Do you feel that Manchester City is the only team that can stop Real Madrid from winning the champions league next season? You don’t rate other teams that well to be that competent to withstands the pressure of Real Madrid right? I will also think the same but the champions league game is a very unpredictable game full with many challenges and unforeseen events happening always. I won’t be surprised if both of them don’t even make it to the finals of the competition next season even if their current stats doesn’t show so. Real Madrid and Manchester City will remain the favourites of this competition until the tournament begins before we can now tell how well the strength of each of the teams can help them get through to the finals or how far it can get them through the competition.

Real Madrid don't have to perform well for them to win the champions league. For most of the times that they have won they weren't the best team but because of the experience they have it always help them to win. Some games they will come out and play you very well but for some games that they aren't the best team to win, they'll be reserved and wait for you to finish trying everything that you have to use against them before they counter your attack and win the game with close scores. Real Madrid have very good game management plans and they know when to use it to their benefits. At the start of every season, Real Madrid are always the first team that comes  to mind when you're been asked which club is going to win the champions league.

Real Madrid are happy with what's going on in both Euro 2024 and Coppa America because France and Brazil had to go home early. Many players in two national teams are Real Madrid players too and these players will have more time for recovery and Real Madrid no longer have to be fearful with risk of injuries from Euro and Coppa America on their players.

Real Madrid have many star players but they have a coach who is very experienced in many national leagues, Champions League and with management on star players too. Carlo Ancelotti is not kind of coach like Mourinho and Conte, who can make serious conflicts with players and club's boss. Having him as a head coach is a mark for stability in the club and quality is ensured too.

Their squad is very capable, in almost every position they have quality players, both main players and substitutes. However, there is one position that is my highlight, namely Carvajal's position. I think they have to look for a younger player to fill the void left by Carvajal, and I haven't seen the players they have prepared. Now there is still time, and maybe they are already targeting which players they will bring in.
15 Champions League titles is a very extraordinary title, even the team which is now in second place with the most Champions League titles will also lose if they multiply it by two, yes that is AC Milan which has 7 Champions League titles. Followed by Bayern Munich and Liverpool with 6 Champions League titles. So it's not surprising when someone says that Real Madrid is the master of the Champions League, because their statistics say that.

There is less than a week left for qualification games to start. Thanks to Euro 2024, we haven't needed to miss watching football. Right after the end of the tournament we are going to be very close to the new season. 

Dynamo Kyiv and Fenerbahçe are big favourites in their qualification matchups. I can't see the odds yet though but I'm pretty sure none of them would have high odds.

Do you expect any surprise in these matchups?

I will probably make a parlay with both of these teams to win when the odds are clear. I hope the total odds wouldn't be too low. 

I agree with you, Real Madrid does not focus on winning Laliga but it comes as a bonus to them whenever they win it because their major focus is on winning championships league. This is why you see that every season they buy new professional players to join the team in order to improve the performance of the team.

It has being like this since ages and if you look at their achievements, Real Madrid have won UCL 1y times than any club in history because they are always prepared to win UCL in all every season. This is the secret behind their success, most clubs are only targeting to win their domestic league and that is what they prepare their players for which makes it difficult for them to survive in the championships league.

It can also be said that Real Madrid is a team that always has many star players and Real Madrid always manages to unite star players in its squad. Unlike other teams when uniting star players, but other teams still fail to be able to make these star players reduce their ego, so the results obtained are also not so good. But at Real Madrid, despite having many star players, but Real Madrid also always managed to get good results.

Therefore, it is not a new thing if Real Madrid always has a very good chance to get the Champion League trophy. Although it is still not easy completely,  but Real Madrid is more often successful in competition and thus, Real Madrid is also said to be the king of Europe because of the achievement of many Champions League trophies that are difficult for other teams to compete with. So yes,it is not surprising that Mbappe also accepted Real Madrid offer and the great thing is, Real Madrid managed to bring Mbappe in with a free transfer fee.

Real Madrid always has this ambition, for Carlo Ancelotti's team the Champions League has always been the primary objective every season.
If they manage to win the La Liga then great, otherwise nothing.
If you analyze every year carefully, they have always given priority to the Champions League and they will do so next season.

