Monaco and PSV are very familiar with each other actually. Last season they were in the same group in the Europa League. Now they are facing each other in the Champions League in the elimination round. In the first leg, none of the teams played very effectively but Monaco were better especially in the second half. This 1-1 score is an advantage for PSV now. But I would like to remind you of something also that Monaco defeated them 2-1 in an away match. So I think Monaco can still eliminate PSV by the second leg.

yes, that's right, I think the As Monaco Vs PSV match is very interesting with a draw score. PSV took the lead through Joey Verman's goal (38 minutes). Monaco replied through Axel Disasi's goal (80). This result makes the chances of the two teams still completely open in the second meeting at home to PSV, 9 August. I also hope that in the next leg AS Monaco can win.

In today's matches I bet on the victories of Monaco and Benfica. Benfica will host the Danish Midtjylland and is a clear favorite to win. Monaco will have a much more difficult task, because will game against PSV. However, if Monaco is thinking of a promotion, he must defeat the runner-up in the Netherlands on their stadium.
Monaco match ended 1-1 vs PSV which scored first then Monaco get the draw in the last 10 minutes. This game was expected to be a hard one and I assume many lost their bets there along with Sheriff match too since they lost vs Plzen.
Benfica is indeed leading vs Midtjylland in the first half with 3 goals. In the other game Rangers are 1 goal behind a Belgian team..

this time we have a lot of surprises, last season Sheriff managed to beat real madrid and shocked a lot of people, but this season they are not managing to win easily so that they pass to another stage, I think in the next game they will lose against Plzen. about Monaco, well they are the type of team that people need to avoid placing bets on them this season and about benfica, they really surprised me, they were an excellent team, they won and managed to score 4 goals, but benfica could have done it score at least 6 goals, there were many clear opportunities that they missed and I hope that in the next game they don't let their guard down, score more goals to guarantee qualification

An interesting game is expected between Dynamo Kyiv and Sturm Graz. On the one hand Dynamo are stronger in my opinion, but on the other hand Sturm Graz, judging by the statistics, play more consistently. I would like Kiev to win today, but I think it could be a draw.

Sturm Graz is in better shape, but it's strange that bookmakers are putting Sturm Graz as a much inferior team to Dynamo Kiev. something very strange in my opinion. maybe I'll bet on Sturm to win this game, with that odd of @3.30 it could be a good thing if I can get it right.

Most of the votes are with Man City, including mine.  Lol.  But as I keep thinking more about it, I think Bayern has a great chance to win it, maybe even a tad more than City.  And there's also Klopp's Liverpool and the gritty Real Madrid.  I'm also thinking Xavi's Barca could have a lucky run too because that's mostly what tourney football comes down to.  Some skill and a whole lot of luck.

this season Bayern will have a lot of difficulties in the champions league, in the friendly games they conceded a lot of goals and in the last game against RB Leipzig they conceded more goals again, I think they won't win the champions league this season. PSG and City could be so lucky to win or even Barcelona

There were no surprises in yesterday's Champions League qualifying matches and I don't think we will see them today either. Bodo / Glimt, Maccabi Haifa and Crvena Zvezda seem to be clear favorites. I believe that in today's matches the hosts will use their home advantage and win all five games.

In this season, my favourite team to become the champions in this tournament are Manchester City. I've already voted for them in the poll also. The reason of my thinking like this is that I still believe in Guardiola to achieve the missing title for them finally. This isn't the only reason of course. I think also that they are a complete team now after signing Erling Haaland. They were in search of a striker like him for a long time. They tried to go for Kane but failed. But now they have finally achieved their goal by bringing Haaland. I hope to see them reaching the title this time by a solid performance.

This has got to be one of the worst performance I have seen from Rangers. And I am putting the blame on the manger, Giovanni. His  bad tactics cost the team dearly. I noticed that there was a lack of movement of the ball, he played Lundstram at the back and left the 2 in midfield to get overrun. Lundstram far better in midfield. And Sands isn't a CB. The club needs as new striker to work with Colak and also, another CB. I sure hope that Gio would take the lesson from the defeat learned and ensure that it doesn't repeat itself in the 2nd leg.

After last season, from Rangers expected a better game in qualifying, but the first match turned out to be just a failure, I don’t even know if they can fix the situation at home.

Monaco failed to win the home match, only a draw and despite the fact that Monaco attacked more, I liked PSV's game more. On the home field, PSV may well win, but I also do not rule out a draw and extra time, the teams are very equal and both deserve to be in the group stage of the Champions League.

**In BTC since 2013**
Benfica lived up to expectations as usual, defeating Midtjollann... I guess no one doubted it... I think this season Benfica will perform as well as last season, when they managed to surprise everyone... But Glasgo Rangers have played horrible for some reason, even though they played in Europa League finals not so long ago, and then lost to nobody knows who...

