They’ve won 6 of the last 7 PL titles and won the CL in 22/23. If that’s not a squad full of big game players then I don’t know what is.

Any way, as a Liverpool fan I’m glad they didn’t win last night.
By the way, let's say in the last 7 seasons, only Liverpool won a title in Premier League, the only club could do it in England and in some seasons, Liverpool challenged Manchester City seriously too.

Liverpool has had good times with Slot so far. When Klopp left Liverpool, there were things none could fill his place because Klopp was performing well and getting perfect results in this team. But once Slot joined there, he tried to do his best, and now the fans won't fill Klopp's empty place in Liverpool anymore.
Last night, Liverpool performed well against AC Milan, but regardless of Liverpool's performance, we should not forget that AC Milan is not in good form. After they fired Pioli, they couldn't perform well anymore with their new coach, Paulo Fonseca.

Klopp's announcement to leave Liverpool last season is a big shock and it caused a lot of worry on results of the club when a new man appointed as their head coach. So far, Slott has been showing his management ability very well in Liverpool and almost eliminated all fear about him.

Slott is not too familiar with Premier League after moving to England recent months and he has many things to learn there, but with time, he will do his job better. Liverpool fans are actually very happy with this new head coach who brings a lot of positive signals, good performances and a lot of hope. After Klopp era, Liverpool jumps to a new era with Slot, and it is a very promising era.

I would say it was Ter Stegen's mistake. Foolishly he made a pass. Ter Stegen gave several such bad passes in this match. I don't blame Eric Garcia, because his target was not to concede a goal. I don't think it was a bad foul though. However, the players were at fault, and Barcelona were also unlucky in this match.

Monaco's players became more confident because of this one red card. And did a lot of attacking in the first half. And with 10 players it was very difficult for Barcelona. And finally Barcelona lost the match. But I would have been happy if the match was a 1-1 draw. However, Barcelona are quite strong this season. Hopefully we will see a good performance from Barcelona in the next match.
Barcelona still always relies on Ter Stegen as their last line of defense, because his team is also often saved by him but in this match he really made a fatal mistake that resulted in Eric Garcia getting a red card for his stupid mistake. From this mistake Ter Stegen must take this as a lesson in the future, as a goalkeeper also has a big responsibility not only when guarding the goal but when helping the attack from below he must have a high IQ and must be serious in the next match.

The red card in the 10th minute was crazy and Barcelona was still lucky they only lost by one goal. Playing football for 80 minutes with fewer players is very difficult, especially Monaco is a strong team, of course it will overwhelm Barcelona. From this match we can also say that Monaco has traumatized Barcelona after previously Monaco won 3-0 and now Monaco won 2-1. For Barcelona, especially Flick, they must make this defeat a strong reason for them to immediately rise in the next match and fatal mistakes like this are not repeated.

Fonseca did not live up to expectations, the start of the season was a failure both in Serie A and in the Champions League, Slot is probably using what Klopp has created for now, his personal results will be judged a little later, but for now Liverpool are holding up well. Arsenal are again playing too boringly in the Champions League and mainly focus on defense, I think the reason is the strategy that Artate chooses for these matches. And the most unexpected result was Barcelona's defeat, of course, the reason for this is Garcia's red card at the beginning of the match, although in my opinion this is a controversial decision by the referee, in this case a yellow card was enough.

In my opinion this is a fatal failure for Barcelona in utilizing the 3 initial points in this event because they had to lose one of their midfielders early in the first half, and after he came out Barcelona really lost and they continued to get attacks until what happened in the end was a score of 2-1 for Monaco, but it must be admitted here Monaco looks very confident by playing with its young players Monaco's game is also very piercing and in my opinion they deserve to win this match and Barcelona destroyed us with a betting loss.
3 points on the opening day helped Monaco have a smooth start in this season's Champions League.
Monaco "deserved to win" after teenager Ilenikhena scored the decisive goal in the second half. Monaco has many quick players which made it difficult for Barcelona to defend. They deserved 2-1 in this match.

