It's amazing how most of the big teams that were in action tonight got thrashed without apology and they weren't able to retaliate. Infact for City and Real Madrid, it was prime and utter frustration for them as many of their efforts at a dramatic comeback were snuffed by their opponents, making it look like they are novices to the game.

Real Madrid have lost two consecutive matches at home, and it shows that they have lost the vibes. Carvajal absence is really felt in the defense line because Madrid defense is not strong and Milan easily penetrates it for a goal. Madrid is passing through hard time even with Mbappe, because they did better last season without Mbappe. Toni Kroos is the midfielder that did almost of the dirty work for the club to become successful last season but he is gone, and the vaccum hasn't been filled up.

Pardon my overestimation of Amorin. It's just that I was surprised that Sporting was thrashing the EPL defending Champions. You are correct that City have not been in good shape for the past three games. Pep Guardiola's side has lost three games at a stretch now having lost against Tottenham Hotspur and Bournemouth. You are also right that the win is not a guarantee that he would do well at Manchester United but it shows that they have a good coach. It will take a coach who is tactically sound to beat City and we can see the tactical prowess of Amorin in this game.

The match is about to end, and currently AC Milan are leading with 1 goal. Although I’m still expecting a draw from this match, I'm not sure because AC Milan will try their possible best, even if they don’t add more goals.Pressure Real Madrid in a way that they won’t be able to equalise the game. Don't be amazed because this is football and alot have happen and more on the way. It's 4-1 on the scoresheet and absolutely nothing the visitors can do currently. Looks like Ruben Amorim wouldn't have struggles managing Manchester United when he finally resumes as headcoach. Looking at the beautiful work he's doing in Sporting CP, it brings more reasons and motivation for the coach to have prolong stay at Old Trafford. Ruben Amorim have been able to beat Pep Guardiola tonight with a huge victory over the Citizens at Estadio José Alvalade. This is one of the best winnings for Sporting CP and its against one of the top EPL side. We should know that in the UEFA Champions League, there's more that comes to it other than just games, the atmosphere for these games are intense especially tonight in the game against Sporting CP vs Manchester City. The funny thing is that a club has managed to make Man City utterly clueless to the point that Haaland had to miss his penalty. I have to say this is the most fun I e gotten from watching a champions league game and to think that this is a side that we all felt will be beaten by Man City so bad being that pep's guys just came from a loss to Bournemouth in the league game but no, Sporting still maintained their unbeaten run by thrashing City.
No one can explain the level of disappointment Pep Guardiola is experiencing right now and he will complain that this is happening because of the injuries plaguing most of his players but I'd say that losing is something that will hit every good club once in a while.
