Real Madrid have hiccups in early of season from La Liga to Champions League but their form is still far better than AC Milan's form. In addition, they have more star players than AC Milan so that they will be able to beat this opponent at their home stadium. Playing at Bernabeu stadium is never easy and with AC Milan condition now, it's harder and if they can have a draw, it's big success for AC Milan.

Real Madrid are beast when it comes to the champions League. No matter how badly they might be playing domestically. They did it against Dortmund, and over the years we have seen them defy odds and turn it to their favour. I understand that both teams are struggling at the moment, but Madrid should not find it difficult to win AC Milan. Just as you have rightly stated, the game is definitely going to be boring, but the intensity of the game will be determine by AC Milan. Same way Dortmund woke up the beast in Madrid. Both teams have an undoubted track record in the Champions League competition. To measure the success of this season is clearly not the right time. Because both teams are not in their ideal performance. Moreover the Rossoneri players are losing confidence, and the hosts also still can't build their ideal game system with a composition of star players. So my prediction is not too hopeful most likely it will be a boring match with minimal goals.

I expect Real Madrid to win this games without much struggling, perhaps with a very large margin because AC Milan are not in a very good shape at the moment. AC Milan may not be able to face Real Madrid at this point in time due to their depreciating form this season in the serie A as they are on occupying the 7th position, and they've not been doing too well also in the champions League. The Milan side are still struggling with form even with the introduction of their new manager Fonseca who came to help put things right, besides Carlo Ancelotti knows how to tackle the Italian side because he knows the team he's up against and has worked with Milan in the past which is an added advantage because he will certainly know how to tackle them with his killer squad.

Interestingly both teams have not been in their best, actually in recent games they have both not performed so well in their domestic leagues so maybe it could be that they are going to do differently because it's champions League a d they usually attach a different form of priority to the champions League games so they may be doing differently with this but I except both teams to have a goal from this game but I cannot be sure about the exact team that is going to win in this game because both teams are very experienced in this game and have some good depth, a first half draw is my pick for this game.
