I was against this Champions League new format before, but as I have started seeing the outcomes if the games, and I am beginning to fall in love with the new format because we will see a lot of competitive games in this group stage before the round of sixteen, and we will see a lot of surprising results in the group stage because we have started deeing after just two weeks in the competition. Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, and some dfeats yesterday are surprising, I never expected any especially these two; this reason has made me to give more attention to the Champions League this season because some teams that we are expecting to go far might not go far.
On the one hand, this season Champions League guarantees entertaining competition, we will not feel bored, because even mediocre clubs are able to create surprises. But on the other hand, the energy of the main squad players will be drained if the manager lacks quality options in the team, especially if the manager is faced with injury problems.
In my opinion, the remaining 6 matches in the League phase will present more surprises. However, we believe that the majority of teams that will finish in the top 8 of the standings are still dominant teams, because they have adequate rotation options in the squad.

Sadly this is what majority did predict, Bayern Munich as been dominating with goals this season, everyone would have thought they would have won against Aston Villa but this would have been the case if they played as a team and some wasn't selfish to get a goal though about all Martinez put up an hell of a performance while Manuel Neuer would be disappointed for the goal because he was relatively at fault for coming out that far from the post and John Durán did well to capitalise on that with a fine finish.

Aston Villa did impressed me in their match by standing strong on their feet to win against the Bayern Munich making them rise up the table ladder significantly with the three points gathered. Torres did a great job by putting in the effort of assisting Duran in netting of the winning goal. I honestly didn't see that coming after both clubs had spent over 70 minutes battling for goals.
The Bayern Munich guys also put in their pressure but that was nothing to write home about since they couldn't penetrate the 18 yard box to score a winning goal for the Aston Villa. I also went further to check on the ball possessions and it showed Bayern was greater in performance.

No one expect to see Bayern Munich to loss against Aston villa. It was very surprising, because even in the game Bayern Munich really played well because they didn’t take it easy on Aston villa, but due to luck of football they we’re not able to even win a single goal that is how they played the game up to the end to the extend that I lost hope on them to score goal again. Although even Aston villa won the goal towards the end of the game.
But what am still seeing in the Champions League this season is that the main teams with experience will surprise us at the middle of the season, because for now that is the beginning of the season all those teams that we had hope on are the ones with the lower point, but that still doesn’t means they will not be able to surprise us with a good performance In the future. so let expect their return.

Even though I bet on Bayern Munich, but I realized that Aston Villa is not a weak team and could make a surprise because Aston Villa also played at home. And sure enough, the result was that Aston Villa managed to beat Bayern Munich even though it was only by a narrow score, because Bayern Munich also played with high dominance so that Aston Villa really had to maximize the opportunities or chances they had to convert them into goals. The reason I still have Bayern Munich even though I realize Aston Villa can put up a great fight, is because I think Bayern Munich is still in a very good trend because of their success in winning with a big score in several previous matches in the Bundesliga and also the Champions League.
But yes, the result was quite disappointing because after all, I didn't expect Aston Villa to have such a good defense, so Bayern Munich always failed in their efforts to score goals. But besides that, my surprising bet failure occurred at Real Madrid because after all, basically Lille is also not the strongest team in Ligue 1. But Real Madrid with its luxurious squad also failed to beat Lille and even worse, Real Madrid got a deadlock and was unable to score goals.

For 3rd matches i have seen one interesting match because Real Madrid as a host will fight against Dortmund and this is repeat match of last season that both teams has been met at the final match of Champion league several months ago and at that time Real Madrid is the winner with final scores 2-0 and i am sure this time Dortmund want to taking revenge from Real Madrid but it will be very difficult for them considering Real Madrid always be hard to beated at Santiago Bernabéu

I do agree these unexpected results were definitely a let down. I do not understand how it could happen all at the same time, but it did. The benfica game, the Madrid game, the Bayern game all looked quite unlikely results and we are seeing them not do that well right now. I made some money on previous games, and last weekend was good too and these games made me lose all of that money, which is fine and I am not bothered by it because I know I am not gambling to just win money, I gamble to have some fun, but this was definitely not okay. I also agree these teams will return to winning form and be at the top when the group stages end, but they need to do better next games, so I am going to bet on them to win for all the other games, they have to if they want to go up, and I hope they do because I will bet a lot on them to win.

