I'm not sure if playing at home is actually such a big advantage for Liverpool. It's not a good game to bet on, in my opinion, as it's one of those where anything is possible, from a goalless draw to a high win for either team. It should be a good one to watch though.

If it was the Real Madrid we know about, no one everly dares to bet against them in any condition. But the Real Madrid of today, I am not so confident that they will be able to win Slot boys. However it does not mean that they will outrightly lose. If I will advise anyone to bet on the game, they should just wait till few days or hours to the match. I think Bro are just deliberately saying that Manchester is one of the favorite candidates for winning the UEFA champions league title. He just said it for the purpose of jokes or maybe he is a big fan of Manchester city but we don't know his intentions. But anyway let's talk about the fact Manchester is look good like this season they lost against a small club, whether it's in the Premier League or the UEFA chamipons league. In both they get defeated by lay club. So I didn't think it would be good to call Manchester city as the only candidate for winning. We can clearly monitor it well that there are still many clubs that are much better than Manchester city like in UEFA champions league. Barcelona, real Madrid, Liverpool etc are also considering for winner because all of these club are doing so well, especially Barcelona. Barcelona is undefeated in UEFA champions league as well as the top holder of the league standings.

However, if they had declared Barcelona as a strong candidate instead of Manchester City, then something would have happened. Because this season they are just looking so strong.

He may not be a Manchester City fan may be he saw Manchester City winning the champions league competition this season in his dreams and his write up is like expressing what he saw in his dream hoping that it will come to a reality lol, now on a more serious note, I think this seasons Champions League is very difficult to predict the favourite in the competition seeing that most of the teams that were seen as the favorite is not doing very well compared to their performance in the past seasons so if any one decides to predict that a particular team would win the Champions League I think they have the right to do so because we can not pick a particular team right now because we are either in the semi finals nor the finals as the case may be.

I'm hoping this isn't sounding like a write off on Manchester City already, their performance recently has been really bad and that isn't in doubt but they still have a chance at the whole game as they have actually won a few games already in tha champions League and their current poor form is obviously just a probable weak form that will most definitely going to get fixed soonest so we cannot be writing them off already even in the midst of the situation at had already, untill the end of the season, lest not be so sure just yet.

No you don't definitely know which one you choose if you want to bet. I am sure that there are a lot of people going with Real Madrid on this one because ultimately it is still Real Madrid and why wouldn't they be able to beat Liverpool? Remember this game? I am not arguing that this is the best comparison, but Real Madrid does have the quality and if they play a close to perfect game, of course they can beat Liverpool.

And there is no reason to always go with the odds. Only because a bookie says that Liverpool has 2.0 and Real Madrid 3.4 or whatever it is (I didn't check it), why would that mean that Liverpool wins? It's about pregame probabilities, but it is of course still packed with uncertainty. Betting on Real Madrid could actually turn out to be very attractive.

Not entirely sure if that's the case anymore. They have many injured players and right now we are seeing the results of that. Losing four times in a row is something we haven't seen in a while from them, not for many years, and that happened now. This is why I am not entirely sure if they will be as good as they used to be, could lose both premier league and UCL on the same season. They did alright with the treble a few years back, and they should be happy with that. The worst part for them?

Pep may end up leaving too, and that means next season they will need to find a manager that will replace Pep and that is not really an easy task, most of the time when a team goes from a great coach to another, they end up picking a bad one.

I am removing Manchester City and Real Madrid among the favorites to win the Champions League in my own list because that’s my opinion based on how we have seen each team’s performance so far after four matches, and how all teams perform in their domestic league.

This season’s Champions League is given us surprising results from small teams we never expected to win a single match in the competition; the new format of the group stage made the competition more competitive because even small teams will no be afraid of big teams since points will be used to rate or rank teams based on their performance in the competition .

Real Madrid can even try, but Manchester City is not in good form now, they are struggling to win matches due to injuries to some of their star players, and the team cannot perform perfectly without these players; however, I will be waiting for more matches before I can recode who to bet on to win the Champions League.

It is very clear that Manchester City cannot win the Champions League this season because they are not in a stable form right now. Rodri's injury really affected the team due to his awesome contribution to the squad and since he is the current Balloon D'Or winner and to be ruled out till next year is really a very big challenge for Manchester City. When Gundogan returned to Manchester City, we were expecting him to perform same way he did perform before he left for Barcelona but he didn't make any notable impact in the team ever since he returned. I have been questioning his performance since he came back to Manchester City because this was literally a player who was very helpful to Manchester City, just for him to play at Barcelona and everything about just changed. If not that Barcelona is in a very good form this season, I would have said that they spoiled Ilkay Gundogan. Hahaha

I wouldn't be too certain about what you have just said. Real Madrid is not a club that usually loses several games just like the one against Barcelona. They often times show a strong reaction, which doesn't necessarily mean that they will win their next game guaranteed, but I don't think that Liverpool will beat them 4-0 or so. There is going to be far more resistance because whenever Real Madrid loses like that, their level of awareness in the following games rises sharply to the point that they do at least know how to not get destroyed once again. Liverpool is in great shape, but I don't think they will be pushing for a 3rd and a 4th goal if they take the lead. It's probably more about ball control and solid defense then.

Wow, maybe he is a big fan of Manchester City, so he can be so sure Manchester City will be able to win in the Champion League. Even though in reality, Manchester City have just received consecutive defeats but he is still full of confidence for Manchester City to get the trophy. Because at least, in the Premier League we still have Liverpool who still manage to be consistent with good results, as well as in the Champions League.
