals of the Champions League so they should have taken a risk as they might fail to qualify for the semi-finals in the subsequent matches.

Even both of them have a quality players and respected by many people, but they're programmed to not win.

Yeah PSG were unlucky and had so many chance missed, this could happen to Real Madrid. We all know Real Madrid is better than Dortmund, but Fortune Angel might be on Dortmund's side.

Paris Saint germain didn't fo well in the qualifying round even their win against Barcelona was because bothe teams played rubbish, Borussia Dortmund had this chance cause they were able to take advantage over paris saint germains bad form, you said they missed chances how many of those chances were created, it was all a mistake and no accuracy in their shots.

Real Madrid would be having a real work over in July, but it's still a win for Borussia Dortmundto have made it to the finals amongst other big clubs, I think if Madrid wins the ballon dkr title might go to Bellingham.

Previously, the team that was predicted to have a very big chance was Paris Saint Germain, but in reality Borussia Dortmund was able to break all that because they managed to win in 2 matches at once and made the aggregate 2-0 for Borussia Dortmund to win. Although I can also say that Paris Saint Germain were in a very unlucky situation in the second leg because the opportunities they were able to create had to be thwarted by the crossbar and goalposts. There were at least 5 opportunities that failed because they hit the crossbar and goal post.

Paris Saint Germain had to experience such great misfortune that it made them fail to be in the final match of the Champions League this season. Sometimes there are things like that that we cannot predict and indeed sometimes luck is one of the factors that ultimately influences the outcome of a match, as in this match.

There was also a difference in quality between Borussia Dortmund and PSG. Although PSG was the team that played better in both matches, the balls returning from the post caused them to be eliminated. That's why Real Madrid will have to be careful. Dortmund is never a team to be taken lightly. I really like their style of play. There are also dangerous offensive players. Although Real Madrid seems to be the favorite, they should remember that Dortmund is also a sleeping tiger.

It would be very funny if Borussia Dortmund were afraid of Real Madrid, and if only they really had that pessimistic feeling, then that would only be the beginning of their nightmare. Whoever team makes it to the final, will definitely have the ambition to win the trophy because it is only one step away. No exception with Borussia Dortmund, even though they are aware that Real Madrid has a level and power above them but they were certainly ready for the final match because playing in the Champions League final is not an opportunity that they can easily get at another time.
