I think that Manchester City and Bayern will calmly win, and in other matches I tend to win more of the guests. Chelsea and Liverpool are pretty strong at the moment and can finish the matches in a convenient form.

The matches that are so stay tuned tomorrow Real Madrid vs Liverpool and the Bernabeu as hosts will this be their second precious moment?
Many news rumors keep happening. I see Liverpool have big ambitions in UEFA because this is the main focus of the red while Zidane is just being relaxed with his beautiful tactics, two historic coaches will meet and how they pit their best strategy.

It is enough that Real will always have surprises with narrow wins and that is what it is like.

I think Real and Liverpool will draw.

In the case of City, I think it has an advantage, but Borussia I think it will be a lot of struggle and can achieve a draw.

Real Madrid vs Liverpool is pretty much hard to predict, even bookies decided to give same odds.
I think it will be a pretty interesting game ... At least before I bet on Real Madrid to win, I drew on some details, (the conclusion is based on some personal observations and recently read material). Although Real Madrid started the group stage poorly, Zidane knows how to set up a team before really important matches, even despite the absence of Sergio Ramos. As for Liverpool, I'm sure that winning hat-trick took a lot of energy ... [Game against Arsenal], but on the other hand, we have seen more than once how Liverpool lost to weak teams, but at the same time easily defeated strong opponents.
Odds are really tight (2.70 vs 2.65) so I agree with you it's very difficult to predict the winner. In their 6 last meetings there hasn't been any draw between them, so I will certainly bet on a Double Chance, Real Madrid or Liverpool, if there is no decisive news by tomorrow.

@Juggy777 I think normally Bayern are the biggest favourite for winning the CL title this season. If PSG make use of this advantage and eliminate Bayern, they will get a draw against City (most probably). And the victor of that draw will win the title also, I guess.

Lewandowski is not just an average player and his absence will be duly felt, but truth be told Bayern Munich never played like a single player's team, they've got loads of talents that could still wreck havoc and make the absence of Lewandowski less significant. If PSG are too stand a chance then they'll need more just a good first leg, they'll need to be on their best performance over both legs of the tie.

The fact that Bayern Munchen has good substitutes players makes the team to keep a good morale before the game but let me tell you that players who are coming from Germany squad after the defeat with Macedonia won't show up at full capacity especially players like Neur and Kimmich who got a lot of critics in Germany. Also we all know that in big games of UCL you really need experienced players who can make any chance into goals and right now PSG has more players who can do that besides Bayern.

Experienced players can really help their team a great deal in a tournament like this. But at the same, there is no guarantee for advancing to the next round with players like these also. We've seen how Juventus got eliminated by Porto despite having many experienced players. In the absence of Lewandowski, things will be much more harder for Bayern but still they are very dangerous. They got a huge win against Leipzig today in their league and they've become more comfortable at their place now. This win will boost their morale very much and they will be fully focused on the CL game. On the other hand, PSG lost their game today to Lille home and it can affect them badly before the CL game.

In short, it will be a very interesting and most probably a close game surely.

It seems that City is the most prepared team for this role of the Champions League competition, a great opportunity to get past this stage for the first time with Pep Guardiola,
They almost guaranteed the league and they will face the weakest opponent in the role or the least stable at the technical level if you like, it may be shame for a the most dominated team at the local level and at the same time unable to reach the golden square in the last 5 years, the issue cannot be held by a particular person, the first of which is Pep Guardiola,
I am not defending the man here, but in fact, reality must be considered. Well, there are factors sometimes outside the control of the coach, but he really bears a large part of this failure by virtue of that he is the commanding and forbidding there, Pep has to overcome this time the knot of this role, if he does not reach the final, at least, the semie finals as a minimum, given For current conditions .

