I think the Atalanta team is the dark horse in this season Champion's league and any team that goes through would just pray to avoid them.
Atalanta is definitely interesting team, they score a lot (15 goals just in 3 recent games). But in next round they will meet much stronger team than Valencia, and with such defence that they have, I don't think it's possible to go through the next round.

I miss a lot of points on Atalanta, Just remember how they started in UCL. Lost against Dinamo Zagreb 4:0, then lost against Shakhtar 1:2 (home game), next is Man. City and 5:1. who could have expected something like this from them?
Leipzig is a surprise or the only Tottenham is very weak, but they look like Ajax from the previous season of UCL. We will see both of them in the next round, there are certainly no soft opponents anymore.

I do not qualify for UEFA matches, but I have a question - what do you think - will be canceled or not?
It's not about provocation, but about a real question. In my opinion, many sporting situations will be canceled. What do you say?

I'm not surprised if Tottenham will be eliminated in this round.
They have already been eliminated.

It makes sense that their top strikers get injured (Harry Kane and Son Heung-min). But something makes me surprising is the strategy made by Mourinho in that match. I think he forced Dele Alli to be an attacker and made the midfield lose the balance. This is why they cannot make a single goal and be conceding 3 goals. In my view, Mourinho should have another way to optimize Lucas and Lamela as attackers, while placing Dele Alli in his ideal position.
He tried to play Dele Alli as a false number 9 but the gamble didn't work at all. I understand why he tried to do that. They are in a complete crisis right now and i remember him trying to play Lucas too in the forward position in some Premier League games but still things did work.
They just need a natural striker right now.

Valencia - Atalanta 3:4. It was very strange game. Both teams played without defence and almost every their mistake cost them goals.  And it's very strange to watch game without spectators. It feels like pre-season friendly game.
It's the reason i didn't even watch this particular match although the match had plenty of goals in it. The noise from spectators gives some flavour to the match.

yep, Atalanta scored twice in first half, both goals from penalty spot, now it is too hard for Valencia to pass through, they need six goals, or five more to the one that is already scored, it will be unbelievable
Totally we have large scores after two games : Leipzig 4-0 Spurs and Atalanta 8-4 Valencia!
But tomorrow games are more interesting, waiting for the revenge of Liverpool but PSG one isn't obvious since Dortmund is a good team
Expecting +2 goals for Liverpool and a draw between Dortmund and PSG

I would expect them to sit back for like 75 minutes, to not give Leipzig (and especially Werner) any space.
And the opposite happened. Right off the bat, Spurs were the attacking team and it caught me off guard because i also expected Mou to take a defensive approach and rely on counter attacks. Unfortunately, that all-out attack strategy only lasted about 10min, Spurs can't defend for shit and paid the ultimate price over and over again.

Can't put the blame on Mou, there's not much he can do if the players are not up to the task in such a crucial match, plus the guy lost way too many key players because of injuries, really unlucky.

About the other game, a team conceding 8 goals in the Round of 16 is absolutely laughable, Atalanta made Valencia look like an amateur team. Props to Atalanta, they're having a great season so far.

I expected Leipzig to win, but not so big. It seems that current Spurs aren't capable to fight against top teams.
It was boring matchday. But tomorrow we will have two great games with lot of drama.

Valencia are about starting their game in a couple of minutes,  they are playing behind closed doors Due to the fear of Corona virus being spread,
No fan to cheer them up, loosing 4-1 at first leg,  apparently they are out,  only if the God of football is behind them to turn things around

Edit : Atlanta scored a crucial away goal,  leading by 5-1 on aggregate

This game between Valencia and Tottenham can end up with Tottenham win the match

Looking at mourinho impact in the team can go a long way and with some players coming out of injury can give a boost to the team

Look at this shit poster!

Spurs are playing Leipzig in Germany & Valencia are at home to Atalanta. Spammers aren’t appreciated in the gambling sub.

Are you watching the game my friend or you are just posting here for the sake?
Its RB Leipzig vs Tottenham not Valencia vs Tottenham  Grin

There is no fuckin way Tottenham is winning this one. I know football is unpredictable sometimes but tonight Tottenham is going back home.
Just 20 minutes and RB Leipzig is already leading by 2 goals with another one getting disallowed.

ML @1,54 isn't too shabby, (...)

