For second leg Liverpool as a host and i'm sure they will playing better because currently they are in the good shape and made 2 goals without conceded is not impossible for Liverpool because last season they have done it even made more than 2 goals against Barcelona and although this is not easy match for them but i think Liverpool will through this match with good results

Liverpool as the hosts at Anfield certainly have the confidence to win in the second leg with Napoli by lagging behind 1 goal for Liverpool is not heavy they have to win to continue the match in the next round.
Last night Liverpool lost at EPL with Watford 3-0 I hope this will not be a trauma for Liverpool later in the champions league and they must stay focused on this prestigious league competition to become champions again this season.

Napoli in my opinion are a normal opponent and not so begging for Liverpool in the second leg.

Many big clubs in the champions league have thin defeats, I am sure in the second leg match there will be many surprises, the loser in the first leg will be the winner and qualify for the next round.
I hope on the 18th there will be a lot of big teams doing great things in playing especially Liverpool have lost in the first leg I want to see them more violent in the second leg.

PSG vs Dortmund
Mancity vs Real Madrid
Napoli vs Barcelon

Of the 3 matches will have surprises in my opinion not only Lyon and Juventus, let's see what will happen with the second leg match.
I think this season CL will be full of amazing surprises.
in the second leg.. PSG, Madrid, and Juventus must really unleash their full strength,  these three big teams only lost 1 aggregate point.  Liverpool surprised me, even though they performed perfectly in the Premier league, but it looks like their performance hasn't been good when facing ATM yesterday. hopefully, they will be able to reverse the situation in the second leg later.

Liverpool, PSG and Real Madrid have a difficult 2nd round.
I think that Juventus is going to get an easy win as the 1-0 lose from Lyon is manageable.
Real Madrid sadly is going to be disqualified in my opinion.

All other games are going to end up without any surprises and the teams that got their advantage on the first leg, will remain on the second game as well.

about Madrid and City,80% chance to continue to the next match seems to have owned by city,i am totally disappointment to madrid which lose on their base.u know what the fun thing about it ? I decided to watch the match at a cafe, and immediately the cafe became quiet when the city got a penalty.

Well, Manchester City's chances are greater because they have excelled earlier. I think this victory will continue, let alone this will compete at the Manchester headquarters.
I think with yesterday's defeat the Real Madrid player couldn't control their emotions so they were provoked by other players who made the deciding goal a penalty, well in this second leg Real Madrid will attack it completely because they have lost. I think Madrid won just one goal at the Manchester headquarters they will qualify for the next round.

The madrid vs city tie is still wide open.
irrespective of Ramos ban, and the 2 away goals.
The tie is far from over, but I certainly do not think that it is wide open. And also we cannot overlook the two crucial away goals just like that. Madrid would have to score two unreplied goals inorder to advance (as the first sequence in which they qualify).
I am almost certain Manchester City would score a couple of goals at home. The question is; can Madrid score more than they would?

The Barcelona and Juventus ties are the ones I am most anticipating. There's little separating both teams and 90 exciting minutes left to be played.

Real need to beat City by two clear goals to advance. I don’t think it’s going to happen, Man City will most likely win the 2nd leg & advance to the 1/4 finals.

It seems that it will be difficult for Real Madrid to win 2 goals without reply because Manchester City will be stronger at home compared to outside, I also know that Real Madrid's ambitions will continue to exist where they will play attacking and keep pressing their opponents.
If Real Madrid falls in the last 16 then it will be easier for the other groups to advance to the next round.

Were Real Madrid even favorite contenders? that their fail will make it easier for other teams? Teams Liverpool are the clubs most other clubs are scared of but won't admit it. I don't think Real can pull off the comeback many hopeful fans are anticipating especially as injury, suspension with addition to bad form is troubling Zidane boys.

No way can Real Madrid score 2 without Manchester city responding. But still, the match might even end in penalty considering Real Madrid is capable of winning with a 2-1 scoreline too and most likely win the penalty shootout. City can't be relied on especially with their uncertain home performance but as a premier league side, I just hope they display another superb performance.

Yesterday's defeat in the first leg with a score of 2-1 I think Real Madrid was able to overcome it even though it is playing on the Etihad field, well I know this match will be quite tough where mancity will dominate to survive while Real Madrid will continue to attack tirelessly for his victory .
We will see here the power of the two greatest coaches between Zidane and Pep Guardiola who is superior in winning this match because I know they have different charismatics.

What is unfortunate is that Real Madrid lost the match or lost at home. While the second leg plays at Manchester City home, we already know playing at Man City's home will be more profitable for Manchester City. It's hard to be able to comeback and it will very likely be possible too. Because the match was really difficult later.

The madrid vs city tie is still wide open.
irrespective of Ramos ban, and the 2 away goals. City are not the strongest at home in the champions league, and they have a shaky defence too.

Perhaps it would turn out wrongly for me, but i see Madrid going to the next round.

Oh, and Juventus  Shocked How's Sarri still the head coach? I would've sacked his ass right in the post-match press conference...Lyon are having a pathetic season in the Ligue 1 and still they beat you and you didn't have a single shot on target..Embarrasing.

Juventus usually never sack during the season, also next week we will have Juve-Inter, but yes rumors are for a sack for next year.
Besides wait until Corona Virus passes at least, no one will go to Italy now even if they offered him to be the prime minister their lol.
A little bit serious, changing him right now will be a bad decision and will not change anything, somehow like Barca?

I mean a team doesn't have to be great in their own league to be good in champions league, we have seen plenty of examples of teams that go beyond the group stage but fail to go to champions league next season because of bad position in the league, that stuff happens all the time. Look at napoli for example, dudes literally got a draw out of Liverpool (only one team managed it in all of premier league so far) and now look at them against barcelona but they are playing badly in serie a and ranked 5th or 6th or something. So being good in your own league and being good in champions league are different stuff. Plus Lyon is one of the best french clubs historically and they have moved above the group stage to come all the way here, which means they must have been some what good in order to reach this stage.

Let's not forget that Lyon is equally struggling in their league. Currently, they're ranked at the 7th position in the ligue 1. They might have been good historically but in recent times (Say the last 5 years or so) , their performances has been nothing to write home about. I was quite shocked that they beat an Italian giant like Juventus. Even if Lyon knocks out Juventus (which is unlikely despite their 1-0 aggregate score), they'll proceed to face yet another tough opponent. This is the Champions league – I'm not sure teams like Lyon stand a chance.

Real Madrid bottled it last night. Me after the final whistle:

We're gonna be without our best LB (Mendy) and our captain in the 2nd leg. Not looking good  Cry

I'm really impressed about city's win yesterday.
I didn't expect that they are going to win Real Madrid at their home. It is very difficult for real now to reverse this situation and it is impossible to get a win with 2 goals ahead.

Manchester City's victory to qualify for the next round is just in front of me. They need to defend it until the end. Mancity also has great players in defense and attackers, so it is likely that Real Madrid will not be able to win at Mancity's home for the next match.

I know Pep will provide great tactics because he knows how to play in the real CL

It will be a good game to watch as both teams will try their best.
Real is going to score at least one early goal in order to be back on track as soon as possible, while manchester City is going to play defensively and try to hit on the counter attack.
