I prefer to judge the performance of both teams this season rather than comparing Milan's past success and Madrid's success in winning the UCL last season. The results achieved by both teams in the last few matches make Madrid more favored, especially since this match will be held at the Bernabeu. Milan have yet to find their best form since the start of the season, they have also experienced 2 defeats in 3 matches in the UCL, while in Serie A they have been thrown to 7th position with a record of 3 defeats and 2 draws from 10 matches. It keeps feeling like Madrid has got a hack to the champions League such that they are always appearing like they will win or maybe if they don't win the trophy, they will be able to finish tops of the league that season lille isn't a team that can contend Barcelona well enough, this season Barcelona is in a good form and not to be jokes with or even to be compared to average team like lille. This season Madrid isn't really giving that feel that they are going to be able to win this season but for me until it's over, I will not Want to conclude of the possibilities around them.

However, Sporting with Amorim would beat United with Erik Ten Hag if you ask me, so it's normal that Amorim could be checked on that match to see how they will do. Only like a week left until Amorim joins United, soon we will see.