I do think so, but I can understand, if/why people think different. Just not a fan of betting on a team that does not need to win. Will be interesting to see, which approach Tottenham will have. I would expect them to sit back for like 75 minutes, to not give Leipzig (and especially Werner) any space. They have 90 minutes to make that one goal. A goal for Leipzig wouldn't be that bad for the Spurs, but knowing Mourinho, he will not take any risks.
That is why I like the under 2.5 too. Leipzig doesn't have to score a goal and Tottenham doesn't have/want to open up for a long time, so I think we will see a boring game deep into the second half, where both team neutralize each other in midfield.

That is the most likely scenario, yes. Nevertheless I think the to qualify as well as the ML odds are too low for Leipzig. <...>
ML @1,54 isn't too shabby, a friend of mine added it to a multi with Valencia vs Atalanta - BTTS @1,50 (plus a La Liga game to make it a 3 fold).

About Spurs, a lot of people are expecting them to get KO'd but, I wouldn't rule them out just yet. Being 1-0 down isn't exactly a big advantage for Leipzig, Spurs could get lucky and get a penalty just like Leipzig did in the 1st leg, and all of sudden, we're back to square one since aggregate score would be 1-1. From there anything can happen...

today's games are too complicated to predict.

RB Leipzig - Tottenham

I am very undecided whether I bet for this game or not. RB Leipzig is at an advantage, but in the last two games they had two draws which could be a good if tottenham were a team that scores many goals, unfortunately it seems that the tottenham is going through a bad phase. I predict a draw for this game ( 1 - 1 )

CF Valencia - Atalanta

this is a game that if i place a bet i prefer to risk the option "both teams score". But I think Atalanta will win this game

Strange predictions!

For the first game, Leipzig is clear winner for me. I agree that they had a tasteless draw against Wolfsburg but Timo was on the bench for 2/3rd of the game. We have to agree that he is the game changer for Leipzig, all their tactics revolve around him. And it's Champions League we are talking about! Leipzig won't leave any force to beat limbless Tottenham. I predict 3-0 win for RB.

Second game, I agree Atalanta is on beast mode. They have already scored 70 goals in league! Only Bayern Munich and PSG have scored more in top 5 leagues so far this season. But Valencia is unbeaten at home this season. No team has been able to beat them at home (not even Barcelona). It will be interesting match to see. Being a LaLiga admirer, I will be supporting Valencia for this fixture. Let's see if they can bridge the deficit of 3 goals or not.

Mou is still Mou, although I cant say that he is not the "special one" anymore but I think he will try his best to bring Spurs to the next round.

unfortunately he doesn't have much he can do, unless the RB Leipzig players decide to play very badly to the point of scoring own goal

I'll take the risk to bet on Spurs to win the match only (not betting them to qualify).

^  Yup definitely.  Leipzig is going thru.  Spurs got key players injured and aren't looking like they were last season and the couple one before that under Poch.

I think they'll need a couple transfer windows to get themselves fighting for some silverware again imho.

Totenham is in very bad performance on their last several matches including in EPL. Some important players are still unable to play, what Mou can do on this 2nd leg and try to qualify for the next round ?

Leipzig Vs Tottenham Hotspur tonight,  what's your prediction as regards this match
Can Tottenham turn things around? I think if they play good tonight without conceeding much, I think an away goal might be in their favor
Out of the four English team in round 16 only Manchester City looking good to qualify for the next round

I do not think the city has officially qualified for the next round yet, Because Real Madrid has a coach who can bring down the city club. So the city must work hard as needed. We saw a match that Madrid fought in Classico!!!

As for the Tottenham match tonight, I don't think it will achieve a satisfactory result for the fans, sorry!!! Sad

Leipzig vs spurs is a very open match with either teams still at 50/50 chances to qualify.

You should grab all your money and place a bet on Tottenham to qualify then for odds of 6.80+. Looks like tremendous value Wink

I am not giving spurs any chance at all in this game, (...)

You should grab all your money too and bet on Leipzig to qualify. Sure 17% in 90 minutes is very good Smiley

^  Yup definitely.  Leipzig is going thru.

That is the most likely scenario, yes. Nevertheless I think the to qualify as well as the ML odds are too low for Leipzig. While Tottenham surely is not looking very good at the moment, Leipzig didn't impress me in their last two showings as well. I will start with betting on Tottenham to qualify, maybe loading up more, when/if Leipzig manages to get to 1-0 and see what I can do inplay from there. Leipzig are no worldbeaters and they struggled a lot in their home games during group stage (2-1 Zenit, 2-2 Benfica, 0-2 Lyon). Tottenham definitely has a shot here - maybe Leipzig will crush them, but lets see.
