What a night it has been! Fantastic goal scoring games we had this evening.

Bayern Munich 9 - 2 Dinamo Zagreb
This was is a one sided fixture. 11 goals in a game with Bayern Munich being the victor 9-2.

Real Madrid 3-1 VfB Stuttgart
Even though they lost, I must say that I’m impressed with VfB Stuttgart. I didn’t expect they would make things really difficult for Real Madrid.

AC Milan 1 -3 Liverpool
This was not expected to be an easy fixture. Liverpool beating AC Milan is something I didn’t see coming. The game ended differently from how it started. This makes amends for Liverpool losing to Nottingham Forest in the EPL.

I only watched the Juventus vs PSV match and the Real Madrid vs VfB match. But it seems like I missed an exciting moment because I didn't watch the Bayern vs Dinamo Zagreb match which seemed to be very exciting. Cheesy

Imagine there are 11 goals in one match, it will definitely make the match very lively. Harry Kane even scored 4 goals in that match. But 3 goals came from penalty kicks and one regular goal in the 57th minute.

Real Madrid did not perform so well in the first half but the second half was totally different. They overshadowed Stuttgart and displayed exceptional skills in both the midfield and the attacking. Getting three goals in the second half is a proof that Real Madrid are indeed champions with it comes to the apex league and I find it very satisfying to see Mbappe on the score sheet. Although he is yet to fully realize his full potential, but he is making progress daily in terms of adapting to Real Madrid playing pattern. Stuttgart did very well tonight but they have to do better to win a team like Real Madrid.

It did not just end in the 2 : 1, the young Endrick managed to get in another goal to make it 3 : 1 before the match ended. One thing to discuss is how Real Madrid is going through in almost all their matches without having an excellent harmony.

Another important thing to discuss is the young Endrick, I can attest that the boy is wonderful and deserves more playing time. But it is unfortunate he cannot get what he is currently getting. He will only get more playing time if one of the big boys leaves or he himself leaves.

Meanwhile, AC Milan, we know, started the season badly, but they did get a good win in the last match in Serie A, which made many people's hopes for Milan also quite high. But from the start I didn't doubt Liverpool. Because they have a better level of stability and consistency than AC Milan. Well, now Liverpool can win the match with a quite prominent score, namely 1-3. And it looks like AC Milan has to admit that they lost badly in this match even though they were ahead. Stuttgart, not Dinamo Zagbreg. Stuttgart scored a goal after many pressure on Real Madrid defense, the game was 1-1 for a few minutes, until a corner kick from Modric connected well with Rudiger who scored a good header. Endrick the young talent who has his Champions league debut scores the third goal with a very good counter attack. Real Madrid will be proud to have more than one player that can deliver. Dinamo Zagbreg are the most humiliated team today with Bayern Munich scoring nine goals against them, Harry kane scoring four of those goals, and Olise scoring two.

After Stuttgart equalized in this match, I saw that the team will have some more bigger effect in the match. But quickly, the game took a turn and we are now seeing that Real Madrid took the lead again after Rudiger scored. Unfortunately for Stuttgart, they could not hold on to Real Madrid and secure their one goal. Endeick added one more goal in the final minutes of the game and brought the game to an end to three goals for Real Madrid by one goal for Stuttgart.

Liverpool are cruising pass Ac Milan now, 2 goals from their defense (van Dijk and Konaté) and now a goal from Szoboszlai, I doubt Ac Milan as any hope of comeback since I can't recall when last Liverpool fumble a 2 goals lead and Ac Milan doesn't seem like a comeback team to me here.

Kenan Yıldız scored his first goal in the Champions League with a Juventus jersey, he scored a very good goal in the early minutes. PSV tried to close the gap with Juventus throughout the match, Juventus put a lot of pressure on the penalty area, they had accurate shots.

They scored the goal very late, it came in the 90+3rd minute, it was almost a goal, maybe if they had scored in the early minutes they were looking for, they would have been a partner in the match.

I am optimistic from the beginning that Liverpool will win this match because they seem to be stronger than the AC Millan club considering how they performed in their previous matches. I've gone to analyze the last 5 matches both clubs have fixtured each other and it is evident that Liverpool always find their own ways of winning the game leaving AC Milan with a goal or none. Out of the last 5 games, only one of those games saw AC Milan scoring two goals against Liverpool, one of which Liverpool still went ahead to defeat them. Considering all of this, I was able to deduct that Liverpool will win this game.

Vigil Van Dijk is always a good header and the attacking force from Liverpool in the defense line of AC Milan is just too much, imagine firing 7 shots on target in just first half. I wonder what the game will become in the second half though the ball possession was balanced as both teams had 50-50 ball possession just that Liverpool attacked more hence their ability to equalize and win AC Milan in the first half. The energy that the Liverpool players possess is just superb.

Think it was too early to scrutinize Real Madrid's performance because the first half just literally ended so for the fact they couldn't score before half time doesn't mean they can't still come up with a good result, however they are leading by 1:0 currently as Kylian Mbappe found the back of the net after Rodrygo assisted him. You are right about Mbappe coming to Madrid not giving the team an extra strength but if you watch closely you will observe that Mbappe's appearance in matches gives his team more confidence perhaps Real Madrid is filled with talented players so Mbappe's arrival was just to further solidify the team not that they were lacking behind.
