Barcelona played well in the last match against Young Boys. Barcelona dominated the entire match. Barcelona will also play at home against Munich. Considering the home match, Barcelona team can be considered as favorites.

However, Barcelona's results against Bayern Munich are not good. Barcelona have lost their last 6 matches against Munich. And these 6 matches were Champions League matches. Instead of saying Barcelona is superior to Bayern Munich, I prefer to doubt them. Barcelona doesn't have a great record against Bayern Munich, so I really doubt their ability to win that game. The defense is in doubt as their two best defenders are injured, but Barcelona have plenty of options in attack. Barcelona is by far the most productive team in La Liga, Bayern Munich is also a productive team in the Bundesliga. Both teams have been equally good so far in the Champions League, but one of them is the favourite.

If I can hope, I tend to hope that Barcelona can win their home game against Bayern Munich. I clearly know that it is not as easy as imagined, so even if Barcelona wins then they have to play well without making mistakes.

I actually think that for these teams, losing match makes them more stronger and hungry for a win in the next match. So if any team is going to face them when they have lost the previous match, it is obviously going to be hard because they are going to try to win with all they have.

One thing I am looking forward to see is if Leverkusen can actually win the match against Frankfurt. As you know yesterday Bayern Munich was unable to win against them. And we all know that Leverkusen and Bayern Munich are supposed to be the biggest competitors for the Bundesliga title.

For some reason I still don’t trust Kompany though. Just a personal opinion.

Barcelona do have a very hectic schedule with tough matches in a row. They need to keep winning, basically maintaining consistency to sail through this phase without much of a problem. Bayern Munich, even though they were defeated, will always be one of the dangerous teams that cannot be taken for granted.

Following a loss to Aston Villa in the Champions League, there is no doubt that the Bayern side will come into this game in good spirits looking to recover and take all three points. Barcelona will not have an easy game up against Bayern, a team that always rises to the occasion with massive challenges. Both teams will put their best foot forward in what promises to be a very interesting game.

When they play against very fast teams that have fast wingers, that high line can be a problem. most of the goals they've conceded this season came from a counter attack. If they can manage to keep the defense very aware of treats they can be lucky enough to win.
Seconly, they have to make use of their chances. Barcelona creates a lot of chances in each game, but they miss a lot of them too. Agaist a team like Bayern they might not be able to create many chances so they better score the ones they create.
I think I will put my bet on Barcelona, but it will be a very difficult match.

That means Barcelona got a very busy week ahead of them with all of this tough back to back matches, they need to be strong and play their best in order to pass through this phase without much trouble. Bayern Munich is not a team to joke with, it didn’t matter if they’d lost some matches in the past during the competition, they still are one of the best and Barcelona won’t find it easy playing against them.

I have not known what the fixtures of Bayern Munich will be in the next few matches in all competitions, but their meeting with Barcelona will not be taking slightly by them after losing to Aston Villa in their last match in the champions league. They will be much prepared to come and play for three points and that’s what is expected by them in the match to win the match.

Basically Barcelona and Bayern have almost the same strategy in playing on the field. These two teams both have the same attacking aggressiveness. So it is not surprising that when these two teams win the match, the number of goals they score is always large. And when these two teams meet in the 3rd UCL match, I don't think anything will change much about the strategy they will use. And I think this will really make the game very exciting. And making the Barcelona vs Bayern meeting one of the matches that everyone will be looking forward to currently in the UCL. And to be honest, I can't predict which team will be the favorite in the Barcelona vs Bayern match. And even though Barcelona is the host in this match, that doesn't mean Barcelona can be the favorite. Trying to protect the champions league games are very tough as it is, we have seen too many games where the results were unexpected and we didn't know what to do and how to bet because even a very small team could win against a huge giant club, it always happens, and with more teams and more games, the possibility of it is bigger. If you look at the game play of Barcelona this season you will realize that they are not confidence of themselves when you compare them to the Barcelona of before let's not being up the matches they have won in the domestic league their performance against Monaco clearly explained a lot of tension and weakness in their team which shows that a little shake in the team can affect their entire performance even when they are dominating the game.

Playing against a Bayern Munich team that is not very solid like before Barcelona will need to be extra careful because they may not have the opportunity to dominate the game in possession as they used to do when they have the stars in the team so Bayern Munich will have the advantage of attacking Barcelona since it is obvious that their defense is not solid enough this season.

Barcelona may be looking at securing a draw against Bayern Munich but if Barcelona plays against Sevilla they should be able to win the game because Sevilla doesn't have a good record this season in the league but Barcelona against Real Madrid I don't know if they can defeat Real Madrid since Madrid confidence is also shaking.

Playing at home against Stuttgart is clear, I believe Bayern Munich will still win but even so, of course, Bayern Munich also still has to prepare its best efforts to play in the Champions League against Barcelona. So, the league games and the champions leagues are sort of connected, not directly but has relevance and talking about what happened at league games to be able to judge the UCL games before you bet isn't bad move. Doesn't mean Bayern will lose to Barcelona, just means there is a higher chance, there could be something wrong and the risk is there, it is not an easy game, both teams are very close to each other.

I think it is right to say that the teams are about equally strong. Winning this one would be quite a relief for both teams and it would allow some insight into where the team is at as both teams are among the favorites for the Champions League title.
