Bodo/Glimt managed to defeat Red Star at home. The hosts didn't even show the ball to their opponents in the first half and increased the pressure at the beginning of the second half and increased the difference to 2 goals in 16 minutes. Real Madrid are the ones who have won it more than them in recent times. But I think every team dreams of winning it and Manchester City are no exception. They would want to win this championship. They have won the Premier League many times and I don’t think they would mind letting the Premier League go for the Champions League.

They have won the Premier League and Champions League together in that season, so I think it is very possible they can win both this season. But the thing is, it is very early in the season, and talking about these is just not relevant.

It might get tough for them to win both the league and the Champions League in the future if teams like Arsenal and Liverpool or even Manchester United cause them problems in the future in the table. But so far, to me, Manchester City are the favorites to win the Premier League. And if any teams from England are to win the Champions League, it would be Manchester City as well.

It's nice to guess three such difficult outcomes, but it's disappointing how far from the forecast the fourth outcome turned out to be. I wonder if there is any point in betting on Karabakh winning the return game. Theoretically, even a minimal defeat would be enough for Zagreb to move on, so they are unlikely to play for a win. On the other hand, Karabakh may already be completely demoralized.

@Moreno233 am guessing you wanted to say Real Madrid and not Manchester City cause Real Madrid are the only club that have won the championship league more than any other club in Europe, to which Manchester City has just won it ones in 2022/23 season.

Now to the discussion proper. Winning trophies and individuals awards in football is not an adventure footballers or the clubs get tired of. Clubs and players want to break and set record's that it's gonna take another club a lot of drained manpower and time to cash up with. So no matter how many times Real Madrid may have won the champions league it doesn't demotivate the players from doubling the numbers whether or not kylian Mbappe is involved.

What makes you think so? If their form are better wouldn't that means the odds for them to win or draw would be higher too? I checked some websites and it seems like most put their chance to win the match against Lille around 20% or so. Maybe stuff like home/away affect this calculation, but I find it hard to believe those guys will put such a high odd if they think Slavia have a great chance to put up a fight. Then again a freak result is possible so it's not the best idea to judge how team will perform based on gambling odds.

Lille did not play well in the Fenerbahçe match. I don't care what they say on betting sites. I look at it as much as I watch and follow it. I don't know what will happen today, but I believe that Slavia Prague will pass this round.

It's a total disappointment for Slavia fans. Lille won the first leg 2-0. There is nothing surprising about this. Lille is a better team from a better league. So, it's normal if it beats Slavia by a decent score.

And I'm starting to hear opinions that says Slavia is a different beast at home. But, for me, the two-goal deficit is massive in that regard. And Slavia's chance to win the second leg gets smaller with that deficit.

I think, i'll bet Lille to pass this stage.

Even though Lille won the match 2-0, I am still hopeful for the tour. I am not a fan of Slavia Prague, but the systematic and regular improvement of the Czech Republic teams caught my attention. Everything will become clear next week. Lille won the first match against Fenerbahçe, but did not show any football presence in the second match. His players constantly spent time lying on the ground.

The UEFA Champion League playoff leg 1 of 2 have played and all the host teams success securing the winning result to make easily for second leg when away match next middle week.