Quote
A little disappointed with this defeat which made me lose my chance even though I was quite sure with their current performance they were quite good in the previous match but in the Champions they seemed to lose control and in my opinion what is more important for Flick is to balance their mentality so as not to make something fatal that is not desired so that we are together in a state of victory.
Despite playing brilliantly with a perfect record in La Liga, Barcelona unexpectedly suffered a shock when they lost 1-2 to Monaco. Hansi Flick can argue that losing men early on, and not being able to use many of his best players due to injuries, caused Barcelona's troubles. But what is important now is that Hansi Flick must seriously analyze, draw lessons, and from there come up with effective solutions for change. Barcelona will have to quickly regain their spirits to prepare for the next challenges this season. This will be a lesson for Hansi Flick's young players. In the next match, Barcelona have the opportunity to win all 3 points when they only have to face Young Boys.

Of the 4 matches only 1 is very disappointing. The disappointment came to Ter Stegen carelessness who was not focused actually giving the ball towards Garcia which was in an unsafe condition. So that the carelessness makes Barcelona have to appear 10 players and make a sad defeat in Barcelona first match.
I am very sure if Barcelona can actually win in the match because of the very good attacking performance and Lamine Yamal who made a full contribution. But all that was in vain if Barcelona defense had to be weak when he lost 1 player.
Looks like Hansi Flick has to put pressure on the goalkeeper.

But let's be honest, Manchester City players are not big game players because if you look at the game Manchester City played against Inter Milan it looks like the game of Real Madrid against Manchester City, Inter Milan uses the pattern of Real Madrid to play against Manchester City, inter Milan play a defensive game and that is what Real Madrid used to defeat Manchester city in the champion league last season, I have said it before that any team that wants to defeat Manchester city is going to use Real Madrid pattern to play the game and defend well, and about Haaland, we all know that Haaland is not a big game player that can score goals like he uses to do in the premier league.

They’ve won 6 of the last 7 PL titles and won the CL in 22/23. If that’s not a squad full of big game players then I don’t know what is.

Barcelona tried hard enough to draw this match, but whenever Barcelona tried hard enough to attack again, the home team scored another goal. However, being one player short, Barcelona put a lot of pressure on their defenders, and the defenders failed to defend properly. The most pressure on the Barcelona team was due to the fact that midfield players were sent off after receiving red cards. And in this match, the goalkeeper of the Barcelona team was put under a lot of pressure, and the opposite team, Monaco, made a total of 18 attacks, and these attacks were the most difficult. And with a huge gap between the games, those who bet on the Barcelona side suffered the biggest losses.
Due to the silly mistakes made by the lower players, some of the Barcelona players' mentality collapsed, which affected the team's balance. So this is the first match in the Champions League phase for Flick with Barcelona and the defeat really should be a whip for him to immediately improve the team's condition. The journey is still very long and I am still sure that Barcelona will be able to survive and advance to the next phase.

Arsenal does not play impressive football in UCL and they only have strength when they are playing EPL matches. Arsenal should be gald that they had Rayp who prevented the penalty and made two double safe.

Atalanta tried a lot because i never expected such a good performance from them after having a terrible start of this season.
Getting a draw at Atalanta I don't think is a poor result from Mikel Arteta's men. Atalanta is one of the best performing Italian clubs since the start of the year and also possess quality players that can beat any top European team so avoiding a defeat while playing in Atalanta's home turf I think isn't a bad result. Arsenal's top performer of the night was David Raya who made a double quick save which included one from the penalty spot to help his team secure a win in that game.
Gian Piero Gasperini will be disappointed with his team's failure to get all three points from that game despite being awarded a penalty but I think it's a fair result for both teams
Anybody complaining about the result that Arsenal got from yesterday game don't really understand how lucky Arsenal were to even got a point from that match. Atalanta is not just a small, they are the reigning Champions of the Europa league. A competition that is equivalent to the champions league. Besides Arsenal were playing away from home. Arsenal fans should be grateful that they got something there. Moreover they have a big game coming up this weekend and it won't be nice if they got their players injured. This Atalanta side would have won the game if not for David Raya. For me the result Arsenal got is not a bad one. There are still many games coming up in the champions league and Arsenal will have the chance to make things right in their subsequent games. If not for Raya it would have been a loss for Arsenal and Arteta is grateful for the draw.

