I watched Beşiktaş-Dortmund match yesterday and felt bit bad about Beşiktaş. Beşiktaş started the match exceptionally good. I mean match felt like it could be competitive and I even thought Beşiktaş could win. But Dortmund obviously had better players, Beşiktaş defenders except Rosier aren't on Champions League level. Because of injured players like Vida, they came up on pitch with sub defenders.
Also Atiba which is really old now showed his age. He is too old for high level football.
I congratulate Dortmund but they will have tough time with Ajax for sure.

Everyone is the best in the world as a player but they are not as good as a team. Mutual understanding between the players is not good yet. Not surprise with PSG although have great tandem as forward with Messi, Neymar and Mbappe failed to give score and win for PSG, just with little club they can't win how come to get champion league trophy? I think this draw is what paris saint German -PSG- needed, I will be relaxed with players like Leonel Messi, mbappe, neymar, de Maria, sergio ramos and all their stars, that I would think am untouchable. Although Mess-Neymar-Mbappe seemed to be very strong players, they were not very effective. Together they could not adapt themselves. In yesterday's match, I expected a better performance from Neymar. But he was almost inactive. However, this is the first match of these three players together. They need time to stabilize. RB Leipzig couldn't withstand Manchester City's squad, and ended up losing their first Champion League match with 6-3 score. Leipzig performance in the match was bad which resulted to them conceding many goals, although, they got a man down 79 minutes in the second half. They have to work hard In order to make it from the Group stage. While Sporting was brutally beaten by Ajax. Haller was probably the man of the match, he scored 4 goals. Sporting definitely had a bad day playing against Ajax, who showed no mercy. However, they were able to score a goal in the first half. The match ended with 1-5 victory to Ajax. The Champion League Matchday 1 was an interesting one.
It's very unbelievable that a team with the calibre of Messi, Neymar and Mbappe has cut my betting slip tonight. From today's game, it is obvious to me that the combination of the trio Messi, Neymar and Mbappe are not there yet. A lot of betting tickets gone down the drain thanks to PSG lacklusture performance against a lowly rated Club Bruges, especially accumulated odd bettings, a draw is an unacceptable result for a club like PSG with all the quality players in their squad, Messi first UCL match with PSG couldn't make any outstanding impact instead got booked, that is football atimes it predicted matches turned otherwise . Yes, Milan is not a stable team, Liverpool also plays at home, possible they will be got great winner, maybe with 2 different goals. But what makes the interesting match is, milan hasn't played in a long time In the champions league. this can be a motivation for them to win the game, they want to show Milan is still alive and have a soul as a legend team.

- Mo Salah is important for Liverpool attacking system now. Especially more important when Mane, Firmino and Jota have troubles.
- Arnold is good in attacking but bad in defense.

I'm also a bit surprised to see the stats. How can Barcelona be unable to create a single shot on target? This indicates they have a big problem with their midfielders and attackers. None of the midfielders can create a chance for the strikers to shot on target. While Barcelona attackers didn't do a brilliant idea to make opposite's defenders be showing their weaknesses.Although, Bayern Munich is a great team, but Barcelona is also not a weak team, they disappointed me.
It should be, Barcelona is fundamentally a big team. Also, they have no Messi on the squad, they have other quality players. In my opinion, the bad result against Bayern was mostly caused by a bad strategy. So, the person who takes the responsibility is the coach, Ronald Koeman.We have a nice match between Manchester City and Leipzig in Etihad today. Manchester City are being favoured really highly. Leipzig are out-of-morale now. Because they were destroyed by Bayern Munich 4-1. After seeing this result, Manchester City should be able to destroy them also. They have a great system and discipline. I expect Manchester City to score at least 3 goals and get a comfortable win.

But I must admit that it was not a very easy match for Manchester City until some point. Because Leipzig managed to keep the gap at one goal every time. After it was 4-3, Manchester City finally took the control of the match fully and scored two more goals. A 6-3 result was really huge and I think that it was the most delightful match of the night in terms of watching 9 goals. 
I don't understand how Ajax scored so many goals, Sebastien Haller said every time I shot it was a goal, even the man himself can't believe it. Manchester City won by scoring six goals but I really liked Christopher Nkunku. He's definitely a promising player. The surprise results of the day were Inter's leading the whole game and losing to Real Madrid with a last minute goal and Paris Saint-Germain's draw with Club Brugge. It was generally a good match day, we watched too many goals.
What an insane performance from Manchester City tonight! They finished Leipzig by a huge 6-3 score. Leipzig got a late red card but it was not very affective on the score. Manchester City deserved every inch of this win. And the result didn't surprise me actually as Leipzig were demolished by Bayern Munich 4-1 before this match also. They were already out-of-morale.
Yeah city were hugely favorable to win they are a strong team and they have a stable squad not much changes,on the contrary leipzig team lost some players and their performance is going down this season losing to bayern at home like that just proves it had no chance resisting city.