It is bad news for Real Madrid who lost Ramos due to injury, Sergio Ramos is a very influential player at Real Madrid. But with Real Madrid's
experience, Real Madrid should be able to deal with Ramos injury problem and find a solution. So losing Ramos will not allow Liverpool to beat
Real Madrid, according to my prediction Real Madrid can beat Liverpool. Because Liverpool this year is very different from the last year's,
Liverpool's performance this year has declined considerably.
I would not jump to conclusions about the club's performance in the league, because Liverpool are much more confident in the Champions League than in the domestic championship. Real Madrid also does not look like a hegemon this season and it is still unknown who is the favorite in this pair, although of course the loss of Ramos is a significant factor, despite his not young age. Any reliable predictions can be made only after the first game.

at psg there is a player who is ill with covid-19
its Marco Verratti who will miss the parisians in the first leg against bayern

Quote
FC Bayern (Robert Lewandowski) was not the only team to suffer a setback in terms of personnel during the recent international break. Paris Saint-Germain, the upcoming opponent in the Champions League quarterfinals, also has to reschedule at short notice.

Fc  bayern confirmed now that Lewandowski has an injury in his knee and will therefore miss around 4 weeks. That means he can not play in both games of the Champions League quarterfinal against Paris. In my opinion bayern was the slight favorite in this matchup before but now i think the Momentum shifts to psg. Lewandowski is just 1 player but he is the best striker at the moment. That was probably the worst possible moment for an injury like this.

It is definitely a big loss for Bayern. Lewandowski has been scoring so many goals and he is a beast. In the absence of him, Bayern will have more problems on scoring for certain even if there are still players who are likely to score. I wonder whether PSG will manage to turn it into an advantage.

@Jackl87 this is horrible news and without Lewandowski it’ll be very difficult for Bayern to win their game, but then again I don’t expect them to go down without a fight which will make this fixture very interesting to watch. Furthermore it’s pertinent to note that Pochettino and PSG are obsessed with winning the champions league and hence this is a golden opportunity for them.

Porto's game vs Chelsea made you all talk about it nonstop and forgot we have important and maybe harder games coming the next week Wink
Real Madrid vs Liverpool is pretty much hard to predict, even bookies decided to give same odds. Bayern - PSG odds are also interesting.
With the injury to Sergio Ramos; i think Liverpool have an edge over Real Madrd; but will they be consistent enough to make it count ? Liverpool has had an indifferent season with poor performances all over the pitch; keeping Benzema, vincius at bay and also winning the midfield battle would give Liverpool victory, but i see Zidane making it to the last 4 with Madrid, Real Madrid 5 - 3 Liverpool (both legs)

you.. you.. you are talking about two very difficult games to predict!!

they are really difficult, in fact it is a nice and good bet (with high gains but high losses)

matches like semifinals or finals are, for me, impossible to predict

remember bayern - manchester united (1-0 all time and at last 2 minuts manchester does 2 goals! 1-2 and win)

In the match between Real Madrid and Liverpool, both teams are strong so it is difficult to predict, it is not the reason. It is difficult to predict because there is no continuity in the performance of both teams. However, Zidane is experienced enough, he knows well how to manage the team. Moreover, Real Madrid's defense is much stronger than Liverpool's. So I want to keep Real Madrid ahead in this match.

The most competitive match of this round is the match between Bayern Munich and PSG. Both teams are strong. I won't place any bet on this match. I just want to enjoy this match

^  Rofl.  You’re not just saying that are you?  Chelsea has a squad with good players, deep enough to take the CL trophy imho.  But I mean sure, in a tourney structure an inferior team could win and progress in the tournament.  But saying it like it’s likely gonna happen is lulz.

I think a lot of people are betting on Chelsea. Same reason as you, they have a better team. Apart from that, from the history of eight matches, Chelsea won 5 times, lost 2 times and drew 1. The first leg took place in Porto, this is their superiority but remember Chelsea won 1-0 at Porto in 2009. Statistically Chelsea is very superior, but remember that is only history. Chelsea must continue to appear serious if they want to win, Porto has more power to make Chelsea lose, because they play at home.

The only concern for Chelsea right now is Kante getting injured during international duty.  But other than that, they’re fine and have a squad deep enough to have subs in almost every position.  And it seems a lot of people are still thinking Chelsea play the same under Tuchel.  I don’t think they conceded more than 6 goals since Tuchel took over.