It was a really hard result for Barcelona fans to accept where after just 10 minutes of play they had to receive a red card and everything went wrong. Barcelona's game lost its balance.
Garcia is really stupid for making such fatal mistake in the early minutes, even it was a goal, at least they will play with 11 players. I don't know why he really afraid to get conceded, his team is strong and I believe they can comeback, but playing with 10 players is really hard.

Seeing Barcelona's player make fatal mistake in the early minutes, he reminds me with Araujo lol.

Damn, Arsenal played badly in the match against Atalanta and in this match it was seen that Atalanta dominated the game to have possession of the ball and attacking play that was superior to Arsenal.
Previously Arsenal played well when playing away against Tottenham but today they played away against Atalanta and could not be like when they met Tottenham, on the other hand Atalanta did not perform so well in Serie-A at the beginning of this season.
Barcelona also played badly against Monaco, Monaco won with 2 goal advantage and Barcelona was only able to score 1 goal, only Atletico Madrid managed to win in today match which I chose as betting option.

The result may not be bad. However, I could not be satisfied with Arsenal's performance in this match. And if Arsenal perform like this, they won't do very well in the Champions League.

Atalanta were strong opponents. But even then, Arsenal should have tried to dominate the match. Arsenal players managed to make only 6 shots in the full 90 minutes. We definitely don't expect this kind of gameplay from a top tier team. Atalanta's aim was to share the points in the match. That's how they managed to do it. Arsenal should change their match tactics. At the same time the forward players have to perform better.
After all Arsenal are not a candidate that I think has the potential to win the Champions League trophy, so I wouldn't expect too much because what we are talking about is their performance against Atalanta, far from perfect and feeling dissatisfied is certainly very natural for Arsenal fans, but the remaining 7 matches might make you feel dissatisfied again and again.

There's a lot to take out from this first games that all the 36 teams at the UCL has played so far and even though the likes of Barca has lost her first game while inter, man city, Atalanta and arsenal have only gotten a single point for themselves, it only tells us of how competitive the champions league is and we can't certainly make any guess as to what the table will look like from week 2.

Because there are still 7 matches left, anything can happen it is possible if Inter, Manchester City and Arsenal are able to sweep all the competitions in front of them. And for clubs that have won 3 points in the opening match still do not feel safe in their current position. For now, sharing the points might be better than losing badly.

Getting a draw at Atalanta I don't think is a poor result from Mikel Arteta's men.
Yeah, they lost so many players, so I don't see anything surprising they ended up draw instead beating Atalanta.
It's very sad and regrettable that most players have fail to learn that as long as it's the game of football, one stupid decision or mistake made by an individual will come with a cost and bring the whole team down, this is the same mistakes that took Barcelona out of the uefa champions league last season, and it has happen again in no distance time, that shows that they have not learned  from their past mistakes, and this was the major cost of their losing last night.

Then as for the game between arsenal vs Atalanta, to be sincere, arsenal got the best result they can because it was a game they would have lost, we all know that injuries is playing a major role in limiting the full strength of this arsenal side, but I don't think getting a draw in Italy is a bad result, because Atalanta is a very strong side, not a push over as most people think, we should not forget in a hurry that they are still the current champions of the uefa Europa league, so I wasn't really surprised by the final outcome of the game.

Ter Stegen is like other goalkeepers with good ability to use their feet for passing the ball. It's a trend in modern football when coaches want their players to make ball possession and even create chances from goalkeepers. This approach and requirement from coaches has a risk that goalkeepers sometimes make mistakes with their passes and mistakes from a goalkeeper is always very dangerous.
I'll tell you more... Why would a team need a goalkeeper who can't play with his feet? It's complete nonsense. Was he really only hired for the ability to hit the ball with his hands? You know the answer to that question yourself.