For a very long time now Madrid as been a king of UEFA,  and only few clubs have been able to challenge Real Madrid and that is exactly what they use to counter their opponents, especially when they are playing against a strong opponent they use their experience and that is what they used against Dortmund. Because Dortmund lack Champions League experience. And for now other clubs will find it difficult for any other club to dominate the way real Madrid have dominated the Champions League and now that they have Mbappe on their side their is another opportunity for them to win the Champions League again. Because that is what they know how to do best and if you look at their last win they did not even stress their self too much, to celebrate because they are already use to winning it, their was no much celebration to be done. Manchester City have the chance but Bayern is zero they won't go far.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens in the Champions League because even though Madrid are getting stronger in terms of players and there's a good chance they'll make it back to the final, we can't be sure that they'll be in the final again until we see their performance.
The season hasn't started yet and we also don't know how the draw will turn out because to reach the final there are a number of things that we have to consider because apart from the performance, the draw and the opponents that will be faced are also important because there could be a surprise just like before where the situation in the draw sometimes becomes a difficult condition to choose because it will bring together several big clubs.
We know that in the last few seasons, especially these 3 seasons, Madrid has always reached a fairly decent position, even 2 champions and 1 time eliminated in the semi-finals, but even so the confidence for them must also be seen from several factors later because there could be surprises this season. although I also still expect Madrid to be the best again but we also cannot ensure this early on, especially before the season.

Before predicting who will win the Champions League, it's important to consider the performance of all clubs in the competition. While Real Madrid is known for their success in the competition, it's unclear how the new season will go. so we need to see all the clubs performance first before you can identify who will be the favorite of winning the competition.

Dominating the champions league doesn't mean that a particular team will have to defend it for 3 consecutive seasons because it will almost be so difficult because it's not like normal domestic trophy where a team can win from 4 to 5 times consecutively because the champions league is made up of different teams from different leagues so it is more difficult than the normal league games but however, with how Real Madrid have gotten so strong in the champions league they can possibly go 3 consecutive champions league trophies.

Everyone is sounding as if the arrival of Mbappe is what will make Real Madrid become stronger forgetting to know that Real Madrid is an already established team whereby almost all players are equal in performance for the team so they were literally doing alright before they signed Kylian Mbappé so let us not overrate Kylian Mbappé as he joined the Madrid team because they were doing very well before his arrival.

When Mbappe was together with Messi and Neymar Jr at PSG, they were just unlucky not to win the champions League and not that they didn't try there best, they did but things weren't going well with PSG winning the Champions League even with the availability and efforts of the trio. For a team like Madrid, what happened in PSG cannot happen to Kylian Mbappé because there's no way he wouldn't win the Champions League with Real Madrid. Regardless of the fact that expectations are high on Real Madrid but let's not forget that a lot of teams are contesting for the Champions League so anyone of them can come out and challenge Madrid but just that everyone is making predictions as regards to what is very visible now which is Real Madrid dominating the champions league.

Looking at the kind of squad Madrid has got now, I believe if they get to the champion's league finals again, they are winning the trophy undoubtedly, I know Madrid desires to win the champions League again especially as mbappe who has dreamt of lifting the trophy just joined them, this will evwn be the first champions league after the changes for the champions league was effected, so winning the champions league at this time will really be historic.

We usually understand the long run in tournaments. Dominating depends on the club strength, we noticed the long run and the clubs necessary for the long run. UEFA Champions League is mainly for serious clubs, we're talking about clubs that fight for major spot in tournaments and their stats are extremely placed ontop. Real Madrid happen to be the top ranking club in the world because they've won the major trophy with ease.

Before the beginning of major tournaments like this, a lot of speculations always go on on who to win, who to qualify and who is the best to reach some certain stages in the competition. Speculations like that do work but the best of them been speculated are those that are done during the tournament, when the tournament have just began. The UEFA Champions League is a very big competition that requires a lot of preparation and hard work for each team before they can be successful, so no team that have qualified to play in the competition take it very lightly on their performance, they always strive to be in their best throughout the competition. Manchester City and Bayern Munich can be placed on the same category in the UCL even by next season, but that can be more correct when the competition has began and we see the competitive strength of each team.

I can't deny that Modirc is one of the best players that Madrid has ever had, for me he's one of the players that won't be moving on to the next season, I think Ancelotti will continue to use him when there are problems in games, because his experience makes everything flow Easier to look for goals, however I agree with what you say, for me Carvajal will be the captain of Madrid, not for nothing, but the work he has done in Spain was crucial, especially in the game against Germany, he blocked many passes that were goal-scoring, he's a phenomenal Player.

In the champions league, nothing is easy to come by and for Real Madrid to win the title three times in a row, it was such a tough fight for them and they hard to put in all their efforts and give in their all to have achieved that three times consecutively. I am sure they were not expecting to have won it in a row like that, but with their unrelenting effort, they became victorious again and again. This is not even about players having captaincy status in their different countries, they were just in their best form as a team and no any other team in Europe can stand them at that moment.


I won’t belittle Kompany to the extent of what he can achieve because I won’t conclude on his managerial skill on Bayern Munich when he’s yet to manage them for even a season. He might have fumble while coaching other low tier teams but I don’t expect him to do the same in Bayern Munich when he has the full squad and every support he’ll need to make the club better and prosperous in the league fight and also in the UCL.
