Bayern Munich very often in the Champions League deal with their opponents like this and not only with teams from not very strong championships, like Dinamo Zagreb, but also with teams like Barcelona.

AC Milan ought to have done better than they did last night. AC Milan is no small club. They know Liverpool too well same way Liverpool club and their fans know them. Before the match most Liverpool fans were afraid of the match thinking that they will lose the match, because they know the history between the two clubs. This is the same Liverpool that Atalanta defeated last season, and AC Milan is rated higher in serial A than Atalanta. So I don't think Liverpool is bigger than AC Milan that much. AC Milan have no excuse for the humiliation they faced last night. The manager should step up his game before their next match. But if they couldn't get a win or draw at their home ground, I wonder what they will do when they Play away against the German side. It was really a bad start for them

the score line is just insane. After Harry Kane has had a very tough season in the past months both at the Euros, his attacking power has obviously started being questioned and it's just good to see them starting thier champions league campaign on this wonderful note. 4 goals for Harry Kane even though most came in through penalty and 2 for olise is an incredible outing and particularly for olise, dude has been improving and gaining maturity overtime and will surely  be useful in the team if they are working towards winning the UCL. The top of the table is already gaining shape with most of the anticipated teams that have played so far doing well as expected. Let's hope that arsenal, PSG, Atalanta, Dortmund, Barcelona and man city will also get a good start like what real madrid and  Bayern Munich has gotten and then we will have a better shape at the standing of the champions league table. Real Madrid hasn't changed thier late minutes comeback at the champions league and they've also started thier campaign with a late winner at the 85th minutes from rudigar and still went on to get another goal at 90+ minutes sealing the victory all lucked in.

It was not a good match, it was a perfect match. Both goals were disallowed due to offside. It was a great night for Harry Kane and he scored four goals. I am sure that other teams are starting to worry about Bayern Munich. Dinamo Zagreb will be the happiest about this because they will not face Bayern Munich again.  Even though the pattern of four in a group stage has changed and it's more extensive, I'd have to admit the opening games were very fun to watch.

I already expected such goals from them even before the match started. The truth is that Bayern has been dominanting the smaller team for long and it quite impressive no one has dropped them down even ones. We just have to wait for the next match. I have doubt it would be as easy as it was the last time. They have so many good players though so it would still be an interesting game to play off. But they shouldn't relent on their push as it's still a game and they don't know when the coins would flip on them.

I wonder when Real Madrid's bubble will burst. Even though they beat Stuttgart 3-1 in the match played last night, Stuttgart was the more effective side in the match. Both teams returned a ball to the post, but Stuttgart could not convert 2 clear positions into goals.
I would say that Real Madrid's fitness period is an adaptation period, but there is only Mbappe who has just joined the team. The entire team is the remaining players from last year. I don't know if I had too high expectations, but this should not be the type of football played by a team with so many quality players. Then as for today's games, they are all going to be a fascinating contest, but the game am actually looking up to is the game between Manchester city vs inter Milan, to me, that game is actually going to be a cracker, though Manchester city are the favourite here, due to their formidable form at home, but inter Milan is also at the top of their game currently, so am expecting a goal feast in this particular encounter.

Then as for the game between psg vs girona, I believe that anything short of victory for psg will put them in a very difficult situation, because they have more stronger opposition they would face later on in the competition, so this tie against girona is the easiest they got right now, which to me, anything short of victory is not good if they really want to progress in the competition.

Quite surprised by Aston Villa's result after 41 years of their return to Europe. The results are also quite good. They were able to win at the opponent's home. As for Milan, I am not surprised.
