It was the most curious match of this stage of the Champions League and to be honest, considering how many mistakes the teams made, we can say that it was not a game of the Champions League level, but rather resembled the games in the conference league, because the level of play of the teams was very low.

To be honest, if someone told me that Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich would lose in yesterday's champion league game I wouldn't believe because these teams are some of the best teams in Europe's top five leagues, these teams are strong and fully of best players in the world and they got trash by the small team's that we didn't know that they can defeat them, I notice Real Madrid game from the beginning when I saw the player's that are going to start the match and I started having a feeling that it will be very difficult for real Madrid because, Rodrygo, Mbappe and any player that can create chances are not in the field, Ancelotti is the one that causes the lose of Real Madrid yesterday and he knows it that is why he apologizes when the match end.

Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich's own is the worst because Atletico Madrid proved to us during the derby match against Real Madrid in Laliga that they are strong but look what Benfica did to them yesterday, Benfica Humilate their many goals, I wonder why if Atletico Madrid has a match against any team they won't play very well but if it is against Real Madrid they will play very well and not allow Real Madrid to win the match, this show that what Joao Felix said is true, Joao Felix said when he went to Atletico Madrid and Barcelona that is when he knows that Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are playing to score against Real Madrid not just to win a trophy, And for Bayern Munich I won't say anything for now because Bayern Munich has shown that they are over hype team, after beating some in champion league with 9 goals in the first match they can't beat Aston Villa, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid spoil people game yesterday.

The defeat of Real and Bayern were definitely big surprises, but I think they will go to the playoffs in any case, just because of the losses the question will be in which stage they will go to, 1/16 or 1/8 finals. Maybe Real had quite a few matches where they had difficult games, but I did not notice this for Bayern, they were in great shape, but could not score and because of a very big mistake by Neuer they missed an annoying goal. But if these matches ended 1-0, which can be considered an accident, then how to perceive the 4-0 defeat for Atletico, it is too strange.

Even though Liverpool have changed coaches this season, we don't feel any significant difference in Liverpool's performance at all. They are still the same strong team as when coached by Kloop. In the match against Bologna, Liverpool actually wasn't that striking. Because actually Bologna also played just as well. It's just that the difference is in the quality of players the two teams have. Liverpool's attack line and defense line are much more reliable than Bologna. Mohamed Salah is still productive and even looks better at the moment. And in the next match in the UCL, I think Liverpool will still be able to win.

These 2 results are absolutely unpredictable and surprising, I believe many people lose their money on these 2 matches but there must be some people who were lucky enough especially those who like to bet on underdog teams.
Aston Villa's goal keeper did his best last night by making some good saves and deserves to be man of the match.

Come to the Benfica vs Alt Madrid match, I did not watch the match but I'm shocked to see the result which is unbelieveable.

This very season's champions league is fun I must say and if care if not taken some of these big teams won't make it to the next round. What's happening to those teams mentioned? What's your take on what happened in the champions league games on Tuesday and Wednesday, who's going to get hold of the trophy this season?

Other teams were strong as well just that you would say the Big name or favorite side to most gamblers lost their match yesterday. I won't say Aston Villa is a small team these days unless you dont watch the EPL. Those guys are performing brilliantly in the EPL. I know it's gonna be easy for Bayern Munich. So if Bayern knew they are the biggest team here then they would have won their match. Both teams played very well but only one has to be the winner.

As for Atletico and Madrid they messed big times. Just like what i said during the period Mbapae was signed. I made it clear that nothing would change at all. In fact it's not a guarantee that Real Madrid will be unstoppable this season.

Aston Villa vs Bayern Munich.

This match was clearly far from our predictions, Bayern fell at Villa Park to Aston Villa. Although they lost narrowly, Bayern should have been able to handle Aston Villa even though it was an away game. In this match, Bayern Munich was superior in ball possession throughout the match, unfortunately Munich was unable to convert every opportunity they had. IMO, I don't know what Kompany was thinking, but my question is why he rotated and benched Jamal Musiala. The three players behind Harry Kane did not play as they should, Kompany should not have changed the line-up of his players in last night's match. Although Kompany quickly replaced his players in the second half, unfortunately it did not change any results, instead Aston Villa was able to score one goal which also became their victory.

Benfica vs Atl. Madrid.

I did not expect Diego Simeone's team to be humiliated by losing badly to the home team, Atletico was not even able to score a single goal to reduce the score. This match clearly deviated from my predictions. I think Atletico will win narrowly. but Bruno Lage's squad was able to defeat Atletico, even though they were not favored. well, these two matches clearly did not meet my expectations.

I was as shocked as you are because is only few of the matches that played the way they were supposed to play, such as Liverpool, Atalanta and Juventus then the rest was never expected especially Aston Villa and Bayern Munich, who would have imagine that Bayern Munich that use to be very aggressive in scoring will not have the opportunity to at least have one goal on that match, I'm sure Kompany will not be happy on his boys yesterday because he has a good strategy that should have worked perfectly but because the poor performance it was not productive.

