It is not his first experience in UCL, dont you remember that he was able to bring Tottenham into UCL Final in 2018/2019?
He has the most expensive team in this world with so many talented and popular players, it would be ashamed if he cant get at least a title with his expensive team.
What I doubt is about his experiences in managing a big team like PSG as he has less experiences in managing big teams.

Haaland is really unstoppable now. He scored one goal against Besiktas yesterday also. Dortmund got a nice 2-1 win against them last night. Actually, they would have scored more goals but after making the score 2-0, they tried to secure the win. Besiktas got some chances and finally scored in the extra time. But it was not enough for them to get a point here.

I don't really think that PSG is the strongest Team in the world of football at the moment. Yes, they have an amazing offense with mbappe, neymar and now also messi but 3 huge names do not automatically equal a world class overall team. While i think those 3 players are definitely great and if all of them are in good shape and motivated then every team in the world will get problems, defending them.
Those 3 players will almost do nothing at all to support their own defense though and if you have a team where 3 players are not defending at all, then it is very hard to play successfully against strong teams.

However I have to say that the Man United result is a bit of a surprise, but not a huge surprise. It was inevitable that Ronaldo would score, he always does... but Man United have weaknesses, and the signing of Ronaldo does nothing to address them. He's a great goalscorer, but he doesn't contribute much outside that... his general lack of involvement is well known, and will likely be detrimental to Man United as a team. I understand the signing from an emotional standpoint, but logically it makes little sense. I don't think he makes them a better team.

Liverpool - Milan was a really great game, full of good goals and excitement. Liverpool was way better and fully deserved their win but Milan took advantage of the brief moments they had and scored 2 really nice goals.

Regarding PSG - I watched a part of the game later and they were horrible. Poch said that building a team takes time and he is correct but when you play against a team whose whole defence is worth less than Messi's 6-months salary you simply have to show that the individual quality alone can win you the game.

We all have huge expectations from PSG for this season and they will have to show much better performances to still be considered among favorites to win the CL.

After the matches played yesterday in the Champions League, the scores were revealed. We had a few surprising results. One of them was the draw between Paris SG and Club Brugge. Another was Moldova team Sheriff Tiraspol's 2-0 victory over Shakhtar Donetsk. The most enjoyable match of the Champions League was undoubtedly the Manchester City-Leipzig match. Another very competitive match of the night was Liverpool v Milan. They have a really great history in this tournament against each other. After so many years, they played against each other and they will play again in San Siro. And we watched a great match which I should admit. Both sides got ahead in the match but Liverpool were the side which won the match 3-2. I still like the performance of each side.

I slightly agree with this. Courtois has saved many good attacks. However, the players of Inter Milan have performed better and attacked more than Real Madrid in the entire match. Rodrygo's goal in the 89th minute was excellent. But I expected a little better gameplay from Benzema. I did not like his performance in this match. The team expects more from him in such an important match as he is the only regular scorer of the team with this.

Yes, it is very difficult for Leipzig. Because they have also lost to another top team in the Bundesliga (Wolfsburg, who are currently in first place).
But still Leipzig played well yesterday and didn't give up. After all, they scored 3 goals themselves against Manchester.

It's good to know that but I personally don't really care about it so yeah, I think regardless of the number of goals a player gets the most important thing is the record for the winning team. Having a high number of goals or a lot of goals will certainly be good to improve the player's career itself but not necessarily he managed to provide consistent achievements for the team, at least that is my view and I think it can be important or not. Anyway, Haaland still has a long career path that doesn't necessarily mean he will continue to get physically fit, because every player will certainly be prone to injuries and hopefully Haaland can keep his performances good and safe.

I think we've seen time and before that stars don't just win you everything. In fact, PSG already know this. They splashed billions and yes, they got the league titles and cups but champions league, this is the prize they want so badly and they only reached a final.
