Probably no one doubted that Benfica would beat Dynamo Kyiv. They have now confidently won the first half by scoring three goals. We can say that the match has already been won. But I liked the game between Crvena Zvezda and Maccabi Haifa the most. Especially when Crvena's goalkeeper kicked a penalty and immediately missed a distant goal. Looking forward to the second half.

will definitely be an interesting one, Zvezda is a bit better team, but Haifa played great at home
home ground advantage can be seen here, and I expect from Zvezda to pass, although it is far from guaranteed (@1.75 it deserves places on my parlay)
Benfica should be a win at home, although Dinamo is solid, and Plzen will probably pass as well (will put them to qualify)

I am waiting for Trabzonspor vs Copenhagen match with interest. Denmark's Copenhagen team had a weak squad, but they played a better game than Trabzonspor and they won the first match. I wonder what kind of tactic they will play in Trabzon tomorrow. I think their aim will be to win a draw, so they will wait on defense and look for opportunities to counterattack. Trabzonspor have talented players like Abdulkadir, Bardhi and Bakesetas to open closed defences. Tomorrow they will have important tasks.

Turkey have only one team left in the Champions League now. Things didn't go the way they expected for Fenerbahce and they are most probably in the Europa League group stage soon. But Trabzonspor still have a chance for the group stage in the Champions League.
I saw some negative things in their first match against FC Copenhagen. Their defensive performance wasn't good enough and this caused them to lose by 2-1. The goals Trabzonspor conceded were very simple. They will need to defend their opponent tighter in their home stadium to still have a chance for eliminating them. On the other hand, they lost to Antalyaspor by a huge score like 5-2 in the Turkish Super League a few days ago.
So I wonder whether they will have problems on boosting their morale for the rematch here. Trabzonspor need to score the first goal otherwise they would be worse mentally and be eliminated most probably.

Probably it's good choice for Plzen - Qarabag game. It looks like difficult to predict game, despite that Qarabg dominated 1st leg. New game, new story. My prediction that Crvena Zvezda will win game against Maccabi Haifa with minimal score and it will go to extra time. And then it will be 50/50. Though, probably for whole performance in qualifiers Maccabi more deserved spot in group stage and they had more difficult opponents.
With all my simpathy tp Dynamo Kyiv, let's be realistic, Benfica is going to win today. But I don't know good value bets for this game, maybe over 2.5 goals, I haven't checked yet.

Qarabag could have scored a few goals and have a strong lead before the rematch, but the Czech goalkeeper had himself a night, making some spectacular saves. I expect today's game to be open (like the one in Azerbaijan), but with goals. In my free bet, i'm sneaking in APOEL DNB from the Confs. League. The Swedes have a three-goal lead and i don't expect them to be as sharp as they were in the first leg. The temperature in Nicosia at this time is around 30°C, which should give the home team a significant advantage.

But yeah, Benfica made very big step towards to group stage.Dynamo Kiev will have available, in the second leg, two good players, who were suspended and could not play this game. But, if Benfica plays the same way they played in the first leg, it will be very difficult to lose.
We cannot forget that many Dynamo players would leave this season. Unfortunately, the situation in Ukraine does not allow the club to maintain the quality of the squad it had before. And that doesn't help.

It's bad that Bitcointalk don't have fire emoji because it perfectly would describe Maccabi Haifa - Crvena Zvezda game where Maccabi won 3:2. But Zvezda still have good chances to reach group stage, 2nd leggame will be played in Belgrade.
Didn't watched Qarabag - Plzen game which ended 0:0. From stats it looks that Qarabag doiminated game, but fact that they didn't managed to score at home can host them very expensive.

As for Maccabi Haifa vs Crevna Zvezda the match looks very hot... I thought the Israelis wouldn't score so much... And in general I thought that Crevna was the favourite in this game...

Benfica is leading with 2 goals after 60 minutes of the game against Kyiv. So far it is a reassuring result if they could keep it that way or add another goal.-snip-
Zvezda is behind after receiving another goal, 3-2..
I didn't check Bodo result but they won against Zagreb!
Overall, a part Benfica (until now), second leg will be difficult for all teams since the goals difference aren't that big

I was really hopeful about Trabzonspor to have an advantageous result in the first leg against FC Copenhagen. However they struggled quite much and FC Copenhagen benefited from their mistakes really nicely. Both of their goals were as a result of the mistakes of Trabzonspor defense. But I think Trabzonspor's goal still keeps them in this round. In the rematch Trabzonspor still can eliminate their opponent unless they continue to make simple defensive mistakes.

After the first half, Benfica is winning by 2 to 0.
Despite Dinamo Kiev's good effort, Benfica has been on top in general. Will the Dinamo coach make changes, which allow Benfica's dominance to be reversed? We'll see how the second part goes.

The only thing i can think when i see Qarabag its remember the mega effort they do in the only group stage they went in.
A death group with Atl Madrid Chelsea and Roma, and they managed to draw the two matches agains Madrid, making atletico go to the Europa League (after that Atletico wins that tournament) but impressive performance by qarabag.

I went against Benfica actually, thought there was a bit of home value for Kyiv (and I hope they'll be playing with extra bit of pride with all the goings on, a slim win shouldn't be impossible) at just over 5/1. Nothing fancy, just everything on the line for the home team.

I think i'm leaning towards Qarabag. They've a really solid squad, particularly good players up front. I believe i've already mentioned their center forward Wadji in this thread. They scored five goals against Lech and Zurich, and four against Ferencvaros. The first leg away from home will be extremely difficult for the Czechs. Qarabag took part in the UCL group stages a few years ago and will be eager to return and compete against the best teams in Europe, as they are only two matches away from achieving their goal. Give me Qarabag here.

They have good chance because Plzen is similar level like Lech or Ferencvaros.Qarabag started already as they still tie in the first half without any goal from both side. The game is a strong one as I expect a draw finally.
Benfica has a good start to the Champions League game's keeping a good defending structure with clean sheets of six to seven game's.
Vitality Dynamo's top stricker should be hoping to get a goal here as he has a good record in the champions league from last season.
