For me, Bayern Munich's game was the main event of the champions league. OMG! Eleven goals in one match which isn't even a domestic league game. This performance by most of the teams who won just proved one thing and that is the losing sides can be a strong force in their domestic league but can't do nothing when they meet the bigger boys. See the case of Aston Villa and Juventus for instance. They literally ate their opponents, holding court in the other half of the pitch and I got to wonder if Young boys or PSV had much ball possession.
 Even though the pattern of four in a group stage has changed and it's more extensive, I'd have to admit the opening games were very fun to watch.

I already expected such goals from them even before the match started. The truth is that Bayern has been dominanting the smaller team for long and it quite impressive no one has dropped them down even ones. We just have to wait for the next match. I have doubt it would be as easy as it was the last time. They have so many good players though so it would still be an interesting game to play off. But they shouldn't relent on their push as it's still a game and they don't know when the coins would flip on them.

I wonder when Real Madrid's bubble will burst. Even though they beat Stuttgart 3-1 in the match played last night, Stuttgart was the more effective side in the match. Both teams returned a ball to the post, but Stuttgart could not convert 2 clear positions into goals.
I would say that Real Madrid's fitness period is an adaptation period, but there is only Mbappe who has just joined the team. The entire team is the remaining players from last year. I don't know if I had too high expectations, but this should not be the type of football played by a team with so many quality players. It is also thought-provoking that Stuttgart is the side that plays the ball more and runs the more.

I am not that surprised by the ruthless performance of Bayern Munich last night because it's in their culture to always trash any team they are way more superior to and it's actually a pity for dinamo zagred that they were the victim this time around, though i expected Bayern Munich to win convincingly, but not as dominant as it was last night, and am very much pleased that Bayern Munich is actually getting back to their level under the leadership of Vincent company, which is a welcome development to me.

Then as for today's games, they are all going to be a fascinating contest, but the game am actually looking up to is the game between Manchester city vs inter Milan, to me, that game is actually going to be a cracker, though Manchester city are the favourite here, due to their formidable form at home, but inter Milan is also at the top of their game currently, so am expecting a goal feast in this particular encounter.

Then as for the game between psg vs girona, I believe that anything short of victory for psg will put them in a very difficult situation, because they have more stronger opposition they would face later on in the competition, so this tie against girona is the easiest they got right now, which to me, anything short of victory is not good if they really want to progress in the competition.

Quite surprised by Aston Villa's result after 41 years of their return to Europe. The results are also quite good. They were able to win at the opponent's home. As for Milan, I am not surprised. Milan has not found the best game and is not yet stable. I had guessed from the beginning that they would lose. Liverpool is too strong with its style of play.

Munich have been good so far, but I need their proof to go up against another strong team. Zagreb has not been able to become the foundation for Munich to be able to compete until the UCL champion. Regarding Endrick, yes it was a good goal. Endrick dared to take the risk of taking a long kick. Because there is Vini on the right. If it hadn't been a goal, I think Endrick would have received a lot of criticism.

Liverpool performance was incredible and they had no other choice than to win not after they lost against Nottingham Forest in the English premiership league over the weekend, even though they came from behind to win Ac Milan after conceiving an early goal at the 3 minutes of the game, indeed it is a four wins in five matches under Arne slot, but for Milan they only have but one win from their games and it is a bad one them, victory to Liverpool victory to Arne slot. The lost glory at Anfied over the weekend has been restored, with 3 goals to 1.

Bayern Munich has always been a dominating team when they're in form and against smaller teams, they are often ruthless to  be frank while they got their biggest win in the Champions League setting up a new record of the biggest win in the Champions League now. I hope this season would be different for them, I want to see them strive well for Harry Kane to get a trophy, he is too good to still be in need of 1.

Yes today games would be more competitive and I think the one with an higher odds of getting up to like 4 goals is the game between PSG vs Girona, I wonder if PSG can cruise pass them but not having high expectations especially after remembering how they played against Newcastle in their Champions league return last  season.

It's a real shame for Barcelona that against Girona Dani Olmo suffered a hamstring injury and of course this will definitely change Barcelona's performance because so far Dani Olmo has always performed well in defending Barcelona and I think now Hansi Flick must really be able to maintain the performance of his men even without Olmo for the meantime.

and of course we will see the first match in the UCL this season, namely Barcelona against Monaco and of course it is not easy for Barcelona to be able to play against Monaco because Monaco is also a strong team whose strength cannot be underestimated and Monaco will definitely fight as hard as they can to win against Hansi Flick's squad.

but in that match I am sure that Barcelona will have great potential to win because I saw before Olmo played, I also saw that Barcelona's strength was extraordinary and according to according to me Hansi Flick, he would be able to make a good strategy even without Olmo and of course there are still many players that Barcelona can rely on, including like Yamal, Lewandowski and others, what do you think, whether to bet on Monaco or Barcelona winning in that match?

With all favourites winning their respective games, I don't see how punters would have missed out on a pay day with the nicest fixtures so far... already I have had friends posting their winnings over last nights fixtures.. though I thought Madrid and Liverpool would be held down for a draw, they came in late and ended up winning very convincingly and that's how accumulator gamblers secured the bag 💰

Lets see how today's games go...

Several UCL match started today and there was one match that was really interesting where Bayern Munich managed to get big win with goal party, they created 9 goal in total and only 2 goal were replied by Dinamo Zagreb.
Kane gave 4 goal with 3 of them being goals from penalty kicks, this was big win for Bayern Munich for the first time in the 2024/25 season because win with 9 goal is very rare win to happen.
For several other matches also went according to expectations, I made Juventus, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and also Sporting as favorites in the first UCL match schedule which took place today and all of them won amazingly.

