Real Madrid would still top that group and maybe Liepzig
Impressed to see two Scottish team's in the group stage.
Celtic has no chance, Liepzig wilp eventually come second if I should predict.
Benzema actually won UEFA player of the year. Congrats to him

I think some kind of thing needs to change in the drawn for the group stage for UCL, because as you can see, a lot of group are already defined, only and maybe can change the first and second place, and we can hope for one cinderella, but not so much.

The real fight starts from the quarter-finals (with the exception of some rare cases) it's time to get used to it. In 2024, the group stage will be completely changed and perhaps we will see more interesting games in the pre-playoff stage. Teams will play each other based on ranking - so pairs will be more even and tops will have to play mostly against tops.

The groups have been drawn in the Champions League:
Honestly I don't see any "group of death". But Group B might be the most complicated one anyway. Even the fourth seeded team which are Club Brugge can get surprising results in the matches. It is very difficult to predict which teams would qualify for next round.

You didn't notice any death groups. I beg to differ. what of group C. I can't fathom what Hell it would be like if Barcelona and Bayern Munich drew in the group stage, these are two strong teams that wouldn't sit and be eliminated. Will Inter Milan want to abandon that group as well? Only time will tell, but I'll make sure to attend this group's match from my whitelist.
Apart from Juventus, who will be difficult in group H, I don't think the rest of the squad should stand in the way of PSG reaching the group of 16, or else Messi will want to play for another team the next season.

I can't imagine what Trabzonspor would do in Group G if they were able to eliminate Copenhagen. I don't expect any success from Copenhagen in that very tough group.

My favourite teams to advance to next round group by group are like this:

Group A => Ajax, Liverpool
Group B => Atletico Madrid, Porto
Group C => Bayern Munich, Barcelona
Group D => Tottenham, Marseille
Group E => Chelsea, Milan
Group F => Real Madrid, Leipzig
Group G => Manchester City, Dortmund
Group H => PSG, Juventus

Antonio Colak, wow. Last season he dumped Rangers out of contention for Champions League with Malmo, well, scored one of the crucial breakthrough goals anyway.

But this season for Rangers he's dumped PSV out. Big money goal, probably their most expensive goal yet, Rangers are so awesome... hope they don't become whipping bois in UCL!

You know I always say these Dutch teams are suspect in the big games.

Rangers finally returning back into the Champions League group stages football after Ten good years. Dumping Ruud van Nistelrooy back !
Compact first half for both sides, attacking aggressively and also defending very well. They both caused harm for themselves but all went wide and off the wood work.  I lie if I said I watched the second half as I slept off watching lol. But seeing the highlights, on loan player Xavi Simon's from PSG caused harm and created some big chances but all failed to get pass the goalie. PSV Captain was injured which lead to the introduction of Xavi Simon's. Gakpo waisted some big 1v1 chances shooting it wide. Embarrassing  Cry A promising starlet, Manchester United also have shown interest in the pass week's.     Congratulations to Rangers, winning Europa league and also finally qualifying for the Champions League is Awesome for the club,fans and for everyone innit the squad. Dream's also comes to Reality!

Yes but Dinamo Zagreb its a clasic in the group stages hahaha, they make it trought all the times and reach the groups, Bodo has a really good consolation going to the Europa League so i think as i said before all the teams in this stages have a bitter sweet flavor no matter if you win or you lose.
Bodo had only 1 goal advantage before the match which isn't reassuring. Zagreb victory wasn't a surprise but scoring 4 goals was interesting.
For PSV, although playing good, they failed against Rangers. Trabzonspor also failed to pass since they didn't score and they were behind in the first leg.
Overall at this stage, I didn't expect to see Zvezda and less, PSV, leaving.

Bodo Glimt's players are trying their best to draw this match. But they couldn't. After 90 minutes of extra time, we saw the dominance of Dinamo Zagreb. In extra time Bodo Glimt's players played defensively but could not resist Dinamo's players.

The PSV vs Rangers match was a competitive one. Both the teams performed well and the match was enjoyable. Rangers striker Antonio Colak managed to score a goal in the 60th minute, but PSV's players were unable to score a goal despite a flurry of attacks.

