The groups have been drawn in the Champions League:

Honestly I don't see any "group of death". But Group B might be the most complicated one anyway. Even the fourth seeded team which are Club Brugge can get surprising results in the matches. It is very difficult to predict which teams would qualify for next round.

I can't imagine what Trabzonspor would do in Group G if they were able to eliminate Copenhagen. I don't expect any success from Copenhagen in that very tough group.

My favourite teams to advance to next round group by group are like this:

Group A => Ajax, Liverpool
Group B => Atletico Madrid, Porto
Group C => Bayern Munich, Barcelona
Group D => Tottenham, Marseille
Group E => Chelsea, Milan
Group F => Real Madrid, Leipzig
Group G => Manchester City, Dortmund
Group H => PSG, Juventus
The draw is not tough enough for me to be thrilled, apart from Barcelona group which is the group of death, Barcelona Bayern Munich and inter Milan are all giants at the various league, suspense will be in that group but the others are just simple for the big boys.at group A I will disagree with you for picking Ajax second ahead of Napoli for me the Naples are more stronger last season then the othe I will not follow your prediction is picking Marseille ahean of the Europa League champions at group D.

I also think Group C is the toughest group now. Plzen are very unlucky to be there. Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Inter all are in a great shape now. Lewandowski's leaving the club hasn't affected Bayern Munich much when it comes to scoring goals. They have been putting a great show in the Bundesliga. It will feel interesting to watch Lewandowski against his old team also. I wonder how much he will be eager to score against them.

When it comes to Inter, they are stronger now after adding Lukaku to the team. Lukaku and Martinez have created the duo once again to be a nightmare for their opponents. I think they can also fight for a spot until the end to qualify for the next stage.

I dont think that group is the hardest i can even predict every position. Bayern Munich will be first,Barselona second,Inter third and Plzen fourth only intrested matches will be between Bayern Munich and Barcelona in this group honestly

Slava Ukraini!
Group B is most interesting, especially because Lewa will have to play against Bayern. Poor Plzen, if they somehow will collect 1 point, it will be huge achievement.
While group D is more like Europa league. Liverpool like usual got in difficult group.
After all, most groups have 2 favorites, one team which have potential to fight and one clear team which is out of context.

I think some kind of thing needs to change in the drawn for the group stage for UCL, because as you can see, a lot of group are already defined, only and maybe can change the first and second place, and we can hope for one cinderella, but not so much.
Tournament format will be changed from 2024/25 season to so callled Swiss model.

Real Madrid is really a very lucky club in the Champions League.
It was with the easiest group of all, without any opponent at the time. It is simply the club that we already know will pass the group stage and top the group.

As a team from first pot, Real have a very low chance of getting into a tough group. Besides group C, which group would be difficult for Real Madrid? There is no such. If we talk about luck, then we must remember the last year and Real Madrid's path to the championship - at each stage it got the most difficult opponent in its rivals and was an underdog.

You didn't notice any death groups. I beg to differ. what of group C. I can't fathom what Hell it would be like if Barcelona and Bayern Munich drew in the group stage, these are two strong teams that wouldn't sit and be eliminated. Will Inter Milan want to abandon that group as well? Only time will tell, but I'll make sure to attend this group's match from my whitelist.
Apart from Juventus, who will be difficult in group H, I don't think the rest of the squad should stand in the way of PSG reaching the group of 16, or else Messi will want to play for another team the next season.
Grout C is group of death, probably some soccer analysts and pundits had underated Inter Milan thus picked Barcelona and Bayern Munich ahead of Inter which shouldn't be, Inter had a solid team that will match any of the other teams, Barcelona is not longer formidable like before thus I rated them as an Average team, though Bayern is a bit stronger, however all the group matches will be keenly contested with a upset from the undergo club in the group, Bayern will top the group while both Barcelona and Inter Milan will slug it out for the group runner up

Group C appears to be more dangerous because it includes three top teams from various leagues across Europe: Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Inter Milan; both of these teams are capable of securing a round of sixteen ticket because they both have good teams, unlike other groups where it will be very easy to predict which team will qualify for the next round.
Group C will be extremely difficult to predict because all three major teams in the group will do everything in their power to qualify.

I don't know if anyone here already posted this, but Maccabi Haifa on group H is from Israel (Asia), and participating on Champions League for 3rd time.
Never advanced to next phase, but they eliminated 2 days ago Red Star Belgrade, not in their best moment, but a champion from UEFA.
I know you guys from Europe is probably informed about this, but for most of us outside Euro zone, this is interesting.