Undoubtedly, Benfica had an excellent performance, where they scored 4 goals, but had the opportunity to score many more.
The Monaco vs PSV match, on the other hand, proved to be well balanced, as it ended in a draw and everything will be decided in the second leg.
Dinamo won, which I think was expected, despite not being a very expressive victory.
The surprise of the night was that Rangers lost 2-0, in a game they should have won with some ease.

Rangers was a complete let down, I thought the 2+ Odds was a form of generosity from bookies like that of Victoria Plzen that I was able to hop on but I got it all wrong, Real Union the better side and Rangers can be considered to be lucky that the scoreline wasn't more than that, at least there's still chance at redemption when they play the second leg next week in Glasgow.

I'm not into any of the games available for the day, as I really don't know which team to back, but since only one of yesterday's fixtures didn't produce BTTS, I think we might get a similar results today too.

It's very hard to pick which one that has probability to win for Monaco and PSV, PSV has a better pre-season compared with Monaco which has been loosing two match its pre season. In my opinion monaro has a better track record against PSV. The result from the pre season match didn't mean if it will have better chance to win the game but it may boost the fundamental of players. The same as when yesterday city with liverpool. I do believe monaco will be winning the game.

Sometimes we look a lot at the history of a team, to give our guess. But in football, what happened in the past doesn't mean it will happen again. Barcelona last year was a good example of that.

I don't think Monaco or PSV are in as good a phase as they were a few years ago. Looking at the history, I would say that Monaco were favourites, but at the moment I think the two teams are very similar. So right now I have a hard time saying who will be a winner.
Well, the match ended with draw as the result. As i predicted both have almost the same statistic. That's pretty interesting to see how competition the match for champion league qualifier. A bit surprised that after the goal scored by monaco after PSV has been making the first goal. In my opinion if the history can also give a small insight about the result of match. I can't deny if anything can happen

First time I know with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise football club, I checked on google as Belgium club and I am not really familiar with this club and just hearing with Club Brugge and Anderlecht. Best achievement from Royale Union Saint-Gilloise because success defeated Ranger 2-0 on first leg of third round qualify, one step closer make history with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise play on UEFA Champion League, just second leg keep make defensive holding without loss two goals and have chance will take position and participant at Champion League. I think will be not easy depending how fans from ranger on second leg, but keep defensive will give bigger chance for Royale Union Saint-Gilloise play on Champion League.

Royale Union made big statement in their debut game in Europe. They beat Rangers at home 2:0. Monaco - PSV game ended 1:1. Monaco managed to equalise score only on 80th minute. Seems that Sheriff won't be able to repeat last season achievement. They lost to Plzen 1:2. Benfica already earned spot in next round after beating Midtjylland 4:1. With so many chances they were able to score even 8 goals.
Tomorrow I'm going to bet at Dynamo Kyiv ML @2.05 against Sturm, very attractive odds. Maccabi Haifa ML @1.53 is safe bet IMO. Qarabag - Ferencvaros game looks very difficult to predict. I won't bet on Bodo/Glimt - Zalgiris game because I'm biased.

I definitely lost my bet, wagered on Monaco to keep it together but they weren't in it to begin with. In any case, its just one more loss and I had many before so its no a big deal. Sheriff wasn't a game I was willing to wager because even though they managed to have a fairy tale situation last year, that doesn't change the fact I do not see Sheriff as a "rising" club, they are not that great yet, but it will take a while for them to get there. With their money situation, I really doubt that they would ever be a big club anytime in the future, just a team that had one year where they shocked the world. So I do not think that I would wager on them at all, don't know them really.

Smaller clubs are already semi-gone, it's about teams that are at mid-level which is not amazing of course, many of which (most) will be gone by group stage and won't be going further. However, we should also realize that this is a perfect time to start betting, because of those teams play in the big 5 or similar levels and that means we know what we are talking about and seen them play and that could result with us getting closer to a great bet.

I am not saying that it would be easy, of course it will be a tough ask but at the very least we would be having something much better in our hands than what we would have a round before which would have been a lot harder.

Yes, AS Monaco vs PSV Eindhoven is predicted to run fiercely when viewed from the meeting of the two teams. we can see that AS Monaco is trying to rebuild its squad this season, one of which is by appointing a new coach, namely Philippe Clement. They also continue to try to bring in quality players so that they can compete in the French League and European competitions.
While on the other hand, PSV Eindhoven, who travels to Stade Louis II this morning, is certain to be in high confidence.
The reason is, they have just reaped positive results when they beat Ajax Amsterdam in the Johan Cruijff Schaal event.
