Atalanta in Serie A clearly still has not promised anything to secure a ticket for next season, because the journey is still quite far. While in the Champions League, their first match failed to convert a goal against Arsenal at the white point. So let's say they are still able to match Arsenal but among the 8 matches Atalanta will meet Madrid again. The two clubs played well in the match, which I expected even before the match started, and I know the two clubs are strong clubs, but I never expected a draw in the match. I was expecting Manchester City to win the match, but the result of the match was just kind of surprising to me, and I was kind of disappointed in Manchester City in the match. It is way too early to draw any conclusions whatsoever at this stage. I think Atalanta is a team that can come up with some surprises here and there, but they do have their limits. The Europa League win against Leverkusen was quite a surprise already because who would have thought that they win that final in such convincing fashion. But part of the truth is that Leverkusen on that day just didn't perform the way they used to perform the whole season.
But as I said Atalanta has limits and I think Arsenal is stronger than them, still though the Italians have to be taken seriously. However, the Champions League win is probably out of reach for them.

I quite did not expect that Arsenal could be held to a draw by Atalanta, the game Atalanta showed was also quite good because it was able to keep up with Arsenal, after previously also Manchester City was held to a draw by Inter Milan, this squad from Serie A has a pretty good balance, however Arsenal is the most consistent team in the domestic league and always behind Man City but not strong against the Euro champions, honestly a pretty boring match.

I must say I wasn't surprised with seeing a draw. But a goalless draw... It was a bit unexpected. Atalanta aren't a powerless team. You know they are the last winner of the Europa League trophy.
Just as I waited for, they stood strong against Arsenal. They might have even won if they didn't miss that penalty and the absolute goal chance a second after. David Raya did an incredible job there.

Barcelona stumbled in the first ten minutes against Monaco. Monaco's Takumi Minamino was fouled by Erik García and sent straight off the field after receiving a red card which made Barcelona more vulnerable in this match. Barcelona then tried to find themselves, but they left the field feeling defeated until the last minute. For Barcelona though, their young striker Lamine Yamal scored his first Champions League goal to give his side some relief. Still, it could not prevent Barcelona's defeat. Barcelona's next match is against Young Boys Club and their win is crucial in this Match.

However, in the Monaco vs Barcelona match, we all considered Barcelona as favourites.
No one will think that Barcelona won’t be able to win the match. With the way Barcelona have been playing in their league, we all expected a win from Barcelona, but they lost to Monaco. Seriously, that’s really a bad start from Barcelona. Barcelona's defeat was completely unexpected. Barcelona were a bit unlucky. Because almost every decision given by the referee in this match was against Barcelona. However, there is still plenty of time for Barcelona to make a comeback.