PSV failed to reach Champions League again.They played a bit better, had more chances, but it wasn't enough. After long break there will be 2 Scottish teams in Champions League group stage.
PSV Eindhoven is historical team from Netherland and always consistent participants on UEFA Champion League, but with low points rank have by Eredivise make them just have two slot for participating on UEFA Champion League with first position play automatically and runner up have to play trough round qualifying. Actually PSV Eindhoven have good capital after first leg success made Ranger have played draw with score 2-2 but second leg playing on home with fans support failed after losing 0-1 and make aggregate 2-3 for Ranger. Advantage for Scottish Primer League because they have both team participants on EUFA Champion League this season after Celtic have automatically as the winner on domestic league got Champion League ticket.

Dinamo Zagreb - Bodo/Glimt was fun game. When it looked that everything is going well for Dinamo, Bodo managed to make score 2:2 on aggregate when one their player managed to go through 3 passive defenders. But in late minutes of extra time Bodo defense made big mistake, goalkeeper tried to save situation, but completely lost his position. Dinamo scored 4 goal then after perfect transition. It was epic moment when Dinamo players from bench runned alongside pitch like offside referee Cheesy.
Trabzonspor - Copenhagen game ended 0:0 what means that Danish club qualified for the group stage and now we know all teams that will play Champions league this season. Draw of group stage wll be held this Thursday.

PSV are playing much better than Glasgow Rangers so far, too bad they couldn't convert as many good chances. Hopefully the second half will be as good as the first half. The main thing is that Rangers did not correct the mistakes at half-time, then PSV could have problems. Well, from all the matches only Dinamo Zagreb is happy.

Yes they are but once again Rangers managed to score first and by the look of the game , PSV will have difficulties in order to tie the game and push for extra time and eventually penalties. I also appreciate Zagreb for still being a top team when they play on home ground because scoring twice on Bodo is not so easy during the fact that they are on a great form Europe games.

Trabzonspor will most likely score as they play awesome as well.

There are sometimes odds with promotions on the website I make bets. I decided to play when I saw an odd like this for Trabzonspor. To tell the truth, we shouldn't forget that FC Copenhagen are in a very good form these days and there are some important names missing for Trabzonspor despite Trabzonspor seem closer to winning.

Bodo/Glimt is completely home team, so it's not surprising that Dinamo Zagreb is so clearly favoured. Going with BTTS is good option, but seems that odds wenty down and there is not much value left.
PSV - Ranger should be very interesting and it's sad that we won't see one of these teams in the group stage. I choose to go with PSV win, I want to see R.van Nistelrooy working in Champions league on his debut season.
Trabzonspor - Copenhagen, very difficult to predict something here, I think i'll go with BTTS @1.67

It's a shame that Crvena Zvezda didn't go on to the next round, they played very well, but Maccabi Haifa also turned out to be a strong opponent... Today PSV and Glasgow Rangers may remind of yesterday's game between Crvena and Maccabi... I expect a spectacle here too...
Both teams previously drew 2-2 at Rangers home and today both teams will play for the second time to secure 1 ticket to the UCL group stage, in this case I think PSV have a better advantage because they are playing at home, support and enthusiasm PSV fans can certainly awaken the mentality possessed by PSV players today, seeing the Leg 1 match, even though PSV playing with difficult at the Rangers home but they were still able to provide fierce resistance so that in the end they made a comeback to equalize the score, in today match Both teams will certainly play hard and promise a fierce match to watch.
My prediction is PSV will win by a margin of 1 goal at home and ensure a ticket to the group phase this season.

So today we have a really good match, between two big teams, PSV against Glasgow Rangers, i really like to see Rangers in the group stages, but i think a lot of this teams have to be very carefull because.... what do you prefer, go to the group stage of the UCL and surely go home, or go to the UEL and have the chance to make your way to the final stage?. Its a tricky one question.

GNK Dinamo Zagreb - Bodo/Glimt BTTS @1.63  won

Bodo/Glimt has conceded in all three away matches in the earlier rounds vs. Klaksvik, Linfield, and Zalgiris while scoring at least one in 12 of the last 13 away games (in all competitions). Dinamo Zagreb conceded two goals at home to Shkupi and Ludogorets, allowing the latter two to get back into the game despite being down a man. Dinamo has seen btts and an average of 5.33 goals per game in their last six home fixtures (in all competitions). I'll be shocked if we don't see at least three goals, i guess i favor the Croatians to reach the CL group stages despite the negative result in the first leg.
