If you look at the game play of Barcelona this season you will realize that they are not confidence of themselves when you compare them to the Barcelona of before let's not being up the matches they have won in the domestic league their performance against Monaco clearly explained a lot of tension and weakness in their team which shows that a little shake in the team can affect their entire performance even when they are dominating the game.

About the match against Bayern Munich i still remember several years ago Barcelona has been lost from this team and at that time Hansi Flick as Bayern Munich manager and i think currently will be different because Hansi Flick now as Barcelona manager besides that i have seen recently Bayern Munich performance is decline because in the last 3 matches in all competitions Bayern Munich was unable to win and these records is makes me confident Barcelona this time can beat Bayern Munich

Though Munich did not win the game against Frankfurt today, i don't see that as enough to think of them not having the ability to be bale to win their next game in the champions league, they literally had rain of goals in that game as the game did produced more than five goals but then it was a mess for Bayern Munich to have been leading by two goals and  allowed their opponent to be bale to have come and take over them and got a draw at the end of the game, i just hope their confidence and psychology is still very much in check so they will be able to handle the champions league game they have ahead which is like a even more tough and competitive game than that which they had against Frankfurt in todays game.
