Bayern regularly beat Barcelona even during Barcelona's golden years. Actually you have a point but I assessed the situation considering all of the teams in a group. Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Inter all are very strong now but there is a weak team in the group like Plzen also. However we can still watch great matches between those three teams. For example, Inter made difficulties for Liverpool in the CL last season. Maybe they can do the same against Bayern Munich and Barcelona in the matches in Italy especially. But I still don't think they would be able to leave any of those teams behind in the group. If Barcelona were playing like in the previous season then maybe Inter would have a big chance to be more successful than them now. Because even Benfica were playing better than Barcelona then.

Although it would be very wrong to underrate any club in the Champions league because all of them are champions. But I think the group of death is group A that houses Liverpool, Napoli, Ajax and Rangers. The perceived weak club here might be Rangers but a club that has gone through the tedious path of Champions league playoff might be very prepared for the competition. For me Real Madrid wound have a very smooth ride in group F. Their major threat would be Leipzig.

Group A and B are quite hard imo since everything could happen there. In the other groups, we can guess which teams will qualify.

Considering the draw results, I also think that Real Madrid have the most comfortable group now. Leipzig might be challenging in the match in Germany maybe but I don't see any other tough match for them.

It is hard to predict the runner-up in Group A also. Liverpool should be easily ending as the 1st but the second could surely be either Ajax or Napoli. Ajax have sold some crucial players and they are on the brink of losing Antony also. I wonder how strong they will perform with their new signings. As for Napoli they are doing great in the Serie A now. If they keep this up in the CL too then they can also reach next round.

Group D is not much different than a Europa League group by the way. Cheesy

I wonder what Frankfurt will do here but I must add that they have been doing really bad in the Bundesliga so far.