Another surprising match was real Madrid against Lille they also played very poor of all the good strikers they could not equalize, actually the penalty was the luck of Lille if not they would have shared the three points among themselves, the whole match yesterday was as if it was a planned match because how can the two biggest clubs will lose the same day to a club who are always afraid of them, however I wonder if anybody had any wining yesterday on there bet because those results will certainly affect most gamblers.

After that bad start by a Monaco loss, this was really needed. Barcelona were overwhelming their opponent on paper already and they showed it in action clearly too.    Hansi Flick era is just awesome!

There were really surprising results last night. I don't know from where to start...

Aston Villa really gave Bayern Munich an upset.    Emery magic continues! We didn't see Lille win coming either. Real Madrid are really unstable these days. Of course, it wouldn't be good to finish without mentioning the destruction by Benfica. 4-0 against Simeone's Atletico? Just incredible when you think Benfica weren't doing amazing in the Champions League for a quite while.

Liverpool have been performing in one of the best ways this season, as Mohamed Salah has made his team quite experienced. And his technique and style of play is different, he worked hard in this match and scored a goal in the last minute to succeed Mohamed Salah.

 The players of the Bologna team worked hard but the squad was made up of very weak players in their attack department, due to which they could not succeed in this match with 12 attacks but the opposite team Liverpool managed to succeed with only 9 attacks and managed to score two goals. Good luck to the Liverpool team as they have collected three points in this match and are at number five in the points table, and they are the most advanced in the points table due to the high number of goals.

This defeat is not an indication that Real Madrid cannot rise again, but it must be admitted that the defeat against Lille was quite embarrassing for Real Madrid and this proves that Real Madrid's performance this season has not found its best performance.
We have seen since the beginning of the season that there are so many problems experienced by Real Madrid after making changes this season and in my opinion they are not much better than last season.
In the next match against Dortmund, of course it will be quite difficult for Real Madrid, but with the quality of the players they have, of course they are able to rise at any time.

Even though is not going to make Real Madrid weak in the UEFA champions league, but it will make people to believe that they are not going to lift this trophy again because Lilles is a small team compared to Real Madrid that is well known among the strongest team in the UEFA champions league tournament. I don't think Real Madrid will comeback like the way they came back last season to lift the trophy, because Barcelona is ahead of them in the la Liga league, and other teams are ahead of them in this UEFA champions league, which it will be very hard for those team to drop points that will make Real Madrid to return back to first position in the UEFA champions league table.

If you know the kind players that are in  Dortmund team in this season, and their position in the current table, you will know that they will not allow Real Madrid to have opportunity to secure a goal from their home in their next game than to beat Real Madrid like the way Lilles beat them 1:0 to secured 3 points from the game.

Barcelona against young boys bern was a super one for the Barcelona's.
In this match fans were excited how their Players Played the match I see this their new coach has changed the players in their velocity .

Barcelona as a team having young players like Lamine Yamal, Ferran Torres in their front, Gavi, Pedri, Dani Olmo in their middle and Jules kounde in their defense with this their new coach Hansi Flick.

It was a kudos for the Barcelona's team ended the game on 5-0 against Young boys despites how good the Young boys team were in the game.

Losing by one goal at Lille's home does not mean that Real Madrid will be weak in the Champions League this season because Real Madrid is a team that can make a surprising comeback in the next matches as we have seen in previous seasons. I am also quite sure that in the next match Real Madrid will bounce back and win at home against Dortmund because Ancelotti is a coach who has a lot of experience in the Champions League so he will not be afraid just because he lost at Lille's home.

Look at the table, I really don't know how this group phase with a new format will end for big clubs. Most of them will go through it well but I see that underdogs have bigger chance to make surprise with this new format.

It's not easy for underdogs to continue staying at highest positions because they will meet big clubs in next match days too. These matches will be challenging for underdogs to have points and maintain their high standings, and are opportunities for big clubs to climb up on the table.

With a new format, if a big club made mistake in a match with an underdog, they will not have a second match to correct it. It's risky for big clubs and advantage for underdogs.

With these shock defeats, they will have more challenging tasks to complete in next matches. One bad match is not the end but they need to bounce back to their good performance and get good result as soon as possible, in their next match day. If they have like 1 or 2 more bad matches, nightmare will appear more clearly and they will have bigger risk to out of Champions League too early.

Being that it's Aston Villa that are at home doesn't guarantee that they will have all the playing opportunity. You forget they were faced with a side that are European champions and have been in the game longer than them? Although of the two times they've met, Aston Villa have been the winners; 1981 and yesterday, it still could have turned on its head. I'm just glad that they could do to Bayern what Arsenal couldn't and this means Aston Villa will really be amongst the clubs to pose a threat to the Gunners quest to claim the league title.