Of course, it is not a good start but it is reasonable if AC Milan was defeated by Liverpool because Liverpool has stronger players. Liverpool also doesn't change many players since the last season, the players don't experience the difficulty in adaptation. Meanwhile AC Milan, they changed the coach and signed many new players in their main lineup. The coach and new players need time to know each others. They also got difficulty in Serie A, they only could win 1 match in 4 matches. UCL match is basically harder than local league matches, so I'm not surprised if AC Milan failed to get points in the first UCL match.

Indeed. Liverpool very dominated the match. AC Milan seems to play a more defensive, that makes Liverpool having many chances to attack. In the next match, I think AC Milan needs to play a more offensive. It is the only way to force Liverpool players staying in their area. If they have too many chance in attacking, AC Milan won't get opportunities to control the game.

Agree. For the next 2 matches, it looks harder for AC Milan. Leverkusen and Real Madrid are 2 stronger teams, I'm also doubtful that AC Milan can get a single point. If AC Milan couldn't get any point in 3 UCL matches, it is very likely that they will be eliminated in the league phase. However, we shouldn't too underestimate AC Milan, who knows that they can surprise us. Let's see what AC Milan can do in the next 2 matches.

There are some games we don't need to talk about, like the Bayern Munich game that ended 9-2. I wonder what the visitors was even doing last night in that game, 9 goals was served to the Zagrab team and one would think it's a club friendly game with that amount of goals, now Bayern Munich are flexing their muscles on teams that are below their standard but we won't see such scores against team like PSG, Madrid or even Barcelona e.t.c, well it was the biggest win last night. Tonight we might not be seeing any high scoreline but a more competitive game with much draws.

Juventus, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich managed to win their first matches in the Champions League exactly as I predicted Juventus won with a score of 3:1 Bayern Munich won with a score of 9:2 and Real Madrid won with a score of 3:1 all of them performed extraordinarily especially Bayern Munich who seemed to be celebrating goals in that match I think this season will be a pretty tight season for the top clubs in the Champions League competition this time.

Meanwhile Milan suffered a defeat at home against Liverpool luckily I didn't include these clubs in my betting slip because I think matches between elite clubs are very difficult to predict.

That's the problem with Ac Milan, is as if they're not ready for the task at hand, winning 4-0 in their last game and it seems to them that they're back to winning ways. They have the attack and best of players but they lack the consistency to keep pushing forward and playing against a hungry team (Liverpool) that lost to a team (Nottingham) that's not even reliable at the weekend is something the Reds don't want to repeat again, Liverpool coach wasn't pleased with how they lost to Nottingham Forest and they had to unleash their anger on Ac Milan who felt relaxed that is going to be business as usual since they won that 4nil game. And with the Leverkusen side is going to be one hell of a game because the Garman team would want to play with all they have got and Alonso is not in any mood to lose his first champions league game as a coach.

It's amazing, Liverpool returned to winning ways after Arne Slot sweet record was tarnished by defeat to Nottingham Forest in the EPL continuation. Milan had taken the lead first through Christian Pulisic goal, but Liverpool players' mentality was still very strong and they continued to attack the home team's defense, Arne Slot team managed to make a comeback and closed the match with a score of 1-3. This victory further extends Liverpool sweet record in the city of Milan, they are the only club that has a perfect record in the Champions League when visiting the city of Milan.

It's really bad news for AC Milan that they couldn't equalize at home with Liverpool. I'm really surprised to see Bayern Munich playing so excited at the moment. Especially the world-famous star Harry Kane with his amazing performance which engrossed the audience, he once again scored a hat trick with 4 goals. The star had previously scored a hat-trick against Keilin in the Bundesliga and also scored an impressive hat-trick in the Champions League, scoring a total of seven goals in those two matches. Bayern Munich scored nine goals against Dinamo last game and this performance really shows that they are more excited this season than last season, but they are doing great in every game.

For Liverpool's match against AC Milan, of course there were those who predicted that Liverpool would lose to AC Milan, but there were also people who predicted that Liverpool would win, but fortunately I was one of the people who predicted that Liverpool would win that match.

and to be honest, I also predicted the same as you, namely that even though Liverpool lost to Nottingham Forest in the EPL, if I look at the score produced when Liverpool played against Nottingham Forest in the EPL, it was certainly thin, namely only resulting in the final score of the match being 0-1, so in my opinion, even at that time Liverpool lost but of course that made me think that Liverpool certainly still has a good performance. but of course everyone is different.

Its not good start for AC Milan on the first appearance at UEFA Champion League season 2024/25 after defeating by Liverpool on opening match over 1-3, although have opportunity lead firstly but Liverpool with winning mentality success come back and secure three away points to make easily on upcoming matches left.
AC Milan have very poor performance last night failed take advantage as home match looking the statistic with Liverpool dominance, Milan only created 2 shots on target than Liverpool have 11 shots target.

Second matchday, AC Milan have not easily opponent team when facing Bayern Leverkusen and seems pessimistic will Milan get qualify to knock out round or the same result of last season appearance can't qualifying to 16 of round. UEFA Champion League new format make more difficulty get qualify to knock out round because face with 8 difference teams, Milan must improve their performance with 7 matches left and have to face very difficult teams such as Bayern Leverkusen and Real Madrid