New format is currently confusing for many but still things are going good, and we are having good competitive matches Lille beats defending Champions Juventus and Feyenoord both are having historic comeback for the win against their opponents things could be more interesting as now AC Milan is looking for their first win in Champions League after having two defeats which is surely poor from them.

If 1 or 2 matches produce confusing results, it's still acceptable. But look back widely, I'll not only talk about UCL, but other European competitions such as Europa League, AS Roma lost to Elfsborg & Ajax who could not get full points. It seems like the European competition isn't doing well, fortunately I didn't have any money for the past week, so I didn't even have the intention to bet which I could have bet on strong teams like Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid

As a Real Madrid fan of course I hope they can win that match. They are the UCL champions last season and the best team in the world last season. But if you look at Real Madrid's performance in the last few matches honestly I doubt they can win that match. I don't doubt Madrid but like the previous season Madrid looked like they were struggling in the group stage or the last 16 but then they got better and better until finally they became UCL champions last season. I think a draw is the most reasonable result in that match. Of course Real Madrid will fix their mistakes in the next match but it seems Madrid also have problems in the front line. Vini, Mbappe and Endrick are Real Madrid's superstars but it seems they still haven't found the right chemistry with each other.

Watching these elite clubs becoming vulnerable against other oppositions seems something to be bother about? Atletico Madrid just have to worked on themselves to become more confident and try to adapt to another pattern of game apart from the defensive style. Diego Simeone would be really frustrated at the moment, losing 4-0 to Benfica is a whole lot of situation to deal with.
I don't think Bayern Munich can get an easy win against Barcelona, and it could even be that Barcelona will get the match because even though they had to lose Ter Stegen who had a long injury but, Barcelona is still the best in La Liga so far, and they have a very productive front line. I don't know who will be the starter between Inaki Pena and Wojciech Szczesny but I'm pretty hopeful that Szczesny will be the one chosen because he has experience and maybe that will be very useful when playing against Munich (and other matches).
In the context of one match, anything can happen, we saw that Bayern, Real can lose to seemingly weaker opponents, one mistake is enough to concede and play well in defense. And there is no point in predicting the results between such opponents as Barcelona and Bayern, these are equal teams, I think that their confrontation will take place without a clear advantage of one of the teams, the absence of Ter Stegen can be a big problem, but despite the fact that the match will be held in Spain, I cannot give an advantage to either team.

To be honest I was not expecting to see this good performance from Liverpool after Klopp left this tea. So far in the games we saw from Liverpool in this season, they are in the first place in the league and they had even better performances than Manchester City and Arsenal.
While it's not just about the Premier League nad Liverpool also won the game recently against Bologna with a 2-0 and they could even score more goals because of having more goal opportunities than Bologna. The interesting thing about Liverpool is about the good performance we see from Salah while there we saw rumors about him leaving the team in the last summer.
Munich lost but their performance was very good. I have no complaints about Munich's performance. Munich dominated this match. A lot of attacks were made by Munich players. I would say that Bayern Munich lost against Martinez in this match. The Munich players made some great shots. But every shot was blocked by Emilisno Martinez. Had Martinez not performed well in this match, Aston Villa would have conceded at least three goals. There is no doubt that Bayern Munich played very well. But they can't dodge Martinez. I would say Bayern Munich had bad luck. This is why Munich lost the match despite performing well.
I also did not expect that Bayern Munich could lose the match even though Bayern Munich did play very well in that match and in general it should be considered unlucky for Bayern Munich.