As far as I know, goalkeepers now play with their feet no worse than the main players on the team. Just give them a chance to show themselves. I remember several such matches where the goalkeeper played instead of the main striker and the result exceeded all expectations.

For Arsenal to share points at home to Atalanta is certainly not a bad result being able to withstand the onslaught of the hosts makes its own advantages. David Raya is one of the best goalkeepers in the world, in Arteta hands his quality continues to increase dramatically, the saviour at the spot 2x is not easy, it's only fitting that Arteta prefers to discard Ramsdale.

I wouldn't say I expected anything much from arsenal other than the result I saw from the game. Even though you're a fan of the premier league and have along the line become a fan of arsenal, you should know that Atalanta is a fantastic team that can win any team in the EPL or give them at least a fair fight like what they did against arsenal. It was not a bad performance from both sides and the result is the typical one you get when two teams of equal playing ability meets in a competitive tournament as the UEFA champions league.

Of all the big teams that has an high on the trophy, arsenal seems to be the one with the toughest of teams at the start of thier champions league campaign. After this first draw against Atalanta, thier next rival is still a tough opposition, PSG. If they get another draw or loose the game which somehow I feel one of them will likely play out, it's going to affect them psychologically in Thier coming games both at the champions league and the base league.

Manuel Neuer, Ederson, Alisson and Stegen are all good goalkeepers with passing ability but they all made mistakes and caused conceded goals for their teams. It's a bad match for Stegen of course and he needs to avoid it in future as most as possible.

Look at how Yamal reacted when he saw Ter Stegen, he seemed to represent the disappointment of Barcelona fans.

Stegen has many options to make a pass to the right, left, center or a strong pass ahead to middle of field, but he chose a worst and most terrible option. Yamal scored a beautiful goal but it's not enough for Barcelona to have three points with only ten players since 10th minute.

Real Madrid won by a big margin in the first match of the Champions League. Real Madrid's opponent in the first match was VfB Stuttgart. Real Madrid won 3-0 against VfB Stuttgart. Mbappe scored the team's first goal in the 46th minute but VfB Stuttgart equalized later on, but late on brilliant finishes from both Brazilian strikers ensured Real Madrid won by a wide margin. Both teams managed to score a total of four goals in the full time, but all of these four goals came in the second half. This is not new for Real Madrid, in many matches they are behind by a big margin but they paid for that goal in the second half and won. Congratulations to the beloved team Real Madrid.
Real Madrid never won with any big margin if you are talking about winning with big margin it was Bayern Munich against Dinamo Zagreb that ended 9-2 in favour of Bayern Munich.
For it was just a 2 zero different the match ended 3-1 against Stuttgart and not 3-0, Stuttgart scored a goal in that match and it wasn't easy for the Real Madrid team as the first half of the game ended in a goalless draw if not that Stuttgart miss there chances in the first half of the game they would have already won Real Madrid in the first half they played very well in that particular game despite losing 3-1 I never believed that Stuttgart will play so fantastic in that game, if not for a late goal from Rudiger and Endrick that game would have ended with a 1-1 draw both team played very well though but the Real Madrid has to show a masterclass in that game and prove that they are still the champions when it comes to the UEFA Champions league game and ended to game with a 3-1 win.
Stuttgart and Dinamo Zagreb are not in the same category. If Real Madrid's opponents were Dinamo Zagreb, maybe the margin of victory would have been the goal you mentioned.  But I think a 3-1 win can be called a big win. However, I was a bit disappointed with the way Real Madrid performed in the first half, but they showed their true form in the second half. I would definitely agree that Real Madrid missed a lot of chances in the first half of that match but they managed to score later to win the game. In the group stage matches we see the big teams winning by huge margins against all the other teams.

On the other hand Bayern Leverkusen won 3 points perfectly against Feyenoord, Leverkusen first appearance is very important to improve the mentality of the players. The most memorable thing in the match and also as the key to Leverkusen victory was the opportunity to make good use of the attack, so that it always results in goals.