Unfortunately their life will be tough against PSG, Juventus and Benfica.

I tried to watch the raffle, but I'm only seeing now, I'll try to make my predictions here.

C Group seens strong enough to have exciting matches, I'm curious to see Barcelona

For me the strongest group that has been drawn is Group C because it has three teams in it with very big names and a successful history with Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona and Inter Milan. For me Bayern is the favorite to finish the group in the first place and Inter and Barcelona will probably battle for the second position, but of course it is also possible that Barca and Inter will be ahead of Bayern, everything is possble there in my opinion.

in addition to the strongest group C which is interesting in my opinion there are Two of the best strikers at the moment will return to face their former club, namely Robert Lewandowski and Barcelona will meet Bayern Munich, in the 'hell' group which is also inhabited by Inter Milan. we should look forward to the match in group C, will Lewandowski regret joining Barcelona?  Grin
in addition, Erling Haaland will also return to his old place as a Manchester City player, with his new club going up against Borussia Dortmund.

UEFA Champion League drawing have been announcement and most excited with group C have three top team like Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Inter Milan and last team FC Viktoria Plzeň. I think most excited for predicting who will lead from group stage because Bayern Munich, Inter and Barcelona are solid team. But have bad memorize exactly for Barcelona ever defeated by Bayern Munich 8-2 and another bad dreaming with last year achievement failed pass to 16 round phase. I think group C most competitive and my favorite can lead to 16 round are Bayern Munich and Inter Milan, I don't really sure with Barcelona can defeat Bayern Munich or Inter Milan to lead group C.

Group B is not that strong so i think that Atletico Madrid should manage it to go through to the knockout stage pretty easily and Bayer Leverkusen has a good chance to advance also if they can manage to beat Porto at least once. PSG and Juventus in the same group is also interesting.

Group C consisting of Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Barcelona definitely will be one of the best groups to look out for, while Bayern obviously would look like the favorites, I'd say Inter Milan cannot be underestimated too, given their improvement in the last recent years, while Bayern at the same time have also lost some of the players that made them overly formidable in the last half-one decade, Barcelona are also going through quite a patch to return its European glory days, and they've got the right potentials to have an impressive spell in the tournament, apart from the Group C most of the other groups are quite easy to draw a conclusion on which teams will advance to the knockout stage, except of course if there happen to be a bit of upset.

Benzema actually won UEFA player of the year. Congrats to him

It was duly deserved, he was head above shoulder better than other nominees, If he hadn't won then I would expected Thibaut Courtois to win the award despite being a goalkeeper, he was another very outstanding figure for Real Madrid down the stretch, and almost single-handedly won the finals for Real Madrid.

I would say that Napoli is not weaker than Ajax in group A, the outcome of this confrontation is not clear. Anything can happen in Group C, but most likely Bayern will beat Barcelona again with a big score. And I doubt that Marseille is stronger than Sporting, I think the opposite. The result of group G is also unclear, since Borussia is very weak and even the crisis Sevilla can beat them.

The real fight starts from the quarter-finals (with the exception of some rare cases) it's time to get used to it. In 2024, the group stage will be completely changed and perhaps we will see more interesting games in the pre-playoff stage. Teams will play each other based on ranking - so pairs will be more even and tops will have to play mostly against tops.

Antonio Colak, wow. Last season he dumped Rangers out of contention for Champions League with Malmo, well, scored one of the crucial breakthrough goals anyway.

But this season for Rangers he's dumped PSV out. Big money goal, probably their most expensive goal yet, Rangers are so awesome... hope they don't become whipping bois in UCL!

You know I always say these Dutch teams are suspect in the big games.

Rangers finally returning back into the Champions League group stages football after Ten good years. Dumping Ruud van Nistelrooy back !
Compact first half for both sides, attacking aggressively and also defending very well. They both caused harm for themselves but all went wide and off the wood work.  I lie if I said I watched the second half as I slept off watching lol. But seeing the highlights, on loan player Xavi Simon's from PSG caused harm and created some big chances but all failed to get pass the goalie. PSV Captain was injured which lead to the introduction of Xavi Simon's. Gakpo waisted some big 1v1 chances shooting it wide. Embarrassing  Cry A promising starlet, Manchester United also have shown interest in the pass week's.     Congratulations to Rangers, winning Europa league and also finally qualifying for the Champions League is Awesome for the club,fans and for everyone innit the squad. Dream's also comes to Reality!
